水环境中腐殖酸的荷电特性与聚集特性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过腐殖酸的Zeta电位和粒径的变化规律研究,探讨化学条件对腐殖酸的荷电状态和聚集状态的影响。结果表明,腐殖酸具有自我凝聚的特性;在pH较低和溶液离子强度较高时,腐殖酸胶粒的Zeta电位绝对值减小而聚合度增大,从而使腐殖酸胶粒聚集而凝聚;随腐殖酸浓度增大,腐殖酸胶粒的Zeta电位绝对值增大,腐殖酸胶粒的缩聚程度降低而使粒径减小。  相似文献

为了解决国内某油田聚驱采出液油水分离的难题,对聚驱采出液的水质特性和乳化特性进行研究,考察了驱油剂聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)对污水乳化程度的影响,针对该污水开发、筛选出最优的高效破乳剂,考察了投加量及温度对污水破乳效果的影响,并进行了破乳-絮凝复配实验研究。实验结果表明,该油田聚驱采油污水油含量、悬浮物、硫含量、Fe2+均较高,乳化程度严重且具有较强乳化稳定性,油水分离困难;HPAM的存在增强了污水的乳化程度;当破乳温度为65℃,停留时间为2 h时,投加6 mg/L的PAM4#时除油效率约为72%,在破乳后的水样中投加100 mg/L的PAS,含油量可降低至27.0 mg/L,悬浮物降低至9.0 mg/L,处理后水样达到该油田回注水的水质标准。  相似文献

通过对几种聚结填料除油性能的对比试验,探讨分析了聚结除油反应机理及其动力学.结果表明,填料的空间构成形式对聚结除油效率有重要影响,当润湿聚结机理和碰撞聚结机理同时存在时,聚结效率可得到大幅度提高.当油珠颗粒尺寸超过10μm时,布朗运动聚结速率急剧减慢,而湍流的聚结速率急剧加快.聚结除油反应器内水力条件的紊动程度达到G≥500~700 s-1时,油珠颗粒的聚结速率和效率将得到大幅度提高.  相似文献

使用硫酸钛作为混凝剂,研究了混凝去除As(Ⅲ)过程中溶液pH值、混凝剂投加量、砷的初始浓度以及阴离子对除砷效果的影响.硫酸钛的水解沉淀物颗粒等电点为pH =5;当pH =6时,水解沉淀物的粒径最大.在pH =5 ~8范围内,As(Ⅲ)的去除率高且基本稳定;而沉淀物颗粒Zeta电位降低较大.说明水解沉淀物Zeta电位对As(Ⅲ)的去除影响不大.混凝剂投加量为2.5 ~10 mg/L时,As (Ⅲ)的去除率随投加量的增加而显著增加;混凝剂投加量大于15 mg/L时,As(Ⅲ)去除率随混凝剂投加量的增加变化趋于平缓.水中阴离子(硅酸根和磷酸根离子)的存在会降低混凝对As (Ⅲ)的去除效率.  相似文献

通过聚合氯化铁(PFC)对高岭土悬浮颗粒的絮凝试验中浊度和Zeta电位的测试,发现低温时在相同的PFC投药量下随着碱化度(B)的增大,Zeta电位减小;在达到相同的浊度去除,低温时PFC的投加量要小于常温时,在相同的药剂投加量低温时Zeta电位要高于常温时;温度降低PFC水解和沉淀速度减小,使得PFC水解中间体更易与污染物反应,同时增强了电中和能力,减少了PFC的用量;温度的降低使得PFC的多核羟基络合物中间体水解程度减小而保持形态的时间延长,所以PFC比传统混凝剂FeCl3处理低温低浊水更有效。  相似文献

通过测试现场聚合物驱采出水及室内配制的模拟聚合物驱采出水的油水分离及油珠聚结特性,研究了大庆油田聚合物驱采出水油水乳状液稳定性的影响因素,发现导致聚合物驱采出水比水驱采出水油水乳状液稳定性明显提高的主要原因为聚合物驱采出水中的胶态固体颗粒吸附到油珠表面上,阻止油珠之间的聚结并使油珠所受的浮力下降,水中残留的聚合物导致水相粘度增大.使油珠之间的碰撞几率及上浮速率下降.  相似文献

污泥流变特性是影响其传质效果的重要因素,对污泥管道输送、搅拌、混合以及热交换等处理处置单元的设计和运行均起到重要作用。本研究利用旋转黏度计测定了污水处理厂含水率分别为90%、93%和96%时污泥的流动曲线和黏度曲线,并分析了污泥含水率、温度对污泥流变特性的影响。实验结果表明,污泥属于典型的假塑性流体,其流变特性可以用Ostwald de Vaele模型,即幂律模型τ=K(D)n来拟合。污泥黏度随含水率的减小而增加,且剪切速率越小,这种增加趋势越明显;污泥黏度随温度升高呈现降低趋势,且这种趋势在低剪切速率时表现的比较明显,在高剪切速率时变化幅度很小。  相似文献

