改性沸石对二级生化出水中氨氮的吸附特性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用氯化钠联合高温对天然斜发沸石进行改性,通过批次实验探究改性沸石吸附氨氮特性。结果表明:氯化钠浓度为0.8 mol·L~(-1),焙烧温度为300℃条件下,氨氮去除效果最佳;改性沸石在氨氮初始浓度为8mg·L~(-1),投加量为10 g·L~(-1),反应时间为120 min的条件下,去除率可达71%,相比天然沸石提高23.1%。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)、比表面积(BET)、X射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶光谱(FT-IR)考察改性前后沸石组成特征以及化学键的变化,可以看出,改性机制可去除孔道杂质及Na~+置换沸石中金属阳离子;氨氮吸附过程满足拟二级动力学方程(R~2=0.986),Langmuir等温线模型拟合结果 (R~2=0.998)优于Freundlich模型(R~2=0.839),且改性沸石最大吸附容量为5.94 mg·L~(-1)。热力学计算结果表明,沸石对氨氮的吸附过程是一个自发、吸热、熵增过程。上述结果表明,改性沸石能够有效地对污水厂二级生化出水中氨氮进行深度处理。  相似文献

Fe/Mg负载改性竹炭去除水中的氨氮   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
用Mg Cl2溶液、Fe Cl3溶液浸渍对竹炭进行改性,以BET比表面积和SEM-EDS对其进行表征。通过静态吸附实验,研究改性竹炭对氨氮的吸附特性以及吸附时间、初始氨氮浓度、p H值和磷存在等因素对改性竹炭吸附氨氮能力的影响。实验表明,用氯化镁和氯化铁对竹炭进行改性,可使竹炭表面化学性质和物理结构特性同时发生变化;未改性竹炭与改性竹炭对氨氮的吸附量大小依次为:BCMBCFBCFMBC;竹炭在吸附时间为24 h时基本达到吸附平衡,吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程;改性竹炭对氨氮的吸附等温方程与Freundlich模型拟合较好;改性竹炭对氨氮吸附的最佳p H为5;磷存在可使改性竹炭对氨氮的吸附量显著增加。  相似文献

沸石改性及其去除水中氨氮的实验研究   总被引:13,自引:4,他引:9  
通过实验研究了沸石改性条件及其对水中氨氮吸附去除的影响。结果表明,加热改性与无机酸改性不能显著提高沸石对氨氮的吸附量。利用NaOH改性的最佳浓度为1 mol/L,此条件下对氨氮吸附量可提高到650.68 mg/kg,为天然沸石的2.82倍。利用无机盐改性时,对氨氮吸附效果最好的是NaCl改性沸石,其次为KCl改性沸石与CaCl2改性沸石。随着NaCl溶液浓度和改性时间的增加,改性沸石对氨氮的吸附量显著增加,可达天然沸石的3~4倍;在NaCl浓度为150 g/L与改性时间为18 h条件下,改性沸石对氨氮吸附量可达887.35 mg/kg,为天然沸石的3.84倍。  相似文献

利用氢氧化钠对天然沸石进行改性,将天然沸石和改性沸石用于吸附去除水中的Cu~(2+),分析了p H、温度、Cu~(2+)初始浓度、吸附时间对Cu~(2+)吸附性能的影响,并对吸附过程的吸附等温模型及吸附动力学进行研究。结果表明,改性沸石对Cu~(2+)的吸附性能明显优于天然沸石,当沸石投加量为10 g/L,Cu~(2+)为200 mg/L,p H为6.67,温度为50℃时,天然沸石和改性沸石对Cu~(2+)的吸附量分别为2.02、2.69 mg/g。Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温模型均能较好地描述两种沸石对Cu~(2+)的吸附过程。天然沸石对Cu~(2+)的吸附行为更符合准一级动力学方程,而准二级动力学方程对改性沸石的吸附行为拟合度更好。两种沸石对Cu~(2+)的吸附均为非均相吸附,且内扩散过程不是唯一的速控步骤。  相似文献

