长江下游重点江段水质污染及对鱼类的毒性影响   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
通过对长江下游安庆、南京、镇江、南通4江段水质污染及其对鱼类毒性影响的调查监测可发现,长江下游江段主航道水质较好,符合国家地面水Ⅱ类水质标准.但近岸带水质由于受污染带的影响,水质污染较严重,其主要污染物为石油类和挥发酚等.上述这些污染物质对鱼类具有一定的毒性影响,其不但可引起鱼类的急性中毒,而且可诱发鱼类产生微核,并对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌TA98菌株表现出一定的致突变性.同时在上述几个江段鱼体内可检出较高的蓄积性污染物的残留量.研究结果显示,长江下游江段正在遭受沿江诸多工业废水的污染,尤其是污染带的作用,并且这种污染对区域性渔业有一定的影响  相似文献

对拟建小南海水利工程对长江上游珍稀特有鱼类国家级自然保护区的生态影响的预测分析结果表明,保护区72.5 km江段的水文情势发生改变,部分江段的结构和功能将遭受严重破坏,胭脂鱼(Myxocyprinus asiaticus)、圆口铜鱼(Coreius guichenoti)、长薄鳅(Leptobotia elongata)等珍稀特有鱼类的产卵场和主要柄息地将直接减少.为最大限度减缓工程建设对保护区的影响,提出了具体的建议和对策.  相似文献

4种石油化工污染物对15种水生动物急性毒性效应   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用15种试验生物测试了硫氰酸钠、二甲基甲酰胺、乙腈和丙烯腈等4种石油化工废水中常见污染物对水生生物的急性毒性.结果表明,4种石油化合物对15种水生动物的ρ(LC50)[或ρ(EC50)]分别为4.22~1691mg/L,2400~22619mg/L,4346~16194mg/L和5.16~19.64mg/L,说明丙烯腈为高毒污染物,乙腈和硫氰酸钠为中等毒性的污染物,而二甲基甲酰胺为低毒污染物;8种鱼类对试验污染物的敏感性基本接近,因而常用的毒性试验用鱼(鲢鱼和鲤鱼)可以较好地代表我国主要的淡水鱼类;中华大蟾蜍、黑斑蛙、盐水卤虫、摇蚊幼虫、折叠萝卜螺和霍甫氏水丝蚓等可以用来作为常用水生态毒理学试验生物的补充,以满足对污染物进行某些特殊的水生态毒理学研究和生物监测时的需要.  相似文献

微纳米塑料(MNPs)在水环境中的污染问题已成为全球关注的热点。MNPs因其数量多、粒径小,极易被鱼类误食对鱼体造成危害。本文综述了MNPs对鱼类毒性效应及作用机制,首先阐述了鱼类对MNPs的摄食、富集和转运规律,分析了不同粒径的MNPs对鱼类造成的不同危害,其次重点评述了MNPs对鱼类毒性效应及作用机制,并介绍了MNPs和其他污染物对鱼类的毒性效应,最后展望了MNPs对鱼类的研究趋势。研究MNPs对鱼类毒性效应及作用机制有利于增进对MNPs的生态毒性的认识,为经济鱼类的安全生产和生态稳定提供科学依据。  相似文献

鱼类性别分化是在性别决定机制的控制下,鱼类未分化的性腺向卵巢或精巢发育,并出现第2性征的过程,受自身内分泌系统的精确调控。环境内分泌干扰物能通过干扰内源激素的合成、释放、转运、代谢、结合和作用等过程影响鱼类的内分泌机能,从而对鱼类的性别分化产生影响。介绍了鱼类性别分化的模式和过程以及内分泌系统对鱼类性别分化的调控作用,综述了环境内分泌干扰物对鱼类性别比例、配子发生、性腺发育和第2性征的影响,从性类固醇激素的合成以及性别分化相关基因的表达两个方面探讨了环境内分泌干扰物影响鱼类性别分化的作用机制,并展望了该领域未来的研究方向。  相似文献

毒死蜱对我国南方稻区水域中12种淡水鱼的毒性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
毒死蜱作为稻田常用农药,普遍存在于稻区沟渠、池塘和河流中,从而对生活在其中的鱼类具有潜在风险。通过短期暴露试验,比较了毒死蜱在纯水、水-沉积物体系中对淡水鱼的毒性效应,进一步研究了毒死蜱在不同鱼体内的生物富集作用,以及对鱼脑Ach E活性的影响。试验结果表明:毒死蜱对12种淡水鱼均表现为高毒或剧毒,最敏感的是太阳鱼,但体系中沉积物的存在会通过吸附作用降低农药对鱼类的毒性;毒死蜱在鱼体内表现为中等或高富集性,其中斑马鱼的富集系数最大;毒死蜱对鱼脑Ach E酶活性有明显抑制作用,其中以虹鳟最敏感。研究结果为稻田常用农药对水生态环境中鱼类安全的风险性评价提供了科学依据。  相似文献

