Efficiency of surfactant-enhanced desorption for contaminated soils depending on the component characteristics of soil-surfactant--PAHs system 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
The sorption of surfactants onto soils has a significant effect on the performance of surfactant enhanced desorption. In this study, the efficiency of surfactants in enhancing desorption for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) contaminated soils relative to water was evaluated with a term of relative efficiency coefficient (REC). Since the sorption of surfactants onto soils, surfactants only enhanced PAH desorption when REC values were larger than 1 and the added surfactant concentration was greater than the corresponding critical enhance desorption concentration (CEDC), which was defined as the corresponding surfactant concentration with REC=1. A model was utilized to describe and predict the REC and CEDC values for PAH desorption. The model and experimental results indicated that the efficiency of surfactants in enhancing PAH desorption showed strong dependence on the soil composition, surfactant structure and PAH properties. These results are of practical interest for the selection of surfactant to optimize soil remediation technologies. 相似文献

为去除化工生产等过程中产生的酸雾废气,首先用水作用法、微波法和传统湿法对粉煤灰进行改性试验,结果显示:传统湿法中的碱法效果最佳,改性后粉煤灰的BET比表面积是改性前的8.23倍.再用改性后的粉煤灰与廉价易得的天然矿物沸石和熟石灰作为活性组分,制得一种新型的复合吸附剂.常温常压下,动态吸附盐酸雾,实验结果表明:由改性粉煤灰制作的吸附剂G对盐酸雾的吸附性能比未经改性的吸附剂W有所提高,在文中所述条件下,饱和吸附量由改性前的331.4 mg/g提高到改性后的445.2 mg/g. 相似文献

细菌内毒素,又称脂多糖分子或者热原,是革兰氏阴性细菌和某些蓝藻细胞壁组分,主要由菌体死亡解体后释放.内毒素是常见的外源性致热原,属于强免疫刺激剂,与多种人类疾病密切相关.由于饮用水中会滋长微生物,因此内毒素污染在饮用水中普遍存在.近年来,国外研究中饮用水的细菌内毒素污染开始受到关注,成为饮用水微生物安全领域新兴的研究方向.本文概述了细菌内毒素的物化性质和生物活性,分析了细菌内毒素在饮用水中的存在形态,综述了国内外关于地表水源、地下水源、管网末梢水和深度处理水的内毒素污染调查状况,分析了传统水处理技术、深度处理技术和饮用水消毒技术对内毒素的控制效果,探讨了饮用水中内毒素的血液暴露、呼吸暴露和胃肠暴露途径导致机体潜在的健康风险、安全阈值和相关标准,并对饮用水细菌内毒素污染研究方向进行了展望. 相似文献

The COVID-19 pandemic has raised awareness about various environmental issues, including PM2.5 pollution. Here, PM2.5 pollution during the COVID-19 lockdown was traced and analyzed to clarify the sources and factors influencing PM2.5 in Guangzhou, with an emphasis on heavy pollution. The lockdown led to large reductions in industrial and traffic emissions, which significantly reduced PM2.5 concentrations in Guangzhou. Interestingly, the trend of PM2.5 concentrations was not consistent with traffic and industrial emissions, as minimum concentrations were observed in the fourth period (3/01-3/31, 22.45 μg/m3) of the lockdown. However, the concentrations of other gaseous pollutants, e.g., SO2, NO2 and CO, were correlated with industrial and traffic emissions, and the lowest values were noticed in the second period (1/24-2/03) of the lockdown. Meteorological correlation analysis revealed that the decreased PM2.5 concentrations during COVID-19 can be mainly attributed to decreased industrial and traffic emissions rather than meteorological conditions. When meteorological factors were included in the PM2.5 composition and backward trajectory analyses, we found that long-distance transportation and secondary pollution offset the reduction of primary emissions in the second and third stages of the pandemic. Notably, industrial PM2.5 emissions from western, southern and southeastern Guangzhou play an important role in the formation of heavy pollution events. A heterologous indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed, which was based on monoclonal antibody (Mab) to determine parathion residue in agricultural and environmental samples. Eight Mabs were produced by introducing the heterologous indirect ELISA into the screening procedure. It was shown that these Mabs had more broad-reactivity with twenty competitors than that of 5H7 (Mab produced by homologous screening). So it became much easier using these new Mabs to develop heterologous immunoassays. In addition, all the developed heterologous ELISAs could be used to determine parathion residue in semiquantitative or quantitative level, and their detection limitation (LOD) was around 2 ng/mL. Compared with the previous heterologous ELISA (hapten 11/5H7) with IC50 of 13.3 ng/mL, a better heterologous ELISA (hapten 11/1E1) was obtained with IC50 of 3.8 ng/mL, which improved the sensitivity 3.5 times. Finally, the latter was applied to parathion residue determination in spiked agricultural and environmental samples without extraction or cleanup. The average recoveries of parathion added to water, soil, cucumber, Chinese cabbage and carrot were between 80.4 % and 111.8 %.