以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为改性剂,制备了CTAB改性沸石,并用于对腐殖酸的吸附性能研究。考察了pH、吸附时间及腐殖酸初始浓度对CTAB改性沸石吸附腐殖酸的影响,采用吸附等温方程和反应动力学方程进行拟合分析,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、傅立叶转换红外光谱分析仪(FTIR)对沸石改性前后进行结构表征。结果表明,在温度为25℃、转速为200r/min的条件下,选择pH为7.0、腐殖酸初始质量浓度为10mg/L、吸附时间为180min,此时CTAB改性沸石对腐殖酸的平衡吸附容量为0.16mg/g。相比Freundlich吸附等温方程(R2=0.967),CTAB改性沸石对腐殖酸的吸附更符合Langmuir吸附等温方程(R2=0.998),吸附机制为单分子层吸附。准一级反应动力学方程和准二级反应动力学方程均可以描述CTAB改性沸石对腐殖酸的吸附(R2=0.978)。吸附实验后的CTAB改性沸石上出现了甲基、亚甲基、羟基与羰基伸缩振动吸收峰,说明沸石已负载了CTAB,且腐殖酸已被CTAB改性沸石吸附。  相似文献

采用化学改性的方法将丝瓜络制备为阴离子吸附剂,并将其用于水体日落黄(SY)染料的吸附,分别考察了吸附剂的用量、日落黄染料的初始浓度(C0)、p H值、温度(K)、时间(T)5个因素对吸附效果的影响。通过模拟吸附等温曲线、吸附动力学以及热力学方程并通过比表面积(BET)和红外光谱(FTIR)分析改性丝瓜络吸附染料前后和丝瓜络改性前后的变化情况以此探究其吸附机理。结果表明,p H对吸附效果影响不明显;最大吸附量随温度升高而增大,在298 K温度时最大吸附量达到137 mg/g,是未改性丝瓜络的9.78倍。Langmuir方程拟合吸附过程描述最好,吸附类别为化学吸附。吸附过程符合伪二级动力学,是一个自发和吸热的过程。改性丝瓜络可以有效去除水体中的日落黄染料。  相似文献

沸石因具有独特的架状结构而表现出良好的选择吸附和离子交换性能,在废水处理中被广泛应用,但吸附容量偏低,需要进行改性。针对天然沸石的局限性,研究了不同改性方法对氨氮吸附的影响,确定了最佳的沸石改性方法,并进行了吸附等温模型,吸附动力学研究。结果表明,采用高温300℃焙烧后再用预处理后的海水浸泡24 h改性沸石去除氨氮效果最佳。当活化沸石投配量为10 g/L,接触时间为150 min,进水氨氮浓度为37.91 mg/L时,沸石对氨氮吸附容量为4.08 mg/g,氨氮去除率为90.45%;沸石及改性沸石对氨氮的吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程和准一级动力学方程。用海水来改性沸石的方法,不仅可提高沸石对氨氮的吸附容量和吸附速度,而且无任何添加药剂,具有简单易行、费用低廉的优点,为沸石在水处理工程中的应用提供技术支撑。  相似文献

通过基质对马拉硫磷的等温吸附和吸附动力学实验,研究天然土壤、煤渣、沸石、砾石对马拉硫磷的吸附特性,为人工湿地处理含马拉硫磷废水提供理论依据.结果表明:马拉硫磷浓度为2.25 ~ 90 mg/L条件下,Langmuir和Freundlich方程均能较好地拟合4种基质对马拉硫磷的等温吸附过程,并且Freundlich方程的拟合效果要好于Langmuir方程.马拉硫磷的理论饱和吸附量大小依次为天然土壤(9.9304 mg/g)>煤渣(1.6173 mg/g)>沸石(0.6039 mg/g)>砾石(0.3965 mg/g).4种基质对马拉硫磷的缓冲能力大小依次为天然土壤>煤渣>沸石>砾石,即当进水马拉硫磷浓度波动较大时,作为湿地基质天然土壤使人工湿地系统维持稳定出水水质的能力最强.马拉硫磷浓度为4.5 mg/L条件下,吸附动力学模型Elovich方程能较好地拟合4种基质对马拉硫磷的吸附动力学特征,说明4种基质对马拉硫磷的吸附是表面吸附和内部扩散吸附共同作用的结果.因此,天然土壤和煤渣适宜作为处理含马拉硫磷废水的人工湿地基质.  相似文献

