Blast waves are able to produce structural damage to process equipment even at great distances from the source point of an explosion. A loss of containment may follow and, if hazardous substances are released, relevant secondary scenarios may be triggered, resulting in domino effects.The present study was focused on the assessment of the expected structural damage and of the associated intensity of loss of containment of process vessels loaded by blast waves. Hence, a knowledge-based fuzzy set analysis was used to assess the expected overall probability of occurrence of different damage states defined for several categories of process equipment items. The fuzzy approach was also used to obtain specific threshold values for the escalation sequences (domino effects), taking into account the hazard due to the expected secondary scenarios caused by the loss of containment following blast wave impact.  相似文献

受限空间油气泄漏爆炸会产生巨大的能量,爆炸碎片在抛射距离和抛射方位上具有很大随机性,引发的多米诺事故容易对设备和人员造成重大伤害。为了研究爆炸碎片的影响范围及对设备、人员伤害程度,以地下密闭涵道作为研究对象,考虑爆炸能量影响,采用ANSYS Autodyn模拟软件,重点对涵道覆盖物爆炸碎片进行模拟,定量分析了爆炸碎片的影响范围及在影响区域内对设备、人员造成的伤害程度。结果表明:运用Autodyn软件进行仿真,能够更加准确地得出爆炸碎片的抛射情况及影响范围; 在爆炸能量一定的情况下,碎片的大小是影响设备和人员受伤害程度的重要因素。  相似文献

Hearing impairment in humans due to occupational noise exposure is one of the significant occupational diseases in many countries. The equipment to measure noise levels and daily noise exposure in existing noisy environments is readily available and can be used to assess the risk of hearing damage. This article examines the currently legislated hearing damage risk criterion and compares the two main noise level-time trade-off schemes being used. The engineering methods for controlling excessive noise levels and techniques to either bring them below the hearing damage risk threshold or to within an acceptable range for the workplace requirement are discussed, together with the expected improvements by such measures.  相似文献

为提高行李托运差异化安检系统安全性,基于安检设备的依赖关系,提出行李托运安检设备联合响应研究;根据旅客风险属性对其托运行李实施差异化安检,利用二维正态分布建立安检设备的响应分布函数,进行安检设备响应值的数据融合;将系统错误率作为评价指标对比设备联合响应与设备独立响应,分析设备之间的相关系数、报警阈值对系统安全性的影响,并借助ROC曲线得到最优设备报警阈值。研究结果表明:在行李托运差异化安检系统中,设备联合响应优于设备独立响应。研究结果可为民航旅客行李托运安检提供设备支持。  相似文献

对舰船战损分析方法进行系统的分析与建模,对不同武器的炸点分布进行模拟,分析在接触爆炸和非接触爆炸作用下舰船主要设备的破坏模式,分析在爆炸火球、破片和冲击波超压破坏下设备损伤的计算模型,建立设备的冲击响应模型,提出设备的破坏判据,给出爆炸作用下舰船生命力评估的计算机仿真计算方法,并通过数学建摸和模拟分析对系统在破坏环境下的损伤概率进行分析,运用模糊评估法计算系统的生命力指标。计算结果表明,该方法可直观地分析出生命力设计较弱的环节。  相似文献

Within the context of a quantitative risk analysis (QRA), the two main constituents used to describe petrochemical risks are, and have always been, consequence and probability. The consequences of hazardous material accidents are easy to apprehend – if a hazard is realized it can injure people or cause fatalities, damage equipment or other assets, or cause environmental damage. Frequencies for these consequences, on the other hand, are not as easy to understand. Process safety professionals develop event frequencies by evaluating historical data and calculating incident rates, which represent, in the QRA context, how often a release of a hazardous material has occurred. Incident rates are further modified by probabilities for various hole sizes, release orientations, weather conditions, ignition timing, and other factors, to arrive at unique event probabilities that are applied in the QRA. This paper describes the development of incident rates from historical database information for various equipment types, as well as defining a methodology for assigning hole size probabilities from the same data, such that a hole size distribution can be assigned within each QRA study. The combination of total incident rates and a hole size distribution relationship can then serve as a foundation within the frequency side of many QRA studies.  相似文献

