      采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和高效液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用法(HPLC-MS/MS)测定地表水及饮用水中11种酚类化合物,通过优化测定条件,使HPLC法在0.020 mg/L~50.0 mg/L范围内,HPLC-MS/MS法在0.500 μg/L~250 μg/L 范围内线性良好,方法检出限分别为0.005 μg/L~0.031 μg/L和0.005 μg/L~1.56 μg/L。未检出的实际样品加标回收率分别为57.2%~96.7%和81.3%~113%,RSD分别为1.5%~5.3%和3.9%~17.7%。

      A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 11 kinds of phenols in surface water by HPLC DAD and HPLC MS/MS, respectively. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of 11 kinds of phenols was realized by optimizing the sample pretreatment and measurement conditions. Results showed that the linear ranges were 0.020 mg/L~50.0 mg/L for HPLC and 0.500 μg/L~250 μg/L for HPLC MS/MS, detection limits were 0.005 μg/L~0.031 μg/L and 0.005 μg/L~1.56 μg/L, respectively. Recovery rate of 57.2%~96.7% and 81.3%~113% were obtained for HPLC and HPLC MS/MS, and relative standard deviations of 1.5%~5.3% and 3.9%~17.7% were achieved.