JZ9-3油田含聚采油污水粘度高、稳定性强,严重影响到现场污水处理流程和设备的运行。为解决这一问题,通过对JZ9-3油田污水处理流程和单元设备的模拟,进行了现场3种净水剂和不同含聚量的含油污水对斜管除油器、气浮选器和过滤器的影响研究。阳离子型净水剂BHQ-203和ICA的除油效果较阴离子型净水剂BHQ-08的除油效果好,能起吸附电中和及架桥作用,斜管除油器处理不同含聚含油污水后其含油量由263.2 mg/L下降到20.73 mg/L,气浮选器的除油率9%~34%,过滤器在进水含油较低(<50 mg/L)的情况下,起到强化除油的作用;含聚量增加,过滤后悬浮物量呈下降趋势,过滤困难,含聚量达到一定值(>600 mg/L)后无法分析悬浮物量;斜管除油器、气浮选器和过滤器出口水样的ζ电位值在-22.5~-42 mV,随含聚量的增加而变小,污水稳定性增加。研究结果用以指导现场工艺设备的改造。  相似文献

海上油田含聚采油污水黏度大、乳化程度高、有机物种类繁多且盐含量高,处理难度极大。尝试采用膜分离-光电催化组合工艺深度处理高盐含聚采油污水,效果较好。考察了停留时间、电流密度、废水p H对光电催化体系运行效果的影响。结果表明:光电催化氧化技术可有效处理该类废水;p H对体系处理效率影响不大;停留时间越长,处理效果越好;随电流密度的增大,油类去除率逐渐提高,COD去除率先提高后趋于稳定。在p H 6~8.5、光电催化单元停留时间50 min、电流密度10 m A·cm-2条件下,出水COD浓度≤50 mg·L~(-1)、石油类浓度≤3 mg·L~(-1),完全满足《辽宁省污水综合排放标准》(DB 21/1627-2008)要求。  相似文献

合成硬脂酸铁(FeSt3)、硬脂酸铈(CeSt4)和硬脂酸锰(MnSt2),用母粒法制备了可光降解LDPE薄膜。采用傅立叶红外变换光谱仪、万能材料试验机和乌氏粘度计测定羰基指数、断裂伸长率、拉伸强度和分子量,研究了这3种光敏剂及其用量对LDPE降解程度的影响。结果表明,3种光敏剂的光敏活性FeSt3〉CeSt4〉MnSt2;LDPE的光降解程度并非随着光敏剂含量的增加而增大,在控制用量的情况下。MnSt2更适合用作稳定剂;光降解使链结构发生了变化。分子量降低。  相似文献

Land disposal of olive oil wastewater using it as a soil amendment requires a knowledge of the effects that its application may produce on the status of the mineral nutrients in the plant-soil system. A pot experiment using calcareous soil was performed in a growth chamber to examine the effects of olive oil wastewater on the availability and postharvest soil extractability of K, Mg and Mn. The experiment included 6 treatments: two rates of olive oil wastewater, two mineral fertilizer treatments containing K (which supplied K in amounts equivalent to the K supplied by the olive oil wastewater treatments), a K-free mineral fertilizer treatment, and a control. The pots were sown with ryegrass as the test plant, harvesting 3 times at intervals of one month. Olive oil wastewater has demonstrated a considerable capacity for supplying K that can be assimilated by the plant, tending in fact to surpass the mineral potassium fertilizer tested. The application of olive oil wastewater tends to reduce the concentration of Mg in the plant, similarly to the effect of adding mineral potassium fertilizer. An enhancement of Mn availability takes place in the soil amended with olive oil wastewater, which on occasion has produced Mn concentrations in plant that could be considered phytotoxic or at least excessive. After harvesting, we observed an increase in the amount of exchangeable K in soil with added industrial wastewater. However, these increases are lower than those in soil treated with mineral potassium fertilizer. The levels of exchangeable, carbonate-bound, organic-bound and residual Mg in soil were higher in treatments incorporating olive oil wastewater than in those with added mineral K, with the opposite tendency occurring in the amount of Fe-Mn oxides-bound Mg in soil. Treatments based on olive oil wastewater, especially in high doses, increased the amount of exchangeable and carbonate-bound Mn in soil, in comparison with treatments adding mineral fertilizers with or without K. In contrast, the addition of industrial wastewater caused a drop in the amount of Fe-Mn oxides-bound and organic-bound Mn in soil.  相似文献

对印刷用铝基材碱洗废液进行了循环利用研究。首先将高COD含量的碱洗废液进行除油脱色处理,通过石灰和硬脂酸的协同效应,使COD含量从26300mg/L降至480mg/L,色度降至60°;然后利用含铝碱性废液通过碳化法制备出结晶度66%的拟薄水铝石产品;最后对分离后的碱性废水按配方要求配制,对铝基材进行除油实验,经5次循环表明,除油效果和对铝基材的腐蚀率均100%达标。  相似文献

