我国各地膨润土的水理特性   总被引:8,自引:1,他引:8  
考察了我国各地膨润土的水理性质,讨论了膨润土的水理性质与层间阳离子的关系以及水理性质的矿床矿样间差异性,并对膨润土水理性质与其他物化性质间的相关性进行了分析。研究结果表明,膨润土因其属型和属性不同使其水理性质有较大的差异,其中层间阳离子类型是影响膨润土水理性质的重要因素,其中钠基膨润土具有高的胶质价、膨胀容和膨润值;不同矿床类型比较发现,沉积岩型矿样和火山沉积岩型矿样有较高的胶质价、膨胀容和膨润值;c轴有序度和<2 祄颗粒的质量分数与膨润土水理性质高度正相关。  相似文献

本文研究了光合球形红杆菌在不同条件下对活性艳红X-3B的脱色效果及与持粒的关系。结果表明球形红力的培养条件对脱色效果有较大的影响,PH在6-9范围内24h脱色率在85%以上,最适PH稍偏碱为7-9;脱色的最适温度范围较宽,在15-40℃之间24h脱色率均在75%以上;氧的存在对脱色是不利的。厌氧条件下的以效果远远高于好氧条件下的脱色效果。结果还表明,该菌株质粒在琼脂糖浆电泳图谱上仅一条质粒带。通过  相似文献

PDMDAAC阳离子膨润土处理染料废水的研究   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
采用聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵均聚物(PDMDAAC)对膨润土进行改性,制得阳离子膨润土,研究其电动特性及对染料废水的脱色效果.结果表明,与膨润土相比,阳离子膨润土的表面电性发生了变化;处理染料废水的效果明显提高,而且在强酸性和强碱性条件下对染料废水的脱色效果最好.  相似文献

本文研究了光合细菌球形红杆菌在不同条件下对活性艳红X-3B的脱色效果及与质粒的关系。结果表明,球形红杆菌的培养条件对脱色效果有较大的影响,pH在6~9范围内24h脱色率均在85%以上,最适pH稍偏碱为7~9;脱色的最适温度范围较宽,在15℃~40℃之间24h脱色率均在75%以上;氧的存在对脱色是不利的,厌氧条件下的脱色效果远远高于好氧条件下的脱色效果。结果还表明,该菌株质粒在琼脂糖凝胶电泳图谱上仅有一条质粒带。通过高温吖啶橙处理,消除该菌株的质粒后,该菌株的脱色能力也随之消失,从而证明该菌株的脱色能力是由质粒控制的。  相似文献

研究了稻草秆粉基质中自腐菌对三苯甲烷类染料(孔雀绿、溴酚蓝和结晶紫)的降解特性.结果表明,白腐菌10d内对三苯甲烷类染料脱色率均可达到93%以上.染料加入对木素过氧化物酶分泌有抑制作用.随着培养过程的进行,染料脱色率增加,脱色降解以漆酶为主.紫外扫描发现,染料吸收波长有偏移,标志着染料结构发生变化,其中溴酚蓝能被完全矿化.图2表2参10  相似文献

利用壳聚糖/钠基膨润土复合絮凝剂对活性艳红X3B等11种染料模拟废水及实际印染废水进行絮凝脱色处理。考察了复合絮凝剂投加量、pH值、搅拌速率、搅拌时间等因素对模拟染料废水絮凝脱色的影响。结果表明,在染料浓度为100 mg.L-1,pH为5的条件下,复合絮凝剂投加量为1.25 g.L-1时,3种质量比的复合絮凝剂对活性艳红X3B的脱色率分别达到75%、90%和97%以上;质量比为1∶10的壳聚糖/钠基膨润土复合絮凝剂,对其它活性、还原性、分散性、水溶性等8种印染厂常用染料也具有很好的絮凝脱色作用,脱色率均可达94%以上。对印染废水处理厂进水口废水和经过A/O处理后废水的色度去除率和COD去除率分别可以达到81.05%、83.74%和53.21%、41.22%,具有一定的应用前景。  相似文献

化学混凝是染色废水脱色的主要方法.对染色废水混凝脱色的研究.一般集中于混凝剂种类及混凝工艺条件对脱色效果的影响和最佳工艺条件的选择,染料分子的结构及物理化学特性等因素对混凝脱色效果的影响研究甚少.染料在水中的状态直接影响混凝脱色的效果,而染料在水中的状态取决于染料的分子结构和物理化学特性.本文在混凝脱色试验和文献研究的基础上,经过理论分析.总结出染料分子结构及物理化学待性对染色废水混凝脱色效果影响的一般规律.  相似文献

以溴化十六烷基三甲铵为改性剂制备有机膨润土,利用正交实验研究了有机膨润土吸附垃圾渗滤液中极性有机污染物苯胺的性能、条件及改性条件对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,有机改性膨润土对苯胺有很好的吸附效果,实验条件下对苯胺的去除率可达90%以上,绘制了有机膨润土吸附苯胺的吸附等温线,通过与吸附苯酚效果的比较,总结了有机膨润土吸附极性有机污染物的一般规律。  相似文献

