配制模拟番茄酱废水,在高径比为10的SBR反应器中,考察连续曝气条件下好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)的除污性能和微生物特性的变化。建立流体动力学模型,模拟反应器中气〖CD*2〗液〖CD*2〗污泥三相流的流态,以了解其对污泥颗粒化的影响机理。结果表明:污泥完全颗粒化后,对番茄酱废水中COD、NH3-N和PO3-4-P的去除率分别为94.37%、93.55%和9092%;绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)丰度显著提高,假丝酵母菌(Candidatus saccharibacteria)为除磷功能微生物;反应器内的流态结构呈环流和旋涡流,水力剪切力的大小与颗粒粒径呈正相关,颗粒形态与流态分布有关。 相似文献

配制模拟生活污水,利用序批式活性污泥法(SBR)反应器在连续曝气条件下进行好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)的培养,研究完全好氧〖JP2〗模式下AGS的快速培养及其同步脱氮除碳特性。结果表明:污泥第7天即出现颗粒化,平均粒径032 mm,〖JP〗连续曝气SBR中NH3〖FK(W。*9〗〖CD*2〗〖FK)〗N、TN、COD的去除率分别为953%、774%、975%;高通量测序分析结果显示,相较接种絮状污泥,与颗粒化相关的丝状菌属、动胶菌属丰度显著提高,HN-AD菌作为脱氮功能微生物,其物种多样性也得以丰富。 相似文献

采用高径比为12.5的序批式反应器(SBR)对冷冻的成熟好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)解冻驯化,研究母体颗粒冻后富集培养及其在番茄废水基质降解中的循环利用。结果表明:冻后恢复活性的污泥第60天全部颗粒化,平均粒径不小于0.45 mm;高通量测序结果显示,相较母体颗粒,该污泥中与颗粒化相关的变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)优势菌群富集,微生物丰度呈显著差异(P<0.05);复合菌株对COD、NH3-N和PO3-4-P去除率分别为98.9%、82.1%和82.2%,可实现番茄废水的有效降解。 相似文献

椒江口海域沉积物微生物群落及其对环境因子的响应 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
微生物群落在有机污染物生物地球化学循环中起着十分关键的作用。微生物群落结构和多样性及其变化在一定程度上反映了土壤的质量。宏基因组学能够在整体水平解析微生物群落结构,真实地揭示原位环境中微生物群落的复杂性和多样性。应用Illumina Mi Seq宏基因组高通量测序技术,在椒江口海域沉积物中鉴定得到古菌和细菌共33门类,变形菌门为明显的优势门类,其序列数占总数的62.1%。其他较为丰富的门类包括绿弯菌门、放线菌门、拟杆菌门。采用mothur软件计算Ace、Chao、Shannon、Simpson指数,结果发现,Ace、Chao的均值分别为511、518,Shannon在5.0左右,Simpson接近于0.02,显示出海域沉积物中微生物多样性较高且差异较小。通过微生物门类多样性与环境因子的相关性分析发现,PCB101、盐度和γ-氯丹对微生物门水平的群落分布具有显著性影响。计算微生物门类组成与环境因子间Spearman相关系数并绘图分析,温度、盐度、pH与多个微生物门类的组成和分布呈现明显的相关关系。 相似文献

本文探讨了SBR和PAC-SBR反应器处理盐酸林可霉素原料液生产废水过程中活性污泥特征的变化.随着废水投加量的增加,PAC-SBR反应器的污泥性能始终优于SBR反应器,但是由于盐酸林可霉素原料液生产废水对生物较强的抑制作用,PAC-SBR反应器和SER反应器中污泥的活性均发生恶化,COD去除率已明显下降,单独采用SBR或PAC-SBR法处理已难以达到排放标准,必须进行工艺的组合.PAC-SBR反应器较SBR反应器在污泥性质及处理效率上均有一定的改善,处理盐酸林可霉素原料药生产废水有一定的优势. 相似文献

以城市污水处理厂的脱水污泥为原料,通过超声波细胞破碎制备微生物絮凝剂。采用控制变量法考察污泥浓度、超声波破碎时间对絮凝剂絮凝效果的影响,并探究絮凝液的投加量、pH值、温度、振荡时间、振荡频率、共存金属等因素对5 mg/L Cu^2+模拟废水的去除效果,分析了微生物絮凝剂去除Cu^2+的作用机理。结果表明:当污泥质量浓度为100 g/L,超声波破碎时间15 min时,絮凝剂的絮凝效果最好;当pH值为6.5,温度50℃,絮凝液投加量40 mL,振荡时间1 min,振荡频率200 r/min时去除效果最佳。 相似文献

综述了活性污泥法、膜生物反应器、人工湿地等国内外常见抗生素生化去除方法的优缺点与适用范围,通过工艺对比发现,膜生物反应器和人工湿地能有效去除污水中的抗生素,活性污泥法对抗生素的去除率不高,且选择性较强;污泥龄和水力停留时间对抗生素的去除率有着显著影响,多数情况下反应器的运行改进也能提高抗生素的去除效果。针对抗生素污染问题,提出了采取加强型的复合式处理工艺、开展分区研究、出台相关管理政策等建议。 相似文献

