利用热重分析(TGA)研究船舶塑料垃圾在不同升温速率和不同气氛下的热解特性,并得到了热解动力学参数。结果表明,船舶塑料垃圾的热解过程主要有3个阶段,比一般塑料热解复杂;随着升温速率增大,最大热解速率和最大热解速率温度等热解特性参数也增大,反应变得更剧烈;N2/CO2比为4∶1时,热解反应进行得最完全,固体残留率最少。动力学分析表明,采用3个连续一级反应模型能很好地拟合实验数据;不同的升温速率和气氛比对反应各阶段活化能均有不同程度的影响。  相似文献

为了探索不干胶类包装废弃物的热解特性,采用热重分析手段分析了不同升温速率条件下不干胶类废弃物的失重特点,并且采用Ozawa法和KAS法比较分析不同转化率条件下的表观活化能分布.热重分析结果表明,不干胶类废弃物的热解主要分为3个阶段:第1阶段(室温~ 200℃)为不干胶类废弃物的干燥阶段,第2阶段(200 ~ 590℃)为热解的主要阶段,第3阶段(590 ~800℃)为热解半焦的深度热解阶段.升温速率对热解失重率有重要影响,Ozawa法和KAS法计算结果表明,2种方法计算的热解活化能比较接近,Ozawa法得到的活化能为349.9 kJ/mol,KAS法得到的活化能为336.9kJ/mol;并且不干胶类废弃物的热解表观活化能呈现出阶段性分布.  相似文献

采用非等温热重分析和固定床热解实验研究了不干胶废弃物热解焦生成特性及热解焦燃烧特性,并计算了不同升温速率下热解焦的燃烧动力学参数。结果表明,不干胶废弃物热解焦产率随温度升高而逐渐降低,当热解终温在400~700℃时,热解焦产率在34.64%~22.03%之间;空气气氛下热解焦燃烧过程包括3个阶段:挥发分燃烧阶段(390~600℃)、混合燃烧阶段(390~600℃)和残炭燃烧与矿物分解阶段(650℃);升温速率对热解焦燃烧效果作用明显,升温速率越大,燃烧特性指数越高,燃烧稳定性越好;热解焦燃烧过程可以通过3个一级反应描述,当升温速率为40℃/min时热解焦燃烧各阶段表观活化能明显降低,表明升温速率提高有助于热解焦的燃烧反应活性,更有利于燃烧反应的进行。  相似文献

采用热重分析方法对不干胶废弃物(PSAs)进行了热解和燃烧失重分析,并采用Doyle法拟合计算了PSAs热解和燃烧动力学参数。结果表明:当温度低于200℃或高于600℃,PSAs的热解和燃烧失重过程具有性;300~600℃时,PSAs热解过程具有3个失重峰,而其燃烧过程具有2个失重峰。动力学分析结果表明:PSAs的热解是由多阶段复杂的热裂解反应组成,其热解过程可用4个一级反应来描述,随着升温速率的提高热解阶段第1峰区表观活化能降低;而第2、3峰区以及半焦深度裂解阶段的第4峰区活化能逐渐升高;PSAs燃烧过程可用3个一级反应来描述,随着升温速率的提高,PSAs燃烧过程的表观活化能均逐渐降低,并且燃烧表观活化能均低于热解表观活化能。  相似文献

不同氧浓度下脱脂餐厨垃圾燃烧特性及动力学研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用热重分析法和Coats-Redfern积分法,对不同氧浓度下脱脂餐厨垃圾的燃烧特性进行研究,得到了各试样的着火温度、燃烬温度及综合燃烧特性指数,并通过燃烧动力学分析得到各试样的活化能。实验结果表明,燃烧温度从室温升至1 000℃时,脱脂餐厨垃圾燃烧过程可分为3个失重阶段:水分析出阶段、挥发分析出及燃烧阶段和固定碳燃烧阶段;随着氧浓度的升高,脱脂餐厨垃圾最大失重率以及燃烧特性指数等燃烧特性参数都有显著变化。根据Coats-Redfern积分法计算得低温和高温阶段的活化能分别为83.76~91.2 k J/mol和95.25~141.7 k J/mol。  相似文献