In this paper new Probit equations are proposed to estimate damage produced by thermal radiation on humans (for first- and second-degree burns). They are compared to empirical threshold values and also to existing Probit equations. Results obtained are in good agreement with previous empirical experience. They also provide better estimations than existing equations. When an analysis is performed to study the evolution in the percentage of affected people by different degrees of damages, results show that proposed equations produce more consistent results than existing equations.  相似文献

基于风险的检测技术(RBI)是目前化工行业逐渐采用并得到认可的一种新的设备检测技术。在对RBI体系研究的基础上,阐述了RBI的系统思想、实施步骤与应用价值;在工艺危害性分析的基础上,采用挪威船级社的ORBIT Onshore软件对常减压装置进行了定量RBI分析,识别出装置设备和管道的主要腐蚀损伤模式,确定设备和管道的风险大小分布以及风险检测策略;并根据RBI在化工等行业企业的应用实践对RBI技术在我国应用过程中存在的不足提出了相关改进建议。  相似文献

为评估地铁运营安全水平,掌握地铁运营风险变化趋势,采用灰色聚类法对某地铁线路运营一年以来每个月份的安全水平进行了分级评价。选取对地铁日常运营具有重要影响的设备设施故障作为评价指标,评价方法挖掘地铁运营以来的历史数据信息,体现了设备设施故障变化的时间特性,减少了安全评价中的主观性。将地铁运营安全水平分为五个安全等级,选取15%、35%、50%、65%、85%作为各安全等级的累积百分频率特征点,建立白化权函数得到各评价指标的灰类白化值。结合各设备设施的指标权重,得到了地铁线路运营一年来每个月份的安全等级情况。该方法为分析地铁运营安全趋势提供了参考。  相似文献

Due to special features of ports – variety of activities: storage and loading/unloading of hazardous materials; circulation of ships, lorries and trains; proximity to urban zones; etc. – major accidents can be associated with severe damages. The cost of such accidents must be known to allow for compensation to people and companies. A procedure is presented to estimate the cost of damages suffered by people, equipment and environment. Criteria to assess the cost of damage to people – a controversial issue – are discussed, establishing a method to predict the number of people killed, injured and evacuated. Economic compensation is proposed. Environmental damages are also considered. These include potential damage to the atmosphere, soil, water and fauna. Estimates of the cost of the equipment and buildings affected by the accident are proposed. Finally, an assessment of the loss of profits due to activity breakdown and indirect costs is analysed. The methodology presented can easily be extended to general, inland process and storage sites.  相似文献

为确定石油化工装置与暴露目标间的合理安全距离,对国内外安全距离确定方法进行研究,以个体风险标准值和不同危害的伤害阈值为基础,提出确定石油化工装置与暴露目标间安全距离的基本原则。在此基础上,将确定性分析方法和基于风险的方法进行结合,形成石油化工装置与暴露目标安全距离的评估方法。该方法利用暴露目标的个体风险标准选择危害事件,并定义安全距离种类,根据"伤害标准"或"无伤害标准",采取确定性分析方法的方式,确定危害事件与不同暴露目标间的安全距离。应用示例展示该方法在石油化工装置安全距离确定中的应用。  相似文献

针对海上延期服役平台静设备的安全风险评估与控制问题,应用RBI风险评估技术的评估理论和方法对海上延期服役平台静设备的定量化安全管理方法进行了实践和探索,并选择某延期服役平台进行风险分析相关结论的工程验证。其具体过程是运用定量RBI技术,首先根据工艺流程和介质特点对海上平台静设备分别进行了物流回路和损伤回路的划分,并以此为基础对延期服役平台静设备的安全风险进行定量评估,进而得出各静设备单元的失效可能性、失效后果及风险等级,最后通过得出的损伤模式、损伤机理及对应的腐蚀速率,从而制定针对性的检测策略。将利用这些检验策略所检测出的真实情况与分析结论进行对比,最终验证了RBI技术在延期服役平台静设备风险评估方面具有很强的适用性。  相似文献

在进行工程爆破时,爆破所产生的飞石、振动、空气冲击波、噪音和毒气是公认的爆破公害,尤其是振动和飞石在爆破过程中是不可避免的危害.针对在实际工程中,由于爆破冲击波造成的人员伤害和设备的损害以及引起该事故发生的危险因素,采用事故树分析方法得到影响顶事件的最小割集,通过计算基本事件的结构重要度,确定了影响爆破冲击波事故的主要因素,并提出相应的安全措施,对降低爆破冲击波效应的影响以及降低露天爆破安全事故有重要意义.  相似文献