转基因作物潜在的健康和环境风险一直以来颇受争议,转基因作物加工成动物饲料后可能会诱导动物产生免疫应激反应,影响动物的生长发育、繁殖等。鱼类是水生脊椎动物的代表,已广泛应用于水环境的监测,但目前转基因作物对鱼类的饲用安全性研究还相对较少。文章基于转基因作物作为鱼饲料原料对鱼类生态毒理学效应的研究现状,综述了转基因作物对鱼的生长表现、生理生化、脏器功能及发育、组织病理以及行为活动等方面的生态毒理学效应,分析了当前研究中存在的问题,并对今后的研究趋势进行了探讨。  相似文献

本文采用综合评价法,对高产淡水鱼生产区——浙江省湖州市菱湖镇郊15个农户的综合功能效益作了调查研究。结果表明,仅有少数农户综合功能效益水平较高,具有生产资料较完备,充分利用系统内部资源及各业之间密切配合,生产技术和经营水平较高,注意闲季户外收入等特点;大多数农户的综合功能效益水平则较低,尚有较大的潜力。池塘水体富营养化、水体污染及市场影响是所有农户的共同问题,急需采取有效措施加以解决。  相似文献

水暴露下氟在西伯利亚鲟稚鱼硬骨和软骨中的积累和消除   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
采用静态水暴露试验方法,设置0.26(对照)、3.1、7.8、18.7、51.8mg·L-1氟离子(F-)5个试验组暴露西伯利亚鲟稚鱼,暴露90d后转移至清水中培养30d,检测了这2个阶段鱼体硬骨和软骨中氟离子含量,探讨了氟离子在西伯利亚鲟稚鱼硬骨和软骨中的积累与消除规律,以及氟离子对鱼体生长的影响.结果表明,随着氟离子浓度的增加和暴露时间的延长,氟在西伯利亚鲟稚鱼硬骨和软骨中的含量显著增加,暴露90d时各暴露组硬骨和软骨中氟含量均显著高于对照组;西伯利亚鲟稚鱼暴露在较高浓度氟离子(7.8、18.7和51.8mg·L-1)中90d,生长速度(体重)显著下降;经过30d清水培养后,较高浓度暴露组(18.7和51.8mg·L-1)西伯利亚鲟稚鱼硬骨的氟含量显著下降.由此结论:氟在西伯利亚鲟稚鱼硬骨和软骨组织中具有较高的生物蓄积作用;转移至清水中饲养后,蓄积的高浓度的氟可从硬骨中排出.  相似文献

Abstract: A sea cage, sometimes referred to as a net pen, is an enclosure designed to prevent farm fish from escaping and to protect them from large predators, while allowing a free flow of water through the cage to carry away waste. Farm fish thus share water with wild fish, which enables transmission of parasites, such as sea lice, from wild to farm and farm to wild fishes. Sea lice epidemics, together with recently documented population‐level declines of wild salmon in areas of sea‐cage farming, are a reminder that sea‐cage aquaculture is fundamentally different from terrestrial animal culture. The difference is that sea cages protect farm fish from the usual pathogen‐control mechanisms of nature, such as predators, but not from the pathogens themselves. A sea cage thus becomes an unintended pathogen factory. Basic physical theory explains why sea‐cage aquaculture causes sea lice on sympatric wild fish to increase and why increased lice burdens cause wild fish to decline, with extirpation as a real possibility. Theory is important to this issue because slow declines of wild fish can be difficult to detect amid large fluctuations from other causes. The important theoretical concepts are equilibrium, host‐density effect, reservoir‐host effect, and critical stocking level of farmed fish (stocking level at which lice proliferate on farm fish even if wild fish are not present to infect them). I explored these concepts and their implications without mathematics through examples from salmon farming. I also considered whether the lice‐control techniques used by sea‐cage farmers (medication and shortened grow‐out times) are capable of protecting wild fish. Elementary probability showed that (where W is the abundance of wild fish, W* is the prefarm abundance, F is the abundance of farm fish, and is the ratio of lice per farm fish to lice per wild fish). Declines of wild fish can be reduced by short growing cycles for farm fish, medicating farm fish, and keeping farm stocking levels low. Declines can be avoided only by ensuring that wild fish do not share water with farmed fish, either by locating sea cages very far from wild fish or through the use of closed‐containment aquaculture systems. These principles are likely to govern any aquaculture system where cage‐protected farm hosts and sympatric wild hosts have a common parasite with a direct life cycle.  相似文献

Many wildlife species feed on anadromous fishes of several life-history stages. There is evidence for some wildlife species that the availability of anadromous fish is critically important for survival or reproduction. In some regions anadromous fishes in fresh water appear to be keystone food resources for vertebrate prediators and scavengers, forging an ecologically significant link between aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems. The spatial distribution of anadromous fish in fresh water, including the occurrence of runs in very small streams, has important consequences for wildlife biology (social interactions, distribution, activity patterns, possibly survivorship) and conservation of biodiversity.  相似文献

