采用半静水式毒性试验,研究了6种苯系物(苯、甲苯、乙基苯、邻–二甲苯、间–二甲苯、对–二甲苯)对虾夷扇贝的生殖毒性作用。在水温(16±0.5)℃、盐度30.0、p H 8.0条件下,用0.5、2.5、12.5 mg·L-1的苯、甲苯、乙基苯、邻–二甲苯、间–二甲苯、对–二甲苯处理虾夷扇贝的精子、胚胎和幼体,观察6种苯系物对虾夷扇贝的精子活力、卵子受精率、胚胎延滞率、胚胎畸形率、孵化率、幼体畸形率的影响。同时通过透射电镜观察6种苯系物(2.5 mg·L-1)对虾夷扇贝精子超微结构的损伤作用。结果发现:不同浓度苯系物处理组与对照组(0.0 mg·L-1)相比,虾夷扇贝精子的运动时间、卵子受精率及胚胎孵化率显著降低;胚胎发育延滞率、胚胎畸形率和幼体畸形率显著增加为并与处理浓度之间存在显著的剂量—效应关系。以上结果表明实验浓度下,6种苯系物对虾夷扇贝具有较强的胚胎毒性和生殖毒性作用。通过电镜切片发现,2.5 mg·L-1的苯、甲苯、乙基苯、邻–二甲苯、间–二甲苯、对–二甲苯导致虾夷扇贝精子超微结构损伤,表现为:精子质膜断裂、部分溶解,线粒体质膜和内嵴断裂、部分溶解。苯系物对虾夷扇贝精子超微结构的损伤可能是影响其精子活力和降低卵子受精率的主要原因之一。上述结果为苯系物对海洋贝类的生殖毒性评价提供基础数据。  相似文献

6种苯系物对球等鞭金藻和新月菱形藻的生长抑制   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
海洋环境中苯系物污染主要来源于海洋溢油事故以及沿海石油化工企业的废水排放。为探究苯系物对海洋微藻的毒性作用,选择球等鞭金藻和新月菱形藻作为受试生物,分别考察了苯、甲苯、乙基苯、邻-二甲苯、间-二甲苯和对-二甲苯6种苯系物对2种海洋微藻生长的影响。结果表明,在0.25~64.0 mg·L-1暴露浓度下,6种苯系物对2种微藻生长具有显著的抑制作用,随着暴露浓度的升高,抑制作用明显增强。苯、甲苯、乙基苯、邻-二甲苯、间-二甲苯、对-二甲苯对球等鞭金藻的24 h的半数效应浓度(24 h-EC50)分别为:17.07、12.88、7.58、0.55、0.36、0.27 mg·L-1;对新月菱形藻的24 h-EC50值分别为:1.03、0.68、0.46、0.40、0.42、0.38 mg·L-1。上述研究结果为确定苯系物海洋环境质量标准、保护海洋生态环境提供了基础数据。  相似文献

以虾夷扇贝(Mizuhopecten yessoensis)为受试生物,设置3种不同浓度的二甲苯、蒽、苯并[α]芘处理健康的虾夷扇贝,检测血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性变化情况,结果发现:0.01~1.0 mg·L~(-1)的二甲苯、0.002~0.2 mg·L~(-1)的蒽、0.001~0.1 mg·L~(-1)的苯并[α]芘处理6、12 h后,虾夷扇贝血清SOD活性升高,处理12 h后对血清SOD活性诱导率均高于处理6 h的;处理6 h后,血清CAT活性降低,而处理12 h后,血清CAT活性升高;具有显著的剂量-效应关系和时效关系,表明二甲苯、蒽、苯并[α]芘对虾夷扇贝具有氧化胁迫作用,可能导致其氧化损伤。相关性分析发现,3种污染物处理6 h后,血清SOD活性与CAT活性变化呈显著负相关;而处理12 h后,血清SOD活性与CAT活性变化呈显著正相关。上述结果为开展二甲苯、蒽、苯并[α]芘对海洋贝类毒性评价提供基础数据。  相似文献

