为研究紫外氯胺组合消毒对供水系统中病毒微生物的影响特性,以生产规模紫外氯胺组合消毒供水系统为研究对象,应用宏基因组技术对供水系统中病毒微生物的迁移变化、群落结构和病毒宿主进行了分析.结果表明,紫外氯胺组合消毒工艺能降低病毒物种数(6.13%)和基因丰度(51.97%),但不能完全去除水中病毒微生物.对比美国环保署(USEPA)以培养法检测的水处理病毒去除率可达99%~99.99%,本研究利用宏基因组技术测得的总病毒去除率只有93.46%,以培养法检测水中病毒存在局限性.Caudovirales(有尾噬菌体目)是整个供水系统中最丰富病毒,对氯胺消毒都具有一定敏感性.Lentivirus(慢病毒属)作为能够感染人和脊椎动物的病毒,对紫外照射和氯胺消毒都具有强抵抗力.该供水系统中最大的病毒宿主是细菌(61.50%).原水中病毒主要寄生在Synechococcus(聚球藻属)中;出厂水以及管网水中,优势病毒宿主均为Pseudomonas(假单胞菌属);进入管网后,Pseudomonas aeruginosa(铜绿假单胞菌)宿主病毒基因丰度升高342.62%,应加强关注管网系统病毒微生物风险.紫外氯胺组合消毒工艺比单紫外消毒更有利于病毒宿主的去除(51.97%与0.79%). 相似文献

近年来,紫外线消毒技术在水处理中得到了越来越广泛的应用,它主要是利用短波紫外对微生物的伤害作用,通过在DNA中形成环丁烷嘧啶二聚体,阻碍基因的正常复制,从而导致细菌失活.但是细菌体内的光裂解酶在远紫外光和可见光作用下能够使失活的细菌重新获得活性,这就是光复活作用.低压消毒设备处理后大肠杆菌表现出了一定的光复活能力,但中压消毒设备能够有效的抑制其光复活作用;而噬肺军团菌在低压和中压设备处理后都表现出了很强的光复活能力.在应用紫外线消毒技术时光复活作用的影响不容忽视. 相似文献

紫外消毒技术相对于氯化法消毒,能够快速、有效地去除污水中粪大肠杆菌,操作简单方面,无副产物生成,对周围环境和人员安全可靠,在中国许多污水处理厂都已取代氯化法消毒并广泛应用。阐述了紫外消毒和微生物光复活现象的原理,并通过大量试验来研究紫外消毒技术去除粪大肠杆菌的效果,及经紫外消毒后出水中粪大肠杆菌光复活现象对紫外消毒效果的影响,提出可采用出水避光排放、增加紫外照射剂量、延长照射时间等方法来控制微生物光复活现象。 相似文献

高铁酸盐是饮用水和废水处理中一种多功能绿色环保水处理剂,因其具有高效的氧化、混凝、消毒杀菌能力,且不产生有毒有害的物质,在水处理领域中已受到广泛关注。为全面、系统地剖析高铁酸盐在水处理领域中现有的研究成果,运用知识图谱分析工具VOSviewer对来自中国知网(CNKI)数据库和Web of Science(WOS)数据库的1038篇文献进行了可视化定量分析并辅助定性分析。结果表明:1975—2019年期间,高铁酸盐在水处理领域中应用的研究历经了起步、快速发展、相对稳定的三个阶段;从关键词共现网络图谱分析可知,现阶段的研究热点主要集中在高铁酸盐对饮用水消毒的副产物和对新兴污染物的控制研究方面,研究方向主要是高铁酸盐与污染物的反应动力学、反应机理等。文章总结了高铁酸盐分别作为氧化剂、混凝剂和消毒剂时其对有机/无机污染物、藻类、异味、消毒副产物等的去除和控制作用效果,以期为高铁酸盐在水处理领域中的应用提供理论借鉴和技术支撑。 相似文献

采用NaClO、UV和UV/NaClO复合消毒等方式研究了三氯卡班(TCC)在消毒过程中的去除特性,考察了3种消毒方式中TCC溶液的遗传毒性变化,鉴定了TCC的降解产物并探讨了其降解机制,以UV/NaClO复合消毒为研究对象,考察了NaClO投加量、TCC初始浓度、溶液pH值和腐殖酸(HA)等因素对TCC去除的影响.结果表明,3种消毒技术对TCC的去除效果依次为UV/NaClO、UV、NaClO.消毒处理不同程度增加了TCC溶液的遗传毒性.LC-MS鉴定出了8种TCC的降解产物,降解途径主要为脱氯、加氯以及·OH/O·氧化.UV/NaClO复合消毒对TCC的去除率在97%以上;TCC的去除与其初始浓度呈负相关;TCC的去除率随pH值的增大先升高后降低;低浓度的腐殖酸(HA)对TCC的去除有促进作用,高浓度则相反. 相似文献

