超声-双氧水和亚铁离子体系处理含酚废水研究 总被引:3,自引:2,他引:3
在实验装置上对超声-双氧水和亚铁离子体系联合处理含酚废水进行了实验研究。主要考察了废水初始pH值、初始双氧水浓度、超声功率、反应时间等因素对酚去除率的影响。实验结果表明:超声辐射可以在双氧水和亚铁离子体系氧化过程中起加速反应的作用,而且随着超声功率的增大,加速反应的能力增强;实验条件下废水初始pH值为4~6.8,初始双氧水浓度为140mg/L时酚去除效果最佳;超声-双氧水和亚铁离子体系处理含酚废水过程中苯酚的降解规律符合表现一级反应。 相似文献

分别研究了铁碳内电解、超声波辐照以及不同组合方式对高盐度泡菜废水的处理,重点研究了铁碳比、铁碳加入量、溶液pH值、处理时间、超声功率密度等因素对高含盐量泡菜废水降解率的影响。实验表明,铁碳加入对内电解处理效果影响显著,超声波处理该废水的最佳pH值为7;超声内电解处理的最佳条件为:铁碳比2∶1,铁碳加入体积为溶液体积的25%,溶液初始pH值为7,超声功率密度为0.225w/cm3,曝气处理90min。处理后出水COD去除率大于50%,达到了对该类高浓度含盐废水的预处理效果,降低了后续生化系统的处理负荷。 相似文献

以含铜废水为处理对象,考察了二维电解法的电解电压、电解时间、pH值、极间距对铜去除率的影响。在此基础上为提高处理效率,两极间填充活性炭和玻璃珠形成三维电解,确定了三维电解的最佳运行条件是极间距4cm,pH值3~4,电解电压22 V,电解135min,铜离子的去除率为80.6%。 相似文献

桑皮纤维作为天然纤维的新品种,是"绿色纺织品"或"生态纺织品"的典型产品原料,研究桑皮纤维具有重大的理论和实际意义。探讨了桑皮胶质绿色降解方法,探寻出温度、时间、pH值、接种量等条件与残胶率的关系,再通过正交试验确定其最佳工艺条件为:温度37℃、时间22h、pH7.3、接种量12.5%,此时残胶率为13.4%。对胶质降解后的桑皮纤维进行长度、细度、断裂强度性能测试,其长度为35—45mm,细度为3.6—4.0dt,断裂强度为3.71—5.07cN/dt。 相似文献

为实现放射性浓缩液最大程度减容,设计了桶内干燥系统,基于物料衡算与热量衡算,建立了干燥过程动态数学模型,考察了不同的工艺条件对系统总体运行参数的影响,预测了桶内物料质量、含盐率、理论料面高度、温度、蒸发速率等关键参数随时间的变化规律。结果表明:干燥总时长随加热功率、浓缩液含盐率、浓缩液温度、最终干燥盐分湿含率以及第一阶段单次加料体积的增大而减小;干燥初期,新物料的加入对桶内含盐率有较为显著的降低作用;提高干燥强度将降低料面高度,间接降低热能有效利用率;在典型的工艺条件下,桶内干燥系统理论干燥总时长为281.19h,平均蒸发速率为3.43kg/h,平均处理能力为4.05L/h。为桶内干燥系统设计及试验提供理论指导。 相似文献

Although most of jet fuels are currently made from petroleum, nonfood oilseeds such as flax and canola seeds may be an alternative for renewable jet fuel production in the near future. Vegetable oils produced from those oilseeds can be upgraded to liquid hydrocarbons to produce renewable jet fuels. The production efficiency and cost are heavily relied on the vegetable oil fatty acid profile (FAP). Previous research indicated that vegetable oil FAP is affected by oilseed species and oil extraction conditions. Cold press oil extractions from flax and canola seeds were conducted. The effect of the frequency controlling the screw rotating speed on the oil extraction efficiency and quality was discussed. Characterization of the vegetable oils produced, including density, pH value, viscosity, moisture, element component, heating value and FAP, was carried out. The residual oil contents left in the cold press meals were also determined. The results show that the oil extraction efficiency of oilseeds increased when the frequency decreased. For flax and canola seeds, their highest oil extraction efficiency was the same (81.0%), which was both obtained at 15 Hz. The cold press frequency had a minor influence on the FAPs of flax oils. However, the FAPs of canola oils produced at 15 Hz were different from those produced at 20 Hz and 25 Hz to some extent. 本文分析了从抽提叶绿素后的蚕沙中提取叶蛋白的工艺条件。结果表明:以07%NaOH作提取剂,料比1∶7,于60℃搅拌提取6h,叶蛋白的提取率为8412%;再用(1+1)HCl调pH值为35,即得叶蛋白沉淀。按上述工艺条件,叶蛋白得率(以蚕沙干物计)为1009%,蛋白质含量为7668%,提高了蚕沙的综合利用价值 相似文献

从冀东油田钻井废液中筛选分离出耐盐石油降解菌Virgibacillus sp.(简称SJ菌),其在高含盐条件下对石油具有较好的降解效果,高达56.12%左右。考察了pH值、盐度、不同N和P形态等因素对SJ菌降解石油效果的影响。结果表明:SJ菌有较宽的pH值适应范围(pH值为6~10)和较好的耐盐能力(0.5%~20%),在pH值为9及NaCl质量浓度为5%时对石油类降解效果最好,其最佳利用N源和P源分别为(NH2)2CO和KH2PO4,该研究为油田高含盐含油废液处理提供了一条新途径。 相似文献

The olive mill waste (OMW) generated from olive oil extraction process constitutes a major environmental concern owing to its high organic and mineral matters and acidic pH. Anaerobic digestion (AD) is a main treatment for reducing the organic matter and toxic substances contained in OMW and generating at the same time, energy in the form of biogas. AD of OMW that contains lignocellulose is limited by the rate of hydrolysis due to their recalcitrant structure. This study is devoted to the effect of Fenton process (FP) pretreatment on olive mill wastewater (OMSW) /olive mill solid waste (OMWW) co-digestion to improve their digestibility and in this way the biogas production. The FP pretreatment was performed in batch mode at 25°C, various H2O2/[Fe2+] ratios (100–1200), catalyst concentration ([Fe2+]) ranging from 0.25 to 2 mM, reaction time varying from 30 to150 min, and different pH (3–11). The best performance was obtained with H2O2/[Fe2+] = 1000, [Fe2+] = 1.5 mM, 120 min, and pH 3. Biochemical methane potential (BMP) tests conducted in batch wise digester and at mesophilic conditions (37 °C) showed that cumulative biogas and methane production were higher without FP treatment, and correspond to 699 and 416 mL/g VS, respectively. However, pre-treated OMSW results into an increase of 24% of methane yield. After 30 days of AD, the methane yield was 63%, 54%, and 48%, respectively, for OMSW treated without iron precipitation, with iron precipitation and untreated OMSW sample. 相似文献