A study was performed selecting one protected forest and an adjacent degraded forest ecosystem to quantify the impact of forest
degradation on soil inorganic nitrogen, fine root production, nitrification, N-mineralization and microbial biomass N. There
were marked seasonal variations of all the parameters in the upper 0–10 and lower 10–20 cm depths. The seasonal trend of net
nitrification and net N-mineralization was reverse of that for inorganic nitrogen and microbial biomass N. Net nitrification,
net N-mineralization and fine root biomass values were highest in both forests during rainy season. On contrary, inorganic
nitrogen and microbial biomass N were highest during summer season.
There was a marked impact of forest degradation on inorganic nitrogen, fine root production nitrification, N-mineralization
and microbial biomass observed. Soil properties also varied with soil depth. Fine root biomass, nitrification, N-mineralization
and microbial biomass N decreased significantly in higher soil depth. Degradation causes decline in mean seasonal fine root
biomass in upper layer and in lower depth by 37% and 27%, respectively. The mean seasonal net nitrification and N-mineralization
in upper depth decreased by 42% and 37%, respectively and in lower depth by 42.21% and 39% respectively. Similarly microbial
biomass N also decreased by 31.16% in upper layer 33.19% in lower layer. 相似文献

Isolation and characterization of metal resistant-tolerant rhizosphere bacteria from the serpentine soils in Turkey 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Despite the number of studies describing metal hyper-accumulating plants and their associated bacteria in various regions
and countries, there is no information on rhizosphere microbial potential of the Turkish serpentine soils. This study aimed
to explore the rhizosphere microbial diversity of Ni-resistant, hyper-accumulating plants grown on Ni-rich soils and their
metal tolerance–resistance characteristics. One hundred ninety-one locations were visited to collect soil and plant samples
from different serpentine regions of Western Turkey. Following bioavailable and total Ni analysis of collected samples, the
seeds of the selected plants with higher Ni content were taken to the growth/germination test in a range of serpentine soils
in a growth chamber condition. In order to investigate the rhizosphere microbial diversity, Isatis pinnatiloba and Alyssum dasycarpum which were able to germinate and grow well in the preliminary tests, were introduced to 6-month greenhouse experiment in
the range of three serpentine soils with higher bioavailable Ni content. I. pinnatiloba had a better stimulatory effect on
the rhizosphere microbial diversity. A total of 22 bacterial isolates were identified from different soil conditions in the
end of experiment. Following microbial identification and confirmation tests, 11 isolates were found to be resistant and tolerant
to the increasing concentrations of Ni, Pb, Cd and Zn in the range of 50–2,000 mg L − 1, which was considerably higher than those indicated by earlier studies. The strains isolated and identified from the Turkish
serpentine soils were the members of genera Arthrobacter,
Bacillus,

We have demonstrated the preliminary results of the in situ monitoring capability of an inhibitor resistant gene quantification assay using magnetic bead (MB) and quantum dot (QD) nanoparticles (hereafter "MB-QD assay") for the detection of E. coli O157:H7 in environmental samples. The selectivity of the MB-QD assay was demonstrated via the discrimination of the target bacteria in the presence of nonspecific microbial populations. The effect of temperature on the assay was examined to evaluate the necessity of elevated temperature incubation. The reagents (i.e., particle complex and particle-DNA conjugate) were also shown to have a stability of at least 10 days without refrigeration, therefore enabling prior preparation and the subsequent storage of these reagents. In addition, it was found that the MB-QD assay was resistant to the presence of naturally occurring inhibitors (i.e., humic acids, Ca(2+)) and residual reagents from DNA extraction (i.e., surfactant, ethanol). Overall the results indicated that the MB-QD assay is potentially suitable for further development as an in situ bacteria monitoring method for working with inhibitor laden samples without requiring additional purification steps and elevated temperature processes. 相似文献

Wastewater sludges are used in agriculture as soil amendment and fertilizer, with regard to their organic matter and nutrient content. However, availability of nitrogen and phosphorus from sludge-amended soils and their transfer in runoff may lead to eutrophication of downstream surface water. The aim of this study is to establish and compare the effect of two different sludges on these transfers: an anaerobically digested and thermically stabilised sludge (Seine-Aval treatment plant, sludge no. 1), and a limed sludge (Saint-Quentin treatment plant, sludge no. 2). Experiments were performed on 12 sloping micro-plots (1 m × 1 m) submitted to sludge spreading and controlled rainfall simulation. Runoff water was sampled and analysed for concentrations in nitrogen species and phosphorus. Results show that spreading of sludge no. 1 increased both ammonium nitrogen (mean of 1.1 mg L–1 N-NH4 vs. 0.2 mg L–1 N-NH4 for control micro-plots) and particulate phosphorus concentrations (mean of 2 mg L–1 P vs. 1.1 mg L–1 P for control micro-plots) in runoff water. On the other hand, sludge no. 2 did not induce any significant effect on nutrient concentrations in runoff. These results are related to chemical composition and physical treatment of sludges. This study underlines the existence of a short-term risk of nutrient mobilisation by runoff after sludge spreading on soil, and the need to check precisely the impact of this practice on water quality. 相似文献

+-N/L solution, the total nitrogen oxygendemand (NOD) was found to be 6,672 mg DO/L-day with ammoniaand nitrite oxidation rate of 4,512 and 2,160 mg DO/L-day,respectively. The oxygen consumption by endogenous oxidationwas 288 mg DO/L-day and the biological oxygen demand 936 mgDO/L-day. Respirometric measurements were well matched by theFISH result, which described the presence and quantity of eachnitrifying bacteria as nitrification proceeded.