One of the principles of corrosion management is proper inspection methodology, and in particular the risk-based inspection (RBI). Occasionally a large percentage of the total risk of a unit is concentrated in a small part of the equipment, which can be reduced by using risk management techniques. In this study, a semi-quantitative risk-based inspection method has been performed in a gas station with for its components (pipelines, filters, etc.), to identify the existing damage mechanisms and also to rank its equipment in terms of inspection intervals. In this regard, RBI was performed for the gas station which consisted of phases (Phase A & Phase B) with Class 300 and Class 600 equipment. According to documented conditions and reviewed records the main damage mechanism for the investigated components in the gas station was identified as wall thinning due to erosion corrosion and external corrosion. In terms of inspection, results showed that most of the equipment studied had medium risk level and a few had medium to high level of risk. In this regard, the corrosion rates of Class 300 and Class 600 equipment were also studied and compared, and it was indicated that the corrosion rates were higher at locations for Class 300 equipment where more pressure drop had occurred. Overall, based on the obtained corrosion rates and obtained risk matrixes, it was concluded that wall thinning (erosion-corrosion) was the determining risk factor for equipment inspected in the gas pressure reduction station.  相似文献

为了解蔬菜产地土壤重金属含量对蔬菜重金属累积的影响,以我国南方常见的3种菊科叶菜(苦荬菜Sonchus oleraceus、生菜Lactuca sativa var.crispa、油麦菜Lactuca sativa)为研究对象,选择5种重金属为研究指标,对蔬菜及其产地土壤重金属含量的相关性等进行了分析。3种蔬菜的重金属富集系数表明,3种蔬菜吸收、累积不同重金属元素的能力存在明显差异(p0.05),5种重金属被蔬菜吸收的容易程度从大到小依次为镉、铬(汞)、铅(砷)。各蔬菜品种的重金属超标率和土壤重金属超标率存在不一致现象。其中,蔬菜中镉、铬、砷、汞的超标率均低于土壤的超标率,而蔬菜中铅的超标率则高于其对应土壤的超标率。对3种蔬菜产地土壤与蔬菜重金属质量比的相关性分析表明,其中除生菜中铅和砷与土壤中相应重金属元素相关性不显著外,其他情况下都呈显著相关性(p0.05)。建立了3种蔬菜及其土壤重金属含量的回归分析模型,并据此推算出种植3种蔬菜的土壤重金属安全阈值,其中,除生菜产地土壤中铅阈值在现行标准范围内之外,其他土壤重金属阈值均远高于现行标准。该阈值结合了大田土壤环境的实际情况,对当地农产品安全生产具有更强的针对性和可靠性。  相似文献

Escalation of primary accidental scenarios triggering a “domino effect” have caused extremely severe accidental events in the chemical and process industry. The identification of possible escalation events is required in the safety assessment of sites where relevant quantities of hazardous substances are stored or handled. In the European Union, “Seveso-II” Directive requires the assessment of on-site and off-site possible escalation scenarios in sites falling under the obligations of the Directive. In the present study, a methodology developed for the quantitative assessment of risk due to domino effect was applied to the analysis of an extended industrial area. Recently developed equipment damage probability models were applied for the identification of the final scenarios and for escalation probability assessment. The domino package of the Aripar-GIS software was used for risk recomposition. The results evidence that quantitative risk assessment of escalation hazard is of fundamental importance in order to identify critical equipment and to address prevention and protection actions.  相似文献

为了保障大规模电力通信设备接入电网的稳定运行,首先分析通信设备的物理模型,然后分析电力通信设备缺陷的影响因素和缺陷特征及两者之间的映射关系,接着对Apriori算法进行改进,降低算法的时间复杂度和内存空间,导入电力通信设备缺陷数据模型并结合关联规则,提出基于改进Apriori算法的电力通信设备缺陷关联性分析方法。结果表明:电力通信设备存在缺陷频繁项集,并与影响因素之间存在强关联关系,最后以实际电力通信设备缺陷数据仿真算例对本文方法的有效性进行验证,为通信检修策略的制定提供支持。  相似文献