Abstract:  Marine protected areas, and other fishery management systems that impart partial or total protection from fishing, are increasingly advocated as an essential management tool to ensure the sustainable use of marine resources. Beneficial effects for fish species are well documented for tropical and reef systems, but the effects of marine protected areas remain largely untested in temperate waters. We compared trends in sport-fishing catches of nine fish species in an area influenced by a large (500-km2) towed-fishing-gear restriction zone and in adjacent areas under conventional fishery management controls. Over the period 1973–2002 the mean reported weight of above-average-sized (trophy) fish of species with early age at maturity and limited home range was greatest within the area influenced by the fishing-gear restriction zone. The reported weight of trophy fish of species that mature early also declined less and more slowly over time within the area influenced by the fishing-gear restriction zone. Importantly, the mean reported weight of trophy fish of species that mature late and those that undertake extensive spatial movements declined at the same rate in all areas. Hence these species are likely to require protected areas >500 km2 for effective protection. Our results also indicated that fish species with a localized distribution or high site fidelity may require additional protection from sport fishing to prevent declines in the number or size of fish within the local population.  相似文献

Fish exposed to 150 ppm and 250 ppm doses saparately, showed eratic swimming with hyper-excitability, spiralling, convulsion and mortality. However at 350 ppm dose fish became lethargic and steady at the bottom of aquarium. This behaviour appears to be due to sedative effects of fish implicating the phychoactive nature of the plant B. Ianzan. At 150 ppm to 350 ppm doses, fish scale changed from reticulate to punctate chromatophores; and treated fish when transferred to fresh water, were slowly regained to normal behaviour after 96 h exposure. Hence doses regaining from 150 ppm to 350 ppm is considered to be psychoative in nature. In higher doses 450 ppm and 550 ppm fish could survive only 76 h and 4.30 h respectively and then died indicating toxicity of plant for the said doses. It is found that scale present on its body is most suitable test system for the study of psychoactivity and toxicity of plant extracts on fish, Labeo rohita.  相似文献

Sundarban mangrove ecosystem in India is one of the largest detritus based ecosystem of the world and it supplies the detritus and nutrients to the adjacent Hooghly-Matla estuarine complex. In this estuary a group of fish completely detritivorous in nature, belonging to the genus Mugil spp. is present. This group of fish is expected to have important effects on the trophic dynamics of ecosystems, but exact nature of these effects is not known. In order to study the impact that detritivory by fish may have on the estuarine food chain, we developed mathematical formulations. We run two models, one with phytoplankton, zooplankton, carnivorous fish, detritus and nutrient and without this group of fish and a second one after including this fish in the system. In our model this group of fish has no major impact on primary productions of the estuarine system but has extensive role in total fish production. Coexistence of detritivorous fish and carnivorous fish occurs within reasonable parameter range. We have tested different growth rates of phytoplankton, grazing rates and predation rates of zooplankton, detritivorous fish and carnivorous fish for total system equilibrium. Carnivorous fish predation rate on detritivorous fish and detritivorous fish grazing rate on detritus are very important. Different foraging ratios are also tested in this study. Foraging preference of carnivorous fish on detritivorous fish appears significant for the system equilibrium.  相似文献

设置投饵、投饵单养花鲢(Aristichthisnobilis)、投饵单养鲤鱼(Cyprinuscarpio)、投饵混养花鲢和鲤鱼以及空白对照5个围隔及水库背景水体,研究投饵养鱼对潘家口水库浮游藻类生长和群落结构的影响。结果发现,试验期间水库水体和空白对照围隔中总藻平均密度分别为2.60×10^6L^-1和3.38×10^6L^-1,均以蓝藻和绿藻为主且基本保持稳定状态;投饵能有效促进藻类生长,只投饵围隔中总藻平均密度达到1.17×10^8L^-1,藻种组成向单一鱼腥藻(Anabaena)方向演替;养殖花鲢抑制藻的生长,参照只投饵围隔,抑制率接近80%,绿藻占据极大优势,其中栅藻(Scenedesmussp)、芒锥藻(Errerellabornhemiensisconr)和空星藻(Coelastrumsp)成为优势藻种;投饵养殖鲤鱼也能有效降低藻生物量,总藻平均密度为4.07×10^7L^-1,绿藻占总藻的比例由27%增加到95%,其中空星藻和小球藻(ChlorellavulgarisBeij)为优势藻种;投饵混养花鲢和鲤鱼围隔中总藻密度稍高于单养花鲢和鲤鱼围隔,为4.37×10^7L^-1,栅藻和鱼腥藻为优势藻种。  相似文献

An adequate reserve of dissolved oxygen in a receiving stream is extremely important for protecting aquatic plants and animals, and for conserving our water resources. This paper briefly describes the environmental engineering significance of the stream self-purification, the current stream quality standards on dissolved oxygen concentration, and the solubility of dissolved oxygen in water. Special emphasis is placed on the modelling of the biological reactions and the dissolved oxygen saturation concentration in fresh water. The model can be used for calculating the dissolved oxygen saturation concentration, in turn, for determining the dissolved oxygen deficits, the critical dissolved oxygen concentration, and the allowable dissolved oxygen drop in a stream into which the waste water is discharged.  相似文献