This work aimed to study UV-resistant strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, to propose a formulation of the kinetics of secondary
treated wastewater disinfection and to underline the influence of suspended solids on the inactivation kinetics of these strains. Some
investigations were carried out for the validation of some simulation models, from the simplest, the kinetics model of Chick-Watson
reduced to first order, to rather complex models such as multi-kinetic and Collins-Selleck models. Results revealed that the involved
processes of UV irradiation were too complex to be approached by a simplified formulation, even in the case of specific strains of
microorganisms and the use of nearly constant UV radiation intensity. In fact, the application of Chick-Watson model in its original
form is not representative of the kinetics of UV disinfection. Modification, taking into account the speed change during the disinfection
process, has not significantly improved results. On the other hand, the application of Collins-Selleck model demonstrates that it was
necessary to exceed a least dose of critical radiation to start the process of inactivation. To better explain the process of inactivation,
we have assumed that the action of disinfectant on the survival of lonely microorganisms is faster than its action on suspended solids
protected or agglomerated to each others. We can assume in this case the existence of two inactivation kinetics during the processes
(parallel and independent) of the first-order. For this reason, the application of a new kinetic model by introducing a third factor
reflecting the influence of suspended solids in water on disinfection kinetics appeared to be determinant for modeling UV inactivation

Fluence rate (FR) distribution (optical field) is of great significance in the optimal design of ultraviolet (UV) reactors for disinfection or oxidation processes in water treatment. Since the 1970s, various simulation models have been developed, which can be combined with computational fluidic dynamic software to calculate the fluence delivered in a UV reactor. These models strive for experimental validation and further improvement, which is a major challenge for UV technology in water treatment. Herein, a review of the simulation models of the FR distribution in a UV reactor and the applications of the current main experimental measurement approaches including conventional flat-type UV detector, spherical actinometer, and micro-fluorescent silica detector (MFSD), is presented. Moreover, FR distributions in a UV reactor are compared between various simulation models and MFSD measurements. In addition, the main influential factors on the FR distribution, including inner-wall reflection, refraction and shadowing effects of adjacent lamps, and turbidity effect are discussed, which is helpful for improving the accuracy of the simulation models and avoiding dark regions in the reactor design. This paper provides an overview on the simulation models and measurement approaches for the FR distribution, which is helpful for the model selection in fluence calculations and gives high confidence on the optimal design of UV reactors in regard to present methods. 相似文献

抗生素抗性细菌(ARB)作为新兴污染物受到了广泛关注,但紫外线(UV)消毒对ARB去除效果的研究尚不够充分。以某城市污水处理厂过滤后的二级出水为研究对象,通过分析UV消毒前后水中四环素、氨苄西林、氯霉素及链霉素抗性细菌丰度的变化,探究了UV消毒对ARB的去除作用及ARB的光复活与暗修复潜能。结果表明:UV对过滤后二级出水中的4种ARB具有一定灭活能力,4种ARB对UV消毒的耐受能力由高到低分别为:氨苄西林抗性细菌>四环素抗性细菌>链霉素抗性细菌≈氯霉素抗性细菌。当UV消毒剂量为20 mJ/cm2时,氯霉素与链霉素抗性细菌可被完全灭活,消毒后24 h内,这2种ARB未出现光复活或暗修复现象,这一剂量的UV不能完全灭活氨苄西林与四环素抗性细菌,且被灭活后的ARB可实现部分光复活及暗修复。当UV消毒剂量达到80 mJ/cm2时,这4种ARB均被全部灭活,消毒后6 h内,氨苄西林抗性细菌出现了复活现象。不论是在光照还是避光的条件下,UV消毒24 h后水中的总异养菌群中有超过70.32%的细菌对氨苄西林具有抗性,因此,单独UV消毒并不能有效地控制ARB从污水处理厂向环境中的传播。 相似文献

针对传统消毒技术的安全风险问题,以维护供水管网水质安全为目标,引入茶多酚作为辅助消毒剂和紫外线消毒联用,模拟供水管网系统探究不同管材和水力停留时间下紫外线-茶多酚联合消毒的消毒效果,分析管壁生物膜形貌和菌落分布的变化.结果表明,75mg/L是紫外线-茶多酚联合消毒时茶多酚的较优投加量,可保持48h消毒效果.模拟管网运行过程中整体水质较好,但管材对管网消毒效果的影响较大,30d内球墨铸铁和UPVC管网中细菌量超过100CFU/mL的频率分别为80%和0%,紫外线-茶多酚联合消毒在UPVC管网中消毒持续性较强.与紫外线消毒相比,紫外线-茶多酚联合消毒对管壁生物膜的破坏效果更明显,且对生物膜中的蓝藻菌和肠道致病菌杀灭效果更强,有利于保障管网水质的安全性. 相似文献

The concentration of suspended solids of effluent often varies in a wide range, therefore the dose of ultraviolet light (UV) in disinfection process needs to be adjusted to meet the disinfection criterion at a high frequency, and the desired disinfection effect is difficult to be ensured. The particles size and particle-associated fecal coliform (F.C.) contribution, and their influence on UV disinfection were investigated when ClO2 and UV combined disinfection process was used. The results showed that suspended solids content had a major impact on UV disinfection efficiency, especially the large particle size fraction. Particles (D〉10μm) associated F. C. were difficult to be disinfected and were the main part of the railings of F.C. inactivation curve. Pre-ClO2 oxidation could reduce the number of particles in effluent, and make large particles decrease to small ones. Therefore, the influence of particles on UV disinfection could be reduced after pre-ClO2 oxidation, and the resistance ability to particle loadings of combined process was enhanced. Moreover, the combined process has a lot of advantages, such as low toxicity, low operational/maintenance costs; it is also convenient to be established in the existing wastewater plant or the new planned one. 相似文献