为了分析苯系物(BTEXs)联合暴露后仿刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)管足转录组差异表达基因,采用Illumina Hi SeqTM2000测序技术,对1.0 mg·L~(-1)苯系物(B)联合暴露12 h后和对照组(C)的仿刺参管足组织分别进行转录组测序。经Trinity软件进行de novo组装,获得了145 675条unigenes。利用公共数据库进行同源比对,共注释了35 330条unigenes。对比分析苯系物联合暴露组和对照组的转录组测序结果,获得了2 418个差异表达基因(DEGs)(|Log2Fold changes|≥1且FDR≤0.001),其中,上调表达和下调表达基因分别为1 049和1 369个。GOseq分析结果显示,158个DEGs显著富集在149个GO terms中,包括103个生物学过程、17个细胞组分和29个分子功能(P0.05);KEGG代谢通路分析结果显示994个差异基因映射到268条代谢通路,这些差异表达基因参与的生理过程与其他生物的同源基因参与的信号传导、癌症、外源性化合物的生物降解代谢等过程相类似。上述结果为在转录组水平筛选苯系物的生物标志物,解析苯系物对仿刺参毒性作用的分子机制提供了科学参考。  相似文献

2009年北京市苯系物污染水平和变化特征   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
采用Tenax-TA/吸附热解吸、光离子化气相色谱法(GC-PID)对北京市大气中苯系物(BTEX)的小时平均浓度进行了为期1年的观测.结果表明,苯、甲苯、乙苯、间/对-二甲苯和邻二甲苯的年平均浓度分别为:4.43、7.03、2.27、4.18和2.06μg.m-3.苯系物之间具有很好的同源性,其浓度存在明显的日变化和季节变化,这些变化特征与交通尾气排放、采暖期化石燃料燃烧、光化学反应活性等密切相关.苯与甲苯特征比值(B/T)的分析表明,交通尾气排放是北京市大气中苯系物的主要来源,冬季和早春采暖期化石燃料燃烧也是北京市大气中BTEX的重要来源之一.乙苯与二甲苯比值(E/X)的季节变化为:夏季>春季>秋季>冬季,与北京市大气光化学反应活性季节变化趋势相似.2009年北京夏季总苯系物的平均浓度比2004年夏季减少了2/3,表明北京市政府为改善空气质量所采取的一系列控制措施十分有效.  相似文献

用热解吸/气质联用技术研究了杭州市居室空气中芳香族化合物的组成。结果表明:杭州市居室空气中共存在60种芳香族化合物,其中苯系化合物48种,非苯芳香族化合物12种,检出率大于50%的23种;在10种非苯芳香族化合物,茚、二氢甲基-1H-茚、二氢二甲基-1H-茚、六氢四甲基亚甲基奥、戊基呋喃等5种化合物的总含量之比为77%-96%,是主要的非苯芳香族化合物污染物,在48种苯系化合物中,苯、甲苯、乙苯、苯乙烯、邻二甲苯、间(对)二甲苯、1,2,4-三甲苯、1,3,5-三甲苯、乙基甲苯、丙烯基苯、乙基二甲苯、二乙基苯、萘等13种的总含量之比大于97%,是室内空气中最主要的苯系污染物。  相似文献