白腐真菌黄孢原毛平革菌在合成木素过氧化物酶的限碳培养条件下,可以降解酶性、直接、活性、阳离子等多种类型的印染工业染料、在培养的d5木素过氧化物酶活力最高时,分别加入酸性染料卡布龙红和弱酸大红,质量浓度(ρ/mgL^-1)分别为25、50、100和12.5、25.50,48h后培养液基本脱色,较高浓度下菌膜上有残余染料吸附,5d后染料质量降解率分别是100%、88%、92%和58%、58%、65%、38%。以含有上述两种染料的印染废水置换培养液,并加入葡萄糖1g/L,黄孢原毛平革菌可以直接使废水脱色,菌丝可以重复培养脱色废水至少5批,每批废水的脱色率均大于90%,5批废水总的染料质量降解率约为80%,在重复培养脱色废水的过程中,测不到木素过氧化物酶的活力,说明废水中的染料分子是在细胞表面或进入胞内被降解的,若加入的葡萄糖浓度降低一半以上,菌丝脱色废水的效果将有所下降,图5表5参11  相似文献

本文介绍了新近开发的JAZ絮凝凝剂地水样中活性艳红K-2BP,活性紫H-2R和活性黑K-BR染料的絮凝效果及PH值和投药比对脱色率的影响。在中性和弱酸性中絮凝效果好。投药比增大脱色率增加。对活性艳红和活性紫,起始浓度增加则达到88.5%脱色率的投药比降低。对三种活性染料配水和活性 染料配水和活性黑染料生产水脱色率均可达到99%,处理液残余色度在20倍以下。  相似文献

Cells of Penicillium jensenii were immobilized by entrapment in natural and synthetic polymeric matrices. The decolorization of Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R by immobilized cells has been studied. It was found that CA-immobilized cells could effectively decolorize reactive brilliant blue KN-R. Many factors affecting the decolorization process were studied, including: pH, temperature, dye concentration, shaker speed and culture time. The reusability of the immobilized cells was evaluated with repeated-batch decolorization experiments. The optimum pH, temperature, shaker speed and culture time of decolorization with CA-, CGN-, and PAA- immobilized cells are 4.0 and 30 degrees C and 150r/min and 48hr respectively, dye concentration could have some effects on decolorization. After four repeated experiments, the decolorization rate of CA-, CGN-, and PAA- immobilized cells could still remain 73.6%, 60.8%, 50.5%, respectively.  相似文献

Photocatalytic membranes reactors have become one of the most efficient technologies to treat polluted waters. However, a major drawback is the unilateral irradiation of the membrane, where only one side of the membrane is exploited. To overcome this issue, we developed a reactor where the membrane can be irradiated on both sides. Polyacrylonitrile membranes containing different amounts of TiO2 nanoparticles up to 60% were first prepared by electrospinning. These membranes were used in a 3D-printed crossflow photocatalytic membrane reactor for the degradation of methylene blue under different combinations of lights. The use of both sides of the photocatalytic membrane significantly enhanced the photocatalytic activity for the decolorization of methylene blue in water. The prepared membranes showed the best decolorization rate for a loading of 60% of TiO2 and the use of dual ultraviolet lights, where the methylene blue solution was completely discolored after 90 min. This is the first report of a such system configuration, and this new irradiation concept is promising for photocatalytic membrane reactions and water cleaning.

Periwinkle shell, an abundant and inexpensive natural resource, was used to prepare activated carbon by physicochemical activation with potassium hydroxide (KOH) and carbon dioxide (CO2) as the activating agents at 850 °C for 2 h. The adsorption equilibrium and kinetics of methylene blue dye on such carbon were then examined at 25 °C. Adsorption isotherm of the methylene blue (MB) on the activated carbon was determined and correlated with common isotherm equations. The equilibrium data for methylene blue adsorption well fitted to the Langmuir equation, with maximum monolayer adsorption capacity of 500.00 mg/g. Two simplified kinetic models including pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order equation were selected to follow the adsorption processes. The adsorption of methylene blue on activated carbon derived from periwinkle shell could best be described by the pseudo-second-order equation. The kinetic parameters of this best-fit model were calculated and discussed.  相似文献

以化学法合成的新生MnO2作吸附剂,对直接桃红12B(Direct red 12B),直接大红4B(Direct reb 4B),直接耐晒蓝B2RL(Direct Fast blue B2RL)染料废水进行脱色研究,探讨了影响吸附的因素,结果表明:新生MnO2对三种染料的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式,吸附速率大,在适宜条件下对直接桃红,直接大红,直接耐晒蓝的脱色率分别为95.5%,96.2%和98.9%。  相似文献

为了考察缺氧活性污泥对染料的吸附性能和吸附机理,以缺氧活性污泥作为吸附剂,亚甲基蓝作为吸附质进行等温吸附试验。结果表明:亚甲基蓝在缺氧活性污泥上的吸附遵循准二级速率方程,吸附方式为化学吸附;吸附行为符合Langmuir和Redlich-Peterson吸附等温式,为单分子层吸附,理论最大吸附量9.25 mg/g;亚甲基蓝分子在污泥颗粒内扩散动力学曲线存在线性部分,说明吸附过程存在污泥颗粒微孔内扩散效应。  相似文献

