两类藻毒素聚酮合成酶遗传相似性及其二级结构预测分析

研究微囊藻毒素聚酮合成酶、节球藻毒素聚酮合成酶之间的遗传关联性,并对其二级结构进行预测分析.应用聚合酶链反应得到2株蓝绿藻的毒素聚酮合成酶(PKS)基因,并进行基因序列分析.从GenBank中提取产微囊藻毒素、产节球藻毒素藻株的相应基因序列,利用DNAStar和phylip软件分析目的基因一致性及2类藻毒素PKS的进化情况.采用Garnier-Robson法、Karplus-Schulz法预测项圈藻株202A1/35、节球藻株NSOR10PKS蛋白片段的二级结构,Kyte-doolittle法分析蛋白的亲水性,Emini法预测蛋白质的表面可能性.结果表明,2类藻毒素PKS目的基因的相似性非常高;项圈藻属、念珠藻属的微囊藻毒素PKS与节球藻毒素PKS的进化关系较近;2种藻毒素PKS分析片段二级结构具有较大的相似性,其亲水性与表面可能性区域等特征也极为相似.

从环境教育的概念出发，较系统地阐述了中德在中小学环境教育方面的异同，进而从认识，观念、科技，管理等角度提出了我国在实施中小学环境教育时可借鉴的一些看法。     

膜技术在挥发性有机蒸汽（VOC）处理中的应用

有机蒸汽（VOC）排放到大气中会引起健康，环境、安全等一系列问题。采用膜技术来处理VOC具有投资较小、分离效率高、能量消耗低、操作简单、不形成二次污染等优点，所以在处理VOC方面有着广泛的应用。文中介绍了膜分离技术处理有机蒸汽的原理，膜法处理有机蒸汽的过程及其工艺流程。     

富Ca^2＋柠檬酸废水的处理

采用近三年废水处理厂的实际运行数据，分析了Ca^2 对厌氧和好氧的影响。在选用的工艺中，IC塔能适应高Ca^2 废水，不论是厌氧还是氧，Ca^2 对COD的去除都无影响。

Production of laccase by Coriolus versicolor and its application in decolorization of dyestuffs : (Ⅰ) Production of laccase by batch and repeated-batch processes

The production of laccase by Coriolus versicolor was studied.The effect of cultivation on laccase production by Coriolus versicolor was examined to obtain optimal medium and cultivation conditions.Both batch and repeated-batch processes were performed for laccase production.In repeated-batch fermentation with self-immobilized mycelia, total of 14 cycles were performed with laccase activity in the range between 3.4 and 14.8U/ml.     

水厂排泥水的处理技术：分离水回用 泥饼综合利用及铝盐回收

日本污染控制概述

日本的环境污染控制大体上经历过工业化早期，二次大战后的恢复发展期和七十年代后的全面控制三个时期，并于七十代下半期后形成了以“注重人类居住环境和文化环境中的生活质量”为特征的环境政策和全面维系环境质量的概念，在水污染控制，固体废弃物管理和大气污染控制方面制订了一系列排放标准和管理标准。     

物化—生化组合工艺在鱼油工业废水处理中的应用

针对鱼油工业废水排放特点及处理技术难点，结合实例，采用混凝、破乳进行物化预处理；采用A／O生化处理技术，提出合适的工艺流程。     

Treatment of 2-phenylamino-3-methyl-6-di-n-butylaminofluoran production effluent by combination of biological treatments and Fenton＇s oxidation

High strength refractory organic stream is produced during the production of 2-phenylamino-3-methyl-6-di-n-butylaminofluoran （One Dye Black 2, abbr. ODB 2）, a novel heat-sensitive material with a promising market. In this study, a combination of acidificationprecipitation, primary biological treatment, Fenton＇s oxidation and another biological treatment was successfully used for the removal of COD from 18000-25000 mg/L to below 200 mg/L from the ODB 2 production wastewater in a pilot experiment. A COD removal of 70%-80% was achieved by acidification-precipitation under a pH of 2.5-3.0. The first step biodegradafion permitted an average COD removal of 70% under an hydraulic residence time （HRT） of 30 h. By batch tests, the optimum conditions of Fenton＇s oxidation were acquired as： Fe^2＋ dose 6.0 mmol/L; H2O2 dose 3000 mg/L; and reaction time 6 h. The second step biological treatment could ensure an effluent COD below 200 mg/L under an HRT of 10 h following the Fenton＇s treatment.