自2013年6月以来,利用Airmo VOC在线分析仪在北京市典型城区开展了环境空气中挥发性有机物(VOCs)的连续观测,选取2014年4个季节中各1个月的苯系物在线数据,分析了其浓度水平、变化特征、光化学反应活性,利用美国环保署(US EPA)提出的健康风险评价方法开展了有毒有害苯系物物种的健康风险评价,结合来源分析结果,明确北京市应重点控制的苯系物污染来源。研究区观测期间环境空气中16种苯系物的质量浓度为(22.64±16.83)μg·m-3,且具有秋季冬季春季夏季的特点,其中BTEX(苯、甲苯、乙苯和二甲苯)的质量浓度为(19.27±14.46)μg·m-3,占苯系物浓度水平的41.09%~95.16%。研究区观测期间苯系物质量浓度夜间高于日间,日变化呈V字形,在13:00—15:00时质量浓度低。16种苯系物的臭氧生成潜势(OFP)的范围为66.62~170.67μg·m-3,其中间+对二甲苯、甲苯和邻二甲苯的OFP值相对较大;二次有机气溶胶生成潜势(SOAFP)的范围为0.71~1.86μg·m-3,其中甲苯、间+对二甲苯和乙苯的SOAFP值相对较大。研究区观测期间6种苯系物(BTEX和苯乙烯)的危害指数在8.19E-03~5.01E-02之间,在4个季节中对暴露人群尚不存在非致癌性风险;而Ⅰ类致癌物质苯的风险值处于7.13E-08~8.13E-06之间,在夏、秋和冬季对研究区暴露人群的人体健康均存在潜在的致癌性风险。来源分析结果表明,研究区春、秋季苯系物主要来源于机动车尾气的排放,其中春季还受到溶剂等挥发的影响,夏、冬季苯系物则主要来自于燃煤源。  相似文献

于2014年春季使用Tedlar气袋采集南京市典型交通区与背景区的大气样品,参照美国EPA TO-15方法共检出30种挥发性有机物(VOCs)组分,研究了典型区域的VOCs污染特征与日变化趋势。结果表明,交通区ρ(VOCs)范围为122.58!236.97μg·m-3,平均值为(149.31±36.70)μg·m-3;背景区ρ(VOCs)范围为27.24!54.68μg·m-3,平均值为(43.29±10.53)μg·m-3。从污染物类型来看,烯烃、芳烃、卤代烃和酯类化合物是空气中的主要污染物。交通区空气中VOCs以苯系物为主,质量浓度范围为18.72!41.28μg·m-3,平均值为(25.39±7.63)μg·m-3,苯系物浓度日变化高峰出现在9:00、12:00和18:00,与道路车流量密切相关;而背景区苯系物浓度偏低,且无明显的变化趋势。对交通区苯系物各组分进行主成分分析发现,苯、乙苯、对,间-二甲苯、邻-二甲苯、4-乙基甲苯、1,3,5-三甲苯和1,2,4-三甲苯是主要的贡献因子,汽车尾气是交通区苯系物污染的主要来源。  相似文献

海洋环境中多环芳烃类(PAHs)主要来源于海洋溢油事故以及沿海石油化工企业的废水排放,国内外大量研究发现海洋中的多环芳烃对海洋生物造成了潜在的生态风险。为了揭示不同浓度多环芳烃类污染物对海参的生态毒理效应,将仿刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)分别暴露于不同浓度的2种烷基多环芳烃3-甲基菲(5、10、100μg·L~(-1))和2-甲基蒽(5、10、50μg·L~(-1))中,检测暴露3 d、7 d和14 d后,3-甲基菲和2-甲基蒽胁迫下仿刺参CYP450和p53基因的相对表达量。结果表明,3-甲基菲和2-甲基蒽胁迫下,仿刺参CYP450和p53基因的表达均对毒物产生了不同程度的响应。与对照组相比,3-甲基菲各处理组对仿刺参CYP450和p53基因的表达均产生显著的抑制作用(P0.05); 2-甲基蒽各处理组对仿刺参CYP450和p53基因的表达影响作用不同,暴露7 d后,2-甲基蒽各处理组对仿刺参CYP450基因的表达表现出抑制作用,对p53基因的表达表现出诱导作用。相同浓度与时间胁迫下,2-甲基蒽对仿刺参CYP450和p53基因表达的影响比3-甲基菲的影响大。上述研究结果表明,3-甲基菲和2-甲基蒽均可不同程度影响仿刺参CYP450和p53基因的表达,且与3-甲基菲相比,2-甲基蒽对仿刺参CYP450和p53基因表达的影响较明显。上述结果为多环芳烃类污染物对仿刺参的生物毒性评价提供了基础数据。  相似文献

