通过对莱州湾-龙口湾表层沉积物样品中总有机碳(TOC)、总氮(TN)、有机碳与总氮的比值(C/N)、稳定碳氮同位素(δ13C、δ15N)生物地球化学指标的测定,分析了该区域沉积物中有机质的特征和来源.结果显示,莱州湾表层沉积物中TOC含量为0.47%±0.40%,龙口湾TOC含量为0.82%±0.37%,TN含量相差不大,因此龙口湾沉积物有机质相对含量高于莱州湾.港口的建设使龙口湾内水体流速减慢,加上龙口湾入海河流较少,使得龙口湾沉积物平均粒径(19.40μm)远低于莱州湾(43.89μm),比较容易吸附有机质.莱州湾沉积物中δ13C值为-24.96‰—21.46‰,平均值为-23.63‰;龙口湾表层沉积物中δ13C值为-23.02‰—22.39‰,平均值为-22.73‰.由此看来,莱州湾沉积物中有机质主要来源于陆生C3植物和藻类,而龙口湾有机质大部分来源于藻类,少数来自陆生C3植物.根据经典的二元模式计算,龙口湾陆源有机质的贡献比例范围为23.15%—33.67%,平均值为28.84%,莱州湾陆源贡献比例范围为7.65%—65.97%,平均值为43.75%.莱州湾沿岸有众多河流入海,尤其是含沙量最多的黄河,给湾内带来大量的陆上有机质,而龙口湾入海河流较少,沉积物中的陆上有机质较少.  相似文献

通过太湖南部钻孔(THS)沉积物^137Cs和^210Pb、总有机碳、总氮、总磷、粒度和金属元素分析,探讨其垂向分布特征及意义。表层^137Cs比活度高值表明表层沉积物具有混合作用的特征。粒度分析表明,沉积物呈现随深度变浅而变粗的总体趋势;绝大多数金属元素含量垂向上的变化与粘土含量呈正相关。铁锰界面循环也影响着金属元素的迁移。沉积物W(C)/w(N)比值的状况显示了其有机质主要为陆源性质,但最近60年内来源于水体的有机质呈现增加的趋势。沉积物中元素的演化序列表明,元素铅受到明显的人为活动来源的污染。  相似文献

为了探究自然过程和人类活动对水库水环境演变过程的影响,采集广东惠州白盆珠水库表层沉积物和沉积柱样品,测定表层沉积物总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)和总有机碳(TOC)含量,将水库划分为入库区、中部区和近坝区,分析表层沉积物的营养元素空间分布特征;利用放射性核素(~(210)Pb)和稳定初始放射性通量(CIC)模式为长度为27 cm的沉积柱建立年代序列,测定沉积柱TN、TP、TOC含量,碳稳定同位素(δ~(13)C)值和粒径垂向分布特征,分析营养元素时间分布特征及来源。结果表明:表层沉积物TN、TP和TOC含量分别在水库3个区域间无显著性差异(P0.05),营养物质污染程度低;沉积柱沉积历史约53年,平均沉积速率为0.5 cm·a~(-1);沉积柱TN、TP和TOC含量垂向分布特征可分为3个阶段:1983年之前含量均保持相对稳定,1984—2004年受人类活动影响而逐渐增加,2005—2018年呈先减小后逐渐增加趋势;沉积柱的总有机碳与总氮比值(C/N)和δ~(13)C指示沉积物中的有机质为陆源和内源的混合来源,由于白盆珠水库具有供水功能,以及流域内水土流失控制措施,陆源有机质占比与珠江三角洲其他水库相比较低,约占50%。  相似文献

乌梁素海沉积物中营养盐分布特征与固碳能力   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过2008—2011年连续现场采样和室内实验分析,研究了乌梁素海沉积物营养盐的分布特征以及固碳功能.结果发现,乌梁素海沉积物中氮与有机碳水平分布具有相同规律,总磷水平分布差异较大,揭示了沉积环境和水动力条件对磷在沉积物中的累积具有一定影响,也在一定程度上反映了磷来源的多样性.在垂直方向上,总氮、有机碳、硝态氮规律明显,随深度增加有递减的趋势,而总磷和氨氮垂直分布差异性显著,表明其与环境因素和早期演化和成岩作用有关.乌梁素海沉积物中C:N:P=20.2:4.5:1,小于Redfield比(C:N:P=106:16:1).沉积物中总氮与有机碳有明显的正相关性,而总磷与有机碳无相关性.乌梁素海沉积物有机碳沉积速率为169.55 g·m-2·a-1,有机碳密度为5.70 kg·m-2.30 cm深度沉积物中,碳储量为134.39×104t,存在很大的固碳潜力,这对于调节气候变化和维护湖泊区域生态平衡具有重要潜能.  相似文献

为研究冰封期湿地沉积物污染的变化规律和主要来源,采集了包头南海湿地南海湖中20个点位的沉积物,研究分析总有机碳(TOC)、总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)的空间分布特征,并对其污染进行评价.结果表明,随着采样深度的增加,沉积物污染物的含量均在逐渐降低,且在表层中累积明显;水平分布主要受进出水口、人类活动、水体流动、外源输入、沉积物-水界面物质交换等影响,呈现一定规律.沉积物中C/N均值为10.44,说明南海湖有机物主要以外源有机质为主.此外,由相关性分析得出,沉积物中TOC、TN、TP含量两两具有极显著正相关关系(P0.01,n=20),由此说明C、N、P具有同源性.由评价结果可知,高寒旱区湖泊与其他平原浅水湖泊的碳、氮、磷沉积特征存在明显差异.  相似文献

