| 摘 要： | 高等院校图书馆的学术性和服务性相辅相成，学术性是高质量、高水平服务的基础条件，是高校图书馆的重要职能，它更够保障图书馆工作的顺利开展，提高图书馆的地位。但高校图书馆的学术性没有受到足够的重视，因此，要从领导上强化认识，鼓励图书馆开展学术研究，注重馆员的个人研究，以提高图书馆的服务层次。

| Abstract: | The academic and service features of university libraries supplement each other. The former is the latter＇s foundation with high quality and high level. It＇s also one important function of university libraries, which can ensure library work carry out smoothly can raise university libraries＇ position. However, academic research of university libraries has not got enough attention. So we must strengthen leaders＇ cognition, encourage to carry out academic researches in libraries, attach importance to librarians＇ personal research to improve university libraries＇ service level. |