Summary. Host selection in tree-killing bark beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae) is mediated by a complex of semiochemical cues. Using gas chromatographic-electroantennographic detection (GC-EAD) and GC-mass spectrometric analyses, we conducted a comparative study of the electrophysiological responses of four species of tree-killing bark beetles, the Douglas-fir beetle, Dendroctonus pseudotsugae, Hopkins, the mountain pine beetle, D. ponderosae Hopkins, the spruce beetle, D. rufipennis Kirby, and the western balsam bark beetle, Dryocoetes confusus Swaine, to volatiles captured by aeration of 1) bole and foliage of four sympatric species of conifers, Douglas-fir, Pseudotsuga menziesii (Mirb.) Franco, lodgepole pine, Pinus contorta var. latifolia Engelm., interior spruce, Picea engelmannii x glauca, and interior fir, Abies lasiocarpa x bifolia, and 2) con- and heterospecific beetles at three stages of attack. We identified 13 monoterpenes in the conifers and nine compounds in the volatiles of beetles that elicited antennal responses. There was no qualitative difference in the terpene constitution of the four species of conifers and very little difference across beetle species in their antennal response to compounds from conifers or beetles. The lack of species-specific major or minor components in conifers suggests that beetles would need to detect differences in the ratios of different compounds in conifers to discriminate among them. Attraction to hosts and avoidance of nonhost conifers may be accentuated by perception of compounds emitted by con- and heterospecific beetles, respectively. The 22 compounds identified are candidate semiochemicals with potential behavioural roles in host location and discrimination.  相似文献

海洋微塑料作为一类新型环境污染物已经成为全球性环境问题。运用水样叶绿素荧光仪(Water-PAM)研究了不同浓度软聚氯乙烯(polyvinyl chloride, PVC)和硬PVC浸出液(0、50、100和200 g·L~(-1))胁迫下球等鞭金藻(Isochrysis galbana)、中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)和小球藻(Chlorella sp.)3种海洋微藻叶绿素荧光特性,包括PSⅡ最大量子产量(F_v/F_m)、PSⅡ实际量子产量(Yield)、光化学淬灭(qP)和PSⅡ最大相对电子传递速率(rETR_(max))的变化,同时检测微藻的生长状况。结果表明,球等鞭金藻(金藻门)和中肋骨条藻(硅藻门)的4项光合作用参数在软PVC浸出液胁迫的96 h内均显著下降,且随软PVC浸出液浓度增加,下降幅度增大,在实验后期(48~96 h)达到最小值,表现为抑制作用。96 h时,球等鞭金藻和中肋骨条藻的细胞密度均在软PVC浸出液200 g·L~(-1)处理组达到最小值,分别占对照组的3.20%和11.90%。硬PVC浸出液胁迫对球等鞭金藻和中肋骨条藻的4项光合作用参数具有显著影响(P<0.05),球等鞭金藻的4项参数均显著高于对照组。中肋骨条藻的相关光合作用参数均显著低于对照组。72 h时球等鞭金藻和中肋骨条藻的细胞密度分别在硬PVC浸出液100 g·L-1和200 g·L~(-1)处理组达到最小值,为对照组的67.90%和82.50%,表现为抑制作用。小球藻(绿藻门)的各光合作用参数和细胞密度在软PVC和硬PVC浸出液胁迫的96 h内未产生显著变化。该研究证实PVC浸出液对微藻光合系统具有干扰作用,对海洋生态系统具有潜在风险。  相似文献