采用差示扫描量热法对市政污泥、神华烟煤和淮北烟煤单独及不同比例混合物在O2/CO2气氛下进行燃烧特性的实验研究,结果表明,市政污泥综合燃烧特性最好,神华烟煤次之,淮北烟煤最差;随着污泥掺混比例的增加,混合试样着火温度和燃尽温度提前,综合燃烧特性得到改善,但燃烧放热量减少。利用Freeman-Carroll法对淮北烟煤、市政污泥及两者混合物的燃烧动力学参数进行计算,得到市政污泥、淮北烟煤和神华烟煤的平均反应活化能E分别为48.34、68.32和51.47 k J/mol。  相似文献

在化学反应设计中反应动力学是较重要的因素。为得到更合理的污泥热解动力学参数计算方法,利用热重分析仪,在氮气气氛下对罐底含油污泥的热解特性进行研究。根据热重实验数据,分别采用Coats-Redfern法、Kissinger法、FWO法和Popescu法计算污泥热解动力学参数,并获取罐底泥热解制油的主要阶段(第2阶段)的反应活化能E、频率因子A并分析各种方法反应机理。通过对比不同计算方法得到动力学参数及拟合曲线与实验曲线的相关性,确定了最佳罐底含油污泥热解动力学参数计算方法。研究表明,Popescu法得到罐底泥的热解过程符合Jander方程,活化能E为101.43 kJ/mol,与FWO法得到的91.20 kJ/mol相近,且预测曲线与实验曲线有较好的相关性(0.9816),说明Popescu法计算罐底泥热解动力学参数更合适。  相似文献

采用热重分析的方法对吸收剂的再生反应进行研究,说明了燃煤飞灰负载钾基CO_2吸收剂的制备方法,探讨了在不同升温速率下燃煤飞灰负载钾基CO_2吸收剂和纯KHCO_3的再生反应特性。结果表明:燃煤飞灰负载吸收剂的峰值失重速率为0.13~0.73 mg·min~(-1),在升温速率为20℃·min~(-1)时,反应温度区间最小,为94.34℃;采用多种分析方法对吸收剂的受热分解反应进行动力学分析,纯KHCO_3的反应活化能为85.7~92.0 kJ·mol~(-1);燃煤飞灰负载钾基CO_2吸收剂的反应活化能为66.2~69.4 kJ·mol~(-1),随着转化率上升,2种样品的活化能均先减小后增大。燃煤飞灰负载钾基吸收剂再生反应的活化能小于纯KHCO_3的活化能,说明将KHCO_3负载于燃煤飞灰上有利于再生反应的进行。  相似文献

对铅、镉2种重金属的氧化物开展了热重实验、熟料煅烧以及熟料消解实验,以重金属的挥发率为主要指标,研究了水泥窑协同处置过程中铅、镉在等温条件下随时间的挥发特性。结果表明,2种重金属的挥发率均是随温度的升高,时间的增加而增大。Pb的挥发率为96%,Cd的挥发率达到98%,根据等温动力学及阿累尼乌斯方程,对Pb,Cd的挥发率随时间变化的规律进行动力学模拟,得到较好的线性拟合效果,其中,Pb挥发反应的表观活化能E为88.73 kJ/mol,Cd挥发反应可以分2个部分:1 200℃以下的表观活化能E为61 kJ/mol;1 250℃以上的表观活化能E为184.6 kJ/mol。  相似文献

采用热活化过硫酸盐法,考察了过硫酸盐浓度、温度、水土比和初始pH对柴油污染土壤氧化修复的影响,并分析了其动力学和热力学参数。结果表明,当Na2S2O8摩尔浓度为0.8mmol/g、温度为70℃、水土比为2.0mL/g、初始pH为11.00时,反应72h后的柴油降解率最高,达到77.85%。动力学和热力学分析表明,热活化过硫酸盐氧化降解柴油过程为自发、吸热、熵增的过程,表观活化能为-80.73kJ/mol。  相似文献

