飞机铝合金材料易受服役环境作用产生点蚀,点蚀表面损伤特征会影响其疲劳性能。为获取铝合金材料点蚀表面损伤特征,本文以7B04铝合金材料为研究对象,开展其于模拟机场环境的加速腐蚀试验环境谱下的点蚀加速试验,依据试验检测结果,对7B04铝合金点蚀过程中表面损伤特征进行分析,研究发现,7B04铝合金点蚀蚀坑表面形貌随点蚀周期延长逐渐趋于椭圆或圆形规则形貌,而后转变为无规律,此结论可为飞机铝合金结构腐蚀疲劳寿命研究奠定理论基础。 相似文献

为提高直升机雷达罩在海洋环境下的耐蚀性能,研究了雷达罩常用铝合金材料的表面处理、连接形式的耐蚀性,并针对表面处理工艺和连接形式进行了腐蚀防护改进设计,采用加速腐蚀试验10个周期验证改进的合理性。测试了试验前后试样的表面形貌、腐蚀坑型号和深度。试验结果表明微弧氧化表面处理代替原有铬酸氧化处理,可提高铝合金耐蚀性,将铝合金连接形式由螺栓连接改为铆钉连接,能大大提高连接部位的耐腐蚀性,必要时可在铆钉周围涂覆缓蚀剂,能进一步提高结构耐蚀性。本文所采用的改进方法合理可行,能有效提升雷达罩结构的海洋环境适应性。 相似文献

现役飞机的铝合金结构腐蚀问题很普遍,尤其是在海洋服役环境下。采用当量加速腐蚀试验的方法模拟飞机服役环境对2B06和7B04两种新型铝合金材料进行加速腐蚀试验,检测这两种型号铝合金材料不同腐蚀年限的腐蚀损伤数据,并分别对这些腐蚀数据进行统计分析,得到2B06和7B04两种新型材料的腐蚀损伤规律,为飞机结构的腐蚀损伤修理及现役飞机的剩余寿命评定提供数据及理论基础。 相似文献

选取某飞机铝合金/高强度钢连接件开展西沙暴露试验,掌握连接件腐蚀变化趋势。结果表明,连接件保护涂层耐老化性能良好,采用湿装配有效避免了电偶腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀,连接件背面螺栓、螺母和铆钉(30CrMnSiA,表面镀镉)为其腐蚀薄弱环节,需加强防护。 相似文献

ABSTRACT Aiming at backfill with crack under the thermo-mechanical (TM) coupling, the concepts of crack macro-damage, loading meso-damage, thermal meso-damage, and total damage of backfill were proposed. Based on the statistical damage theory, considering the coupling effects of temperature, load and initial crack, a damage evolution model of backfill with crack under TM coupling effects was established. Based on this, the strength criterion of backfill with crack considering the effects of thermal and mechanical coupling was constructed by multivariate function full differential method. The research shows that: (1) The theoretical curves of damage evolution model and strength criterion of backfill with crack under TM coupling are in good agreement with the test curves, which verifies the rationality of the model. (2) The initial thermal damage decreases first and then increases with increasing temperature, reaches a minimum value at 40°C, and generally shows a “V” -shaped distribution law. The coupling effect of temperature and crack aggravates the total damage of the backfill. (3) The strength criterion can reflect the relationship between the stress and strain of each limit state and the parameters of backfill with crack under different temperature conditions and can provide a certain reference for the evaluation of the stability of backfill with geological defects such as joints and crack in deep high temperature mines. 相似文献

To verify the effectiveness of a new automatic sorting technique that combines a weight meter and a laser 3D shape-detection system, elemental analysis of lightweight metal scraps generated in end-of-life vehicle (ELV) shredder facilities was conducted using a handheld XRF analyzer. According to their 3D shape and chemical composition, aluminum scraps were classified into cast alloy (Alc) and wrought alloy (Alw) fragments, and magnesium scraps were classified into irregularly shaped and rod-like fragments. The average chemical composition of a group of fragments was estimated before and after the separation test using the developed automatic sorting technique. The results show that the production of wrought aluminum alloy from the mixture of Alc and Alw fragments is not realistic because the contents of some alloying elements greatly exceed the standard values, although these alloying elements greatly decrease after the Alc fragments are separated out. For the magnesium scraps, after the rod-like magnesium fragments originating from the steering column were separated from the irregularly shaped fragments, the average chemical compositions of the rod-like products and the irregularly shaped products clearly approached the standard compositions of AM60B and AZ91D alloys, respectively. Thus, it was confirmed that the developed automatic sorting technique contributes to recycling of lightweight metal scrap in the automobile industry. 相似文献