以静水实验法探讨珠江流域主要金属污染物铜和镉对当地天然仔鱼和幼鱼的急性毒性效应。结果显示,铜对西江赤眼鳟和鲴仔鱼(48 h)和广东鲂幼鱼(96 h)的LC50分别为0.066、0.055和0.10 mg·L-1,对应的安全浓度分别为0.006、0.010和0.010 mg·L-1;镉对赤眼鳟和鲴仔鱼(48 h)以及广东鲂幼鱼(96 h)的LC50分别为1.29、0.83和3.20 mg·L-1,对应的安全浓度分别为0.163、0.077和0.320 mg·L-1。其中,铜对上述受试鱼的安全浓度低于或接近我国《渔业水质标准》及《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅱ类水对铜的规定,而镉对这些受试鱼的安全浓度则高于相关标准对镉的规定。研究结果表明,珠江流域铜污染可能会对当地天然仔鱼、幼鱼群体的补充构成一定程度的威胁,但镉污染暂不会对该区域主要鱼类早期群体补充带来严重的生态风险。  相似文献

双酚AF(4,4'-六氟-2-二酚,BPAF)应用渐为广泛,对生态环境具有潜在威胁。为探究BPAF对水生生物的神经毒性,选择斑马鱼作为实验对象,利用T型迷宫和实时定量PCR的研究方法,考察0、0.005、0.05和0.5 mg·L~(-1)3种不同浓度BPAF暴露下,成年斑马鱼的学习记忆能力,并检测鱼脑中胶质纤维酸性蛋白基因(glial fibrillary acidic protein,gfap)、音猬基因(sonic hedgehog,shha)和突触蛋白基因(synapsinⅡa,syn2a)表达量变化。结果表明:在T迷宫行为学检测中,0.5 mg·L~(-1)BPAF暴露浓度下,斑马鱼在第1天进入T型迷宫规定臂的潜伏时间与对照组相比显著增加(P0.01),随着暴露浓度和染毒时间的增加,潜伏时间显著延长,具有明显的剂效和时效关系。暴露6 d后,BPAF各暴露浓度组中雌鱼脑部gfap基因显著上调,雄鱼脑中gfap基因在高浓度暴露组(0.5 mg·L~(-1))下表达量下调,而在0.005 mg·L~(-1)BPAF暴露组差异不明显。BPAF暴露可导致雌鱼脑部shha基因下调,使雄鱼脑中shha基因表达量随暴露浓度增大呈先上升后下降的趋势。BPAF各暴露浓度组中雌鱼和雄鱼脑部syn2a基因下调,呈现出随暴露浓度增大而下降的趋势。综上,初步认为BPAF对斑马鱼具有潜在的神经认知干扰效应。  相似文献

Aphid population dynamics has been thoroughly investigated, especially in tree-dwelling aphids. Among the controls of the aphid rate of increase are the negative effects of antagonists, the positive effects of mutualists, the density-dependence of the aphid dynamics, and the non-stationary quality of plant tissues. Here we present a mechanistic model of aphid growth that considers most of these governing factors using a simple formulation. What is new in this model is that it considers two kinds of antagonists. The first kind is a guild of aphid predator specialists that includes ladybirds (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae), but also species of some families of Hemiptera, Diptera, and Neuroptera. The second kind of antagonists consists of omnivores or generalist predators and in this particular setting is exemplified by the European earwig Forficula auricularia (Dermaptera: Forficulidae). The model developed here compared the effects of these two different kinds of aphid predators, the second one always at the site (sedentary predators) and the first one that arrives in important numbers only once the aphid population has already developed to some degree (non-sedentary predators). Multiple model parameter sets, representing different hypotheses about controls on aphid populations, were evaluated within the Generalised Likelihood Uncertainty Estimation (GLUE) methodology. The model correctly reproduced the experimental data obtained in an organic citrus grove showing the important effect that sedentary predators as earwigs can have on the aphid populations. Low densities of sedentary predators or even low predation rates can have a disproportionate effect on the final aphid density, as they prey on small populations, when the per capita effect on the aphid population is higher. During the main spring peak of aphids the role of non-sedentary predators is secondary, as they track the aphid density rather than control it. However, these non-sedentary predators are important within the proposed model to keep the second autumn peak of aphids at low values.  相似文献