对污水处理厂污泥采用垃圾焚烧底灰进行固化处理,分别测试不同掺量和不同养护龄期时固化体的岩土工程性质,通过测试发现,固化体重度基本位于11~13 kN/m3之间,与垃圾焚烧底灰的重度相近;固化体含水率随着垃圾焚烧底灰掺量的增大而急剧减小;抗剪强度指标和无侧限抗压强度随垃圾焚烧底灰的掺量增加和养护龄期的增长而增大,其内摩擦角位于10°~30°之间。建立的固化强度预测模型,可对不同掺量和龄期的固化污泥强度进行预测。  相似文献

The purpose of this investigation was to examine the proposition that creosote, emplaced in an initially water saturated porous system, can be removed from the system through Pickering emulsion formation. Pickering emulsions are dispersions of two immiscible fluids in which coalescence of the dispersed phase droplets is hindered by the presence of colloidal particles adsorbed at the interface between the two immiscible fluid phases. Particle trapping is strongly favoured when the wetting properties of the particles are intermediate between strong water wetting and strong oil wetting. In this investigation the necessary chemical conditions for the formation of physically stable creosote-in-water emulsions protected against coalescence by bentonite particles were examined. It was established that physically stable emulsions could be formed through the judicious addition of small amounts of sodium chloride and the surfactant cetyl-trimethylammonium bromide. The stability of the emulsions was initially established by visual inspection. However, experimental determinations of emulsion stability were also undertaken by use of oscillatory rheology. Measurements of the elastic and viscous responses to shear indicated that physically stable emulsions were obtained when the viscoelastic systems showed a predominantly elastic response to shearing. Once the conditions were established for the formation of physically stable emulsions a "proof-of-concept" chromatographic experiment was carried out which showed that creosote could be successfully removed from a saturated model porous system.  相似文献

通过对江汉油田采油废水水质分析以及混凝实验研究,分析采油作业返排液中主要化学组分对含油废水混凝处理效果的影响,探讨了混凝剂、常用油田化学品与浊度及油含量去除率的关系,初步分析了它们的作用机理。研究表明,在钻井液中,单宁、磺化酚醛树脂(SMP)等对含油废水处理的影响很大,在压裂液中瓜胶、重铬酸钾等的影响较大,酸化液中乙酸和柠檬酸等的影响较大,射孔液中盐酸等的影响较大。本研究的结果对于消除返排液对油田生产的不良影响,保证系列增储上产措施的实施及其有效性,避免环境污染,具有十分重要的参考价值。  相似文献

污水输送和污水处理过程中会有大量的CH4温室气体产生和排放。总结了污水厌氧生化处理过程中CH4产生的机制,列举了产甲烷菌的种类。同时,分析了在污水生化处理各单元CH4产生与排放的影响因素:污水处理过程中,DO、pH、温度、污泥负荷、硝酸盐浓度和亚硝酸盐浓度等因素会影响CH4的产生。在污水处理过程中的厌氧段,CH4的排放主要是与CH4产生量及CH4在污水中的溶解度有关;在好氧段,CH4的排放与机械搅拌或曝气作用对水流的扰动有关。  相似文献

利用废旧冰箱拆解的聚氨酯泡沫塑料(PU)和聚丙烯(PP)、聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)为原料,采用物理化学回收技术制备PU/PP复合材料。用正交实验法分析PU填充量、PU粒径和PP-g-MAH 3个因素对PU/PP复合材料力学性能影响的显著性。结果表明,PU填充量对PU/PP复合材料拉伸性能有显著影响,对冲击性能和弯曲性能没有显著影响;在本文的实验范围内,PU粒径对PU/PP复合材料的力学性能影响不大;而PP-g-MAH投加量对PU/PP复合材料具有一定的影响。确定的优化工艺配方为:PU 40%;PU粒径选择2.00 mm;PP-g-MAH投加量10%。采用优化工艺制备的PU/PP复合材料的密度为1 042.88 kg/m3;冲击强度为2.9 kJ/m2;拉伸强度为10.30 MPa;拉伸模量为1 100 MPa;弯曲强度为18.5 MPa;弯曲模量为733 MPa。  相似文献

In situ groundwater remediation may be achieved using stationary permeable barriers created by the injection of a substrate, such as innocuous vegetable oil, into the contaminated aquifer. The oil provides the electron donor stimulating microorganisms to degrade or sequester many contaminants. At present, little is known about the best procedures to use when injecting oil into an aquifer. In this investigation, laboratory column and sand tank studies were used as model systems to explore the effect of different injection parameters on the distribution of oil emulsions into water-saturated sand. The parameters investigated included injection pressures of 70, 1400 and 18,000 KPa; injection times of 15, 30, 60 or 120 s; and the influence of an emulsifier, polyoxyethylenesorbitan monooleate (Tween 80), upon the distribution of the injected oil. The longest injection patterns were achieved at 18,000 KPa. A pattern that was 46+/-1.8 cm long was produced with an 18,000 KPa injection for 60 s. Increasing the injection time to 120 s increased the length of the pattern by only 6.5%. Tween 80 at concentrations of 0.05% increased the width of the injection patterns but did not increase the length of the pattern. A multi-ported injection probe might be used to create in situ permeable barriers approximately 1 m wide.  相似文献