通过静态吸附实验,考察了辽宁锦州某天然沸石负载高锰酸钾(下称复合沸石)对水中氨氮的去除效能。结果表明,复合沸石对氨氮的吸附能力较天然沸石有所降低,但仍保持优惠吸附。复合沸石对氨氮的吸附过程较好地满足Fruendlich等温吸附模型,其动力学特性与准二级动力学方程拟合度高。pH对复合沸石吸附氨氮的影响显著,最适pH为中性条件,在酸性或碱性条件下,复合沸石对氨氮的吸附能力均较低,这与氨氮在不同pH溶液中存在的形式有关。  相似文献

A number of key projects in the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) particulate R&;D program having applicability to industry are presented. For electrostatic precipitators (ESP) there is presented the result of work on large diameter discharge electrodes which provide a decrease in penetration of up to a factor of 4 when compared to conventional small diameter electrodes. Also discussed is the multistage ESP which provides a collection efficiency that would require a collecting plate area 4 or 5 times larger with conventional ESP technology. The E-SOX technology makes use of the multistage concept to free up space in the ESP for SO2 removals of up to 90%. Electrostatically augmented fabric filtration provides a reduction in pressure drop of about 5 0% as compared to conventional fabric filtration. Wind tunnel modeling of windbreaks for material storage piles indicates a potential for providing engineering design data that would allow significant emission reduction caused by wind erosion  相似文献

This paper investigates some of the reflectivity characteristics that clouds (when modelled as solid bodies) must exhibit to be compatible with observations that the reflecting surface of a cloud (i) appears almost equally bright across its face, (ii) is brightest when the cloud is opposite to the Sun but decreases in brightness as the cloud moves to other positions and (iii) increases in brightness with increasing optical thickness of the cloud in the observer's line of sight. These observations, respectively, are shown to imply that the peak value of the bidirectional total reflectivity from a cloud surface (i) increases in inverse proportion to the cosine of the angle between the Sun and the normal to the cloud surface, as the incident angle increases, (ii) appears to be directed back in the direction of the incident radiation, and (iii) increases as optical thickness of the cloud in the observer's line of sight increases. The results could have application in many fields (e.g. modelling diffuse radiance distributions for cloudy skies).  相似文献

Abstract

A computer model was used to take random samples from primary sample populations obtained from field trials to simulate the uncertainty of sampling for residue analysis of plant commodities and soil. The results indicate about 40%, 30% and 20% relative uncertainty when random samples of size 5, 10 and 25 are taken respectively, from a single lot. Therefore the sample size should be the same for establishing and enforcing legal limits.  相似文献

The most common technique used for numerical simulations of tracer mixing is that of the numerical solution of the advection–diffusion equation with the unresolved fluxes parameterized using the similarity theory. Despite correct predictions of the overall directions of transport, models based on a numerical solution of the advection–diffusion equation lack sufficient accuracy to correctly reproduce the coupling of mixing with small scale processes which are sensitive to the microstructure of the tracer distribution. The objective of this paper is to revisit the basic formalism employed in numerical models used to investigate atmospheric tracers. The main mathematical method proposed here is the theory of kinematics of mixing which could be applied effectively for simulations of atmospheric transport processes. At the beginning of the paper, we introduce simple mathematical transformations in order to demonstrate how complex topological structures are created by mixing processes. These idealistic flow systems are essential to explain transport properties of much more complex three-dimensional geophysical flows. An example of the application of the kinematics of mixing to the analysis of tracer transport on a planetary scale is presented in the following sections. The complex filamentary structures simulated in the numerical experiment are evaluated using some commonly applied statistical measures in order to compare the results with the data published in the literature. The results of the experiment are also analysed with the help of simple conceptual models of fluid filaments. The microstructure of the tracer distribution introduced in the paper is essential to increase our understanding of atmospheric transport and to develop more realistic parameterizations of small-scale mixing. The presented results could also be used to improve calculations of the coupling between microphysical processes and tracer mixing.  相似文献