Summary Acanthoscelides obtectus (Say) is one of the most damaging pests of kidney beans,Phaseolus vulgaris L. worldwide. However, aromatic plants from the families Lamiaceae, Lauraceae, Myrtaceae and Poaceae can protect kidney beans by direct or delayed insecticidal effect, through increased adult mortality and inhibition of beetle reproduction (both oviposition and adult emergence). The efficiency of hydrodistillated and intact plants fromThymus vulgaris andT. serpyllum, Mentha piperata, Rosmarinus officinalis, Satureia hortensis, Eucalyptus globulus, Laurus nobilis, Origanum vulgare, andCymbopogon nardus was compared. For both extracts,Origanum vulgare had the best effect. The insecticidal effect was induced by more than the essential oils because no significant difference was noticed between distilled and intact plants extract. Inhibition of reproduction was particularly important. These results suggest that lipidic as well as non lipidic, allelochemicals, such as phenolics, or non-protein amino-acids, or flavonoids may be involved in the toxicity of aromatic plants to this beetle.  相似文献

Summary. Larvae of the turnip sawfly, Athalia rosae L. (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae), sequester glucosinolates of their host plants, namely members of the Brassicaceae family, in their haemolymph. Therefore, they need to circumvent myrosinase activities of the plant tissue which normally hydrolyse the glucosinolates after plant damage. Effects of varying levels of glucosinolates and myrosinases on the performance of A. rosae were investigated using homozygous lines of Brassica juncea (L.) with either (1) low glucosinolate (lowGS) and low myrosinase (lowMR), (2) high glucosinolate (highGS) and high myrosinase (highMR), or (3) high glucosinolate (highGS) and low myrosinase (lowMR) levels. To insure that the given quantities remained as constant as possible, newly hatched larvae were enclosed on the second-youngest leaf of a plant, and were offered a new plant of comparable physiological age (6-leaf-stage) every day. The performance of A. rosae was little affected by leaf quality. Body masses of eonymphs and adults were on average lowest on the highGS/highMR-line, but these differences were rarely significant. The pupal developmental times of females and males were longest on the highGS/lowMR-line in only one of two replicate experiments. All other performance traits (developmental times of larvae, egg numbers, adult longevity) were not significantly different. Glucosinolates, sequestered by the larvae, are carried through the pupal stage. The glucosinolate concentration measured in adult insects reflected the level of the host plant line, without showing any obvious costs for sequestration. Obviously, A. rosae is highly tolerant to variation in the glucosinolate-myrosinase system of its host. In addition, induced changes of glucosinolate concentrations and myrosinase activities caused by 24 h-feeding of groups of three small larvae were analysed in the second-youngest leaves. In contrast to the patterns most herbivores evoke on Brassicaceae, namely an increase of both glucosinolate concentration and myrosinase activity, we detected a significant decrease of both traits in all three lines where the respective trait was originally high in the plants. Although glucosinolate levels dropped in the highGS lines about 50%, these still contained higher concentrations than the lowGS line. Whereas the activity of soluble myrosinases remained highest in the highMR line, even after a decrease to almost 30% due to feeding, the levels of insoluble myrosinases converged after feeding in lowMR and highMR lines. Levels of the signalling molecule salicylic acid slightly decreased on average after feeding, whereas jasmonic acid was below the detection threshold in almost all samples. The concentration of several molecules varies strongly in plant tissue with age and can change due to induction by herbivore feeding. 加拿大一枝黄花(Solidago canadensis)和小飞蓬(Conyza canadensis)常共同入侵至同一农田生态系统。探究了两者对大豆幼苗生长的复合化感作用。加拿大一枝黄花叶浸提液显著抑制大豆幼苗地上生物量。而小飞蓬叶浸提液也明显抑制大豆幼苗地上生物量(未达到显著水平)。与对照处理相比,两者复合叶浸提液处理未显著影响大豆幼苗地上生物量。两者复合叶浸提液处理下大豆幼苗地上生物量显著大于加拿大一枝黄花叶浸提液单一处理,同时也大于小飞蓬叶浸提液单一处理(未达到显著水平)。两者叶浸提液单一处理均明显降低大豆幼苗株高(未达到显著水平)。与对照处理相比,两者复合叶浸提液处理未显著影响大豆幼苗株高。两者复合叶浸提液处理下大豆幼苗株高明显大于两者叶浸提液单一处理(未达到显著水平)。因此,两者叶浸提液对大豆幼苗的生长均具有一定程度的抑制效应,且加拿大一枝黄花叶浸提液对大豆幼苗产生的化感作用(尤其是地上生物量)明显大于小飞蓬。两者复合化感作用明显低于两者单一化感作用,尤其是两者对大豆幼苗地上生物量的复合化感作用显著低于加拿大一枝黄花的单一化感作用。所以,化感效应可能在两者共同入侵(即两者复合作用)进程中所起的贡献低于在两者单一入侵进程中所起的作用。  相似文献