Groundwater quality in coastal area has been an issue of interest because of excessive groundwater extraction for human use, for example, industrialization, irrigation, which can lead to saltwater intrusion. The study develops an integrated data analysis procedure based on multivariate statistics principal component analysis (PCA), hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) and redundancy analysis (RDA), to determine the effects of key environmental conditions on the formulation of groundwater pollutants. This proposed method was demonstrated by analyzing groundwater quality monitoring data collected between 2011 and 2014 from four coastal industrial areas in Changhua county of Taiwan, namely Chuansing, Xianxi, Lukang and Fangyuan industrial parks. First, different environmental conditions in each industrial region were explored by PCA. The spatial hierarchy and spatial distribution of pollutant categories were then identified using HCA with the kriging method. Finally, the effect of environmental conditions on constitutive pollutants were identified with RDA. The three environmental patterns identified from the analytical results in Chuansing, Lukang and Xianxi were the salination factor (including conductivity and general hardness (GH)), water level and redox condition (including dissolved oxygen and oxidation–reduction potential). Fangyuan industrial park had only two patterns, namely salination (including conductivity and GH) and oxygen content (including DO and depth). The pollutant category indicated high concentrations of all pollutants in Chuansing and Fangyuan, and higher concentration of SO42?, TDS, Cl? in Xianxi, and of NH3-N, Mn, Fe and TOC in Lukang. According to RDA results, salination caused the high concentrations of NH3N, Cl?, TDS in Chuansing, and of Cl?, TDS and SO42? in Xianxi and Lukang. Additionally, salination caused high concentrations of Fe in both Lukang and Fangyuan industrial parks in combination with those three pollutants. The redox condition was linked to high content of NO3? in Chuansing and Lukang, and of TOC in Xianxi. In Fangyuan industrial park, NO3? was also linked to high oxygen concentration. In summary, the combination of PCA, HCA and RDA enables the analysis of monitoring data to support policy decision-making.  相似文献

Eutrophication of the Baltic sea still remains one of the biggest problems in the north-eastern area of Europe. Recognizing the sources of nutrient emission, classification of their importance and finding the way towards reduction of pollution are the most important tasks for scientists researching this area. This article presents the chemometric approach to the classification of nutrient emission with respect to the regionalisation of emission sources within the Vistula River basin (Poland). Modelled data for mean yearly emission of nitrogen and phosphorus in 1991-2000 has been used for the classification. Seventeen subcatchements in the Vistula basin have been classified according to cluster and factor analyses. The results of this analysis allowed determination of groups of areas with similar pollution characteristics and indicate the need for spatial differentiation of policies and strategies. Three major factors indicating urban, erosion and agricultural sources have been identified as major discriminants of the groups.  相似文献

Phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) analysis has gained great importance in the study of soil microbial community structure. This structure can give indication of the soil status. Purpose of the present paper is to analyse PLFA patterns in altered agricultural soils in order to develop a soil status alteration index. Soils subjected either to intensive agricultural exploitation, or to overflow by municipal and industrial wastes, or to irrigation with saline waters were analysed for PLFA content and compared to adjacent untreated soils by means of different statistical techniques.

Principal component analysis separated PLFAs in three groups: unsaturated PLFAs (first axis, 48% of total variance), monounsaturated and cyclopropane PLFAs (second axis, 28% of total variance) and polyunsaturated PLFAs (third axis, 24% of total variance).

By means of canonical discriminant analysis, a soil alteration index (SAI) was produced from 15 PLFAs using two data sets. A third data set was used to test the SAI general validity together with other data sets reported in literature. The index validity was confirmed in most cases: SAI gave higher scores for control soils and was generally able to classify soils according to their reported degree of alteration.  相似文献

Compositional analysis consists of a group of techniques used to manipulate closed (=compositional) data, i.e. multivariate data summing to a fixed quantity (proportions, percentages). It is based on the analysis of the relations among variables and the use of logarithmic transformations. It has been claimed that this group of techniques should be used to analyse profiles of pollutant sources because profiles themselves are proportions. We show in this paper that, for the exploratory analysis of these data, a good strategy is to combine the analysis done with and without transformation because they give different and complementary insights on the structure of the data. We discuss in particular the study of processes such as the mixing of pollutants produced by different sources and the exponential decay of concentrations with distance to the source found in many studies. The clr transformation is also appropriate for the study of the variables having small proportions, which remain concealed by the abundant variables when analysed without transformation. We present simulations to illustrate these ideas and we also apply these techniques to two data sets of PCDD/F content in moss tissues.  相似文献