A study of the decolorization of reactive brilliant blue in an aqueous solution using Fe-Mn-sepiolite as a heterogeneous Fenton-like catalyst has been performed. The Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra of the catalyst showed bending vibrations of the Fe-O. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns of the catalyst showed characteristic diffraction peaks of α-Fe2O3, γ-Fe2O3 and MnO. A four factor central composite design (CCD) coupled with response surface methodology (RSM) was applied to evaluate and optimize the important variables (catalyst addition, hydrogen peroxide dosage, initial pH value and initial dye concentration). When the reaction conditions were catalyst dosage= 0.4 g, [H2O2]= 0.3 mL, pH= 2.5, [reactive brilliant blue]o = 50 mg·L−1, and volume of solution= 500 mL at room temperature, the decolorization efficiency of reactive brilliant blue was 91.98% within 60 min. Moreover, the Fe-Mn-sepiolite catalyst had good stability for the degradation of reactive brilliant blue even after six cycles. Leaching of iron ions (<0.4 mg·L−1) was observed. The decoloring process was reactive brilliant blue specific via a redox reaction. The benzene ring and naphthalene ring were first oxidized to open ring; these were then oxidized to the alcohol and carboxylic acid. The reactive brilliant blue was decomposed mainly by the attack of ·OH radicals including surface-bound ·OH radicals generated on the catalyst surface.  相似文献

在超声波作用下水中微量亚甲基蓝可有效降解,降解动力学符合一级反应,亚甲基蓝超声降解速率随初始浓度的升高而降低,随介质温度的下降而升高.亚甲基蓝在酸性和碱性条件下的降解速率高于中性条件下的降解速率.能促进OH等自由基形成的自由基促进剂Fe^2 和I^-等可有效加速亚甲基蓝的超声降解.  相似文献

Decolorization of reactive brilliant blue KN-R by Aspergillus ficuum was investigated on suspended spores, mycelial pellets, immobilized cells. It was found that Aspergillus ficuum could effectively decolorize reactive brilliant blue KN-R especially when grown as pelleted mycelia. Many factors affecting the decolorization process in nitrogen-limited media (NLM) were studied, including: initial pH, temperature, and mycelial age. Results showed that the media containing reactive brilliant blue KN-R at 50 mg/L could be decolorized by 96% of the initial color in 42 h, in most conditions tested, the dye degraded products assayed by UV-visible spectrophotometer and macroscopic observation showed that the decolorization of reactive brilliant blue KN-R by mycelial pellets includes two important processes: biodegradation and biosorption. Kinetic study revealed that reactive brilliant KN-R biodegradation by mycelial pellets and suspended spores conformed to first-order reaction model while reactive brilliant blue KN-R biodegradation by immobilized cell followed zero-order model. In addition, mycelial pellets was found to biodegrade KN-R more quickly than suspended spores and immobilized cell.  相似文献

利用直接制备的碳纳米管原始样品作为染料亚甲基蓝的吸附剂,采用次氯酸钠溶液对于碳纳米管原始样品进行表面修饰改性,改性处理后碳纳米管对亚甲基蓝吸附性较好,本工艺简单有效,所获得的吸附剂具有磁性,吸附过后用磁铁易于达到固液分离的效果.吸附性能结果表明:本吸附剂对水溶液中亚甲基蓝的吸附在60 min基本达到平衡,吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型(R2>0.99).改性后的磁性碳纳米管吸附亚甲基蓝的平衡吸附量qe与亚甲基蓝溶液的平衡浓度Ce的关系满足Langmuir(R2>0.99)、Freundlich(R2>0.91)以及Dubinin-Radushkevich(D-R)(R2>0.92)等温吸附模型.通过Langmuir模型计算可知改性磁性碳纳米管对亚甲基蓝的最大吸附容量为101.6 mg.g-1,由D-R模型计算结果可以推断,次氯酸钠改性后的磁性碳纳米管对水溶液中亚甲基蓝的吸附机理以化学吸附为主.  相似文献

圈养大熊猫乳汁营养成分分析及育幼营养对策初探   总被引:8,自引:2,他引:8  
连续测定了1只10a大熊猫产后1mo内12个乳汁样品中水份、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(CA)、乳糖(Lac)、17种氨基酸(AA)、10种矿物元素、6种维生素的含量.结果表明,大熊猫产后前6d乳汁中多数营养素含量与6d后含量差异明显.产后d1乳汁中w(CP)=6.34%,d5~15在5%左右;w(EE)在2.50%~7.33%范围内变动;乳糖含量皆在1%左右;大多数维生素和微量元素含量远高于常见的家畜乳和人乳中相应成分的含量.在分析大熊猫乳汁营养成分含量特点的基础上,探讨了育纳营养对策.  相似文献