抗生素的滥用导致细菌耐药问题日益严重,人类迫切需要开发出新的抗菌药物以减少细菌耐药问题。基于纳米银制备而成的纳米银复合材料在兼顾纳米银抗菌性能的同时不仅能够克服单一纳米银释放速度快、不稳定等缺点,还能缓解细菌耐药的问题,因此被认为是一类具有广泛应用前景的新型抗菌剂。已有研究表明,单一纳米银与某些抗生素的联合使用可以达到协同抗菌效果,但目前尚缺乏对纳米银复合材料与抗生素的联合抗菌性能及机制的研究。本文首先制备出3种不同结构的纳米银复合材料,包括二氧化硅-聚多巴胺-纳米银复合材料(SiO_2-PD-AgNPs)、纳米银@二氧化硅复合材料(AgNPs@SiO_2)和纳米银@二氧化硅-聚多巴胺-纳米银复合材料(AgNPs@SiO_2-PD-AgNPs)。随后测定了纳米银复合材料对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli, E. coli)和枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis, B. subtilis)的单一毒性效应。结果显示,AgNPs@SiO_2-PD-AgNPs复合材料对2种菌的单一毒性均大于其余2种纳米银复合材料。因此,笔者以AgNPs@SiO_2-PD-AgNPs作为代表,测定了纳米银复合材料与硫酸卡那霉素(kanamycin sulfate, KS)/盐酸土霉素(oxytetracycline hydrochloride, OH)的二元联合抗菌性能,发现AgNPs@SiO_2-PD-AgNPs与KS联合可以对E. coli产生协同效应。协同效应产生的主要原因可能是:AgNPs@SiO_2-PD-AgNPs释放出的纳米银会和KS发生键合反应生成KS-纳米银复合物,导致纳米银释放出大量的Ag+增加了细胞膜的通透性,从而使得进入细菌内的Ag~+和KS比单独作用时进入胞内的抗菌剂增多,产生更强的抗菌性能,从而表现出协同抗菌效应。本研究基于新型纳米银复合材料与抗生素的联合抗菌性能实验探究了纳米银复合材料与特定抗生素联合用药的最佳组合和相关机制,为今后开发新型抗菌材料提供了新思路并为相关联合用药提供参考。  相似文献

The phototransformation of naproxen Na in aqueous medium has been investigated. Irradiation of the drug in drinking water affords seven photoproducts. Three of them are dimeric photoproducts isolated for the first time. The compounds, isolated by chromatographic processes, have been identified by spectroscopic means. The toxicity of the photoproducts and the parent drug has been assayed on Daphnia magna and Vibrio fischeri. The results indicate that some photoproducts are more toxic than naproxen.  相似文献
