对污泥基生物炭提升活性污泥系统处理性能进行探讨,将活性炭和污泥基生物炭分别投入A2O工艺厌氧池活性污泥,发现其对COD削减率最高分别为72.9%和41.1%,均能有效削减,生物炭对TN削减率最高为74.1%,优于活性炭.表征显示污泥基生物炭上更易附着活性污泥且比表面积更大.在A2O小试厌氧池中以"1次/污泥龄"为频率投加活性炭、污泥基生物炭和脱脂污泥基生物炭,结果发现:投加污泥基生物炭对COD、TN、TP的削减均优于活性炭,投加脱脂污泥基生物炭对COD、TN的削减与投加活性炭相当,对TP平均削减率高达85.6%,优于活性炭,表明生物炭处理(BT)工艺比粉末活性炭处理(PACT)工艺处理生活污水能力更强,脱脂污泥基生物炭作为污泥脂质提取后的副产品更经济. 相似文献

目的 研究在563 K的温度条件下,高能重离子辐照导致国产RPV钢A508-3的硬化行为。方法 使用回旋加速器提供的352.8 MeV Fe21+对A508-3钢试样进行辐照,使其依次达到0.15、0.30、1.50 dpa的损伤水平。借助辐照终端的梯度减能装置,在样品表面至25 μm的深度范围内产生一个准均匀分布的原子离位损伤坪区,并使用纳米压痕仪和维氏显微硬度计测量了试样的硬度。结果 考虑到压痕尺寸效应的影响,采用Nix-Gao模型对硬度数据进行拟合,由于高能Fe离子产生了较厚的损伤区,辐照试样中的软基效应明显减弱。辐照后的试样出现明显的硬化现象,且随着辐照剂量的增大,硬化增量有饱和趋势。通过辐照前和辐照至0.15 dpa试样的微硬度数据,得出其与纳米硬度之间的线性关系(Hv0=0.85 H0)。结论 借助A508-3辐照前后的硬度数据,计算发现试样的屈服强度增量与辐照剂量之间存在一种幂函数关系,这为A508-3钢中子-离子辐照硬化的映射关系研究提供了基础数据。 相似文献

Bisphenol A is an endocrine disrupting compound, which is ubiquitous in the environment due to its wide use in plastic and resin production. Seven day old cultures of the litter-decomposing fungus Stropharia coronilla removed the estrogenic activity of bisphenol A (BPA) rapidly and enduringly. Treatment of BPA with purified neutral manganese peroxidase (MnP) from this fungus also resulted in 100% reduction of estrogenic activity, as analyzed using a bioluminescent yeast assay, and in the formation of polymeric compounds. In cultures of Stropharia rugosoannulata, estrogenic activity also quickly disappeared but temporarily re-emerged in the further course of cultivation. LC-MS analysis of the extracted estrogenic culture liquid revealed [M−H]− ions with m/z values of 219 and 235. We hypothesize that these compounds are ring fission products of BPA, which still exhibit one intact hydroxyphenyl group to interact with estrogen receptors displayed by the yeast. 相似文献

Abstract A laboratory pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of amending soil with four different sources of organic matter on the degradation rate of α and β endosulfan isomers. Poultry by-product meal, poultry manure, dairy manure, and municipal solid waste compost were cured, dried, ground (<1 mm) and thoroughly mixed with a calcareous soil at a rate of 2% and placed in plastic pots. Endosulfan was added at the rate of 20 mg kg?1. The moisture level was kept near field capacity and the pots were kept at room temperature. Soil sub-samples, 100 g each, were collected from every pot at days 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, 43, and 57 for the measurement of endosulfan isomers. Endosulfan residues were extracted from the soil samples with acetone. The supernatant was filtered through anhydrous sodium sulphate, 5 mL aliquot was diluted to 25 mL with hexane, mixed well, and then two sub-samples from the filtrates were analyzed for α and β endosulfan isomers by gas chromatography. The results indicated that the half-life (T ½) of α-endosulfan in the poultry by-product meal treatment was 15 days compared to about 22 days in the other treatments. The T ½ of β-endosulfan was 22 days in the poultry by-product meal treatment and followed a bi-phasic pattern, 57 days in the municipal solid waste compost treatment and the extrapolated T ½ was about 115 days for the other three treatments. 相似文献

This study was undertaken to compare two different analytical methods for the determination and confirmation of ochratoxin A (OTA) in blood serum, kidney and liver of pigs. Sample clean-up was based on liquid-liquid phase extraction. The detection of OTA was accomplished with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) combined either with fluorescence detection (FL) or electro spray ionization (ESI+) tandem mass spectrometry (MS–MS). Comparative method evaluation was based on the investigation of 90 samples of blood serum, kidney and liver per animal originating from different regions of Serbia. The analytical results are discussed in view of the respective method validation data and the corresponding experimental protocols. In general, analytical data obtained with (LC–MS–MS) liquid chromatography electro spray tandem mass spectro metry detection offered comparable good results at the sub-ppb concentration level. The results indicate that the liquid chromatography electro spray tandem mass spectrometric (LC-MS/MS) method was more specific and sensitive for the analysis and confirmation of ochratoxin A in pig tissues then high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) method after methylation of OTA. 相似文献

Removal of tetrabromobisphenol A by conventional activated sludge, submerged membrane and membrane aerated biofilm reactors 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The goal of this study was to compare removal efficiencies of tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) using typical wastewater treatment technologies, and to identify the most significant mechanisms of removal. Two types of municipal wastewater reactors were studied: a full-scale conventional activated sludge (CAS) reactor with tertiary treatment; and three pilot-scale membrane bioreactors (MBRs) having different sludge retention times (SRTs). All four reactors were fed the same influent. A third reactor type, a membrane aerated biofilm reactor (MABR) was fed tap water, ammonia, and TBBPA. TBBPA in municipal influent ranged from 1 to 41 ng L−1 (n = 10). The CAS effluent had an average TBBPA concentration of 0.7 ± 1.3 ng L−1 (n = 3). Effluent concentrations from the MBRs were an average of 6 ± 6 ng L−1 TBBPA (n = 26). Significant TBBPA removal was observed in the MABR throughout the 5 week of study (p ? 0.05). Removal of TBBPA from wastewater treatment was found to be due to a combination of adsorption and biological degradation. Based on experimental results, nitrification is likely a key process therein. 采用截留分子量(MWCO)为5000 Dalton、1000 Dalton的聚砜超滤膜,MWCO为1 kDa的再生纤维素超滤膜;采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、曲拉通100(TritonX-100)、吐温80(Tween-80)、烷基多苷(APG)为表面活性剂,用胶团强化超滤工艺去除水中双酚A。研究了不同材质和截留分子量的超滤膜、表面活性剂浓度、膜操作压力、溶液pH和溶液中电解质等因素对该工艺的影响。结果表明,SDBS对双酚A有较好的去除效果,去除率在80%以上。在H+和Na+存在的条件下,双酚A的截留率增加,透过液中SDBS浓度降低。SDBS与非离子表面活性剂的复配可以提高双酚A截留率,降低透过液中SDBS的浓度,复配效果优劣顺序为Tween-80TritonX-100APG。 相似文献