利用连续提取法研究巢湖沉积物中不同赋存形态P、N的组成和分布特征.结果显示,巢湖沉积物中总P含量为0.111~0.655 g·kg-1,平均0.358 g·kg-1,主要由无机P组成(65%~72%),赋存形态以铁结合态为主;巢湖沉积物中总N含量为0.220~0.922 g·kg-1,平均0.532 g·kg-1,以有机N为主,约占总N的94.7%.有机N含量与有机指数等指标显示,巢湖处于清洁与尚清洁状态.湖泊沉积物中有机质、总N、总P间相关分析表明,湖泊营养物质来源具同一性趋势;有机C/N比值的研究结果显示,有机质主要来源于陆源.  相似文献

根据小海泻湖XHK04-01沉积物柱状样的210Pb定年以及总有机碳和总氮含量分析,探讨了人类活动对小海沉积环境的影响.分析表明:1988年以前,总有机碳和总氮的含量稳定在0.6%和0.04%,TOC/TN为14左右,沉积物的有机质主要来自陆地,陆源有机碳的含量占到总有机碳含量的80%,人类活动对沉积环境的影响变化较小;而1988年之后,由于人类活动的加剧,小海沉积物中总有机碳和总氮的含量迅速上升,到表层时总有机碳和总氮的含量均达到最高值,分别为1.2%和0.13%,TOC/TN下降到9,沉积物中小海自生来源的有机碳的比例显著增加,陆源有机碳的比例相对下降到45%.小海沉积物中营养元素的增加,导致小海水质的恶化.人类活动的影响在沉积速率上也有反映,在18cm以下沉积速率为0.46cm·a-1,0-18cm沉积速率为1.26cm·a-1.  相似文献

对渤海三个典型海域6个站位柱状沉积物自然粒度下的有机碳(OC)进行了研究,探讨了有机碳的垂直分布特征及其氧化还原环境(Eh^0,Es^0,Fe^3 /Fe^2 比值)因素对渤海沉积物中有机碳的影响,渤海自然粒度沉积物中的有机碳含量在0.39-0.86%之间,一般在表层-次表层含量变化较剧烈,在下层变化较缓,相关分析说明,在中层,一般沉积物的还原性相比表层有增强,氧化环境与还原环境共存,有机质被氧化,OC浓度变得趋于减小,Fe^3 /Fe^2 也趋于减小,二者有明显的正相关;在下层,还原环境占据了主导地位,导致大量OC不能被氧化,就被保存了下来,而Fe^3 /Fe^2 却明显减小,所以在下层OC-Fe^3 /Fe^2 呈较强的负相关;在表层又掺杂了生物化学与物理扰动等因素,使OC-Fe^3 /Fe^2 的相关性变得复杂,且不规律,表层-次表层OC主要取决于物质来源和物理搅动,变化较复杂;中,下层主要受氧化还原环境影响,矿化作用明显,有机碳含量逐渐降低;下层除C3区和A区外,有机碳含量也逐步降低。有机碳含量不同层次受不同的物质来源,沉积环境,氧化还原进程与不同的生物化学过程共同影响,从C区的断面分布看,表层-次表层呈垂直叠层分布,主要是逐步垂直沉降沉积的结果。25cm以下呈水平推进式梯度分布,可能由于特殊的沉积事件如大洪水冲刷沉积而致。  相似文献

在适当的PH值和搅拌条件下,研究了反应温度、总固体含量、pH值、碳氮比、碳磷比以及接种物量对有机牛活垃圾厌氧发酵产沼气的影响。实验结果表明:有机生活垃圾厌氧消化产沼气的适宜条件是:反应温度50~55℃,总固体含量23%~28%,pH=6.8~7.4,w(C)/w(N)=(20~30),w(C)/w(P)=50,60%~75%的生物气,可实现能量回收;发酵剩余物可制有机肥,时间为15~20d。接种物量为25%~30%。在厌氧的条件下,可以制取含甲烷实现物质再利用。有机生活垃圾在厌氧消化反应器的停留时间为15~20d。  相似文献

为了研究土壤和沉积物中凝聚型有机碳(碳黑、干酪根)的含量及其对多环芳烃(PAHs)分布和提取的影响,分别用三氟醋酸(TFA)和在375℃下通氧燃烧的方法从珠江三角洲2个污染土壤和5个河口沉积物样品中提取酸非水解有机碳(NHC)和碳黑(BC);用索氏抽提法和不同溶剂的加速溶剂萃取法(包括连续加速萃取法ASESum和标准溶剂萃取法ASESTD)抽提土壤和沉积物中的多环芳烃,并在不同温度梯度(25℃到150℃)下用水为溶剂加速溶剂萃取其水溶态.结果表明,1)NHC是珠江三角洲土壤和沉积物中总有机碳的重要组成部分,NHC碳明显高于BC碳,NHC和BC分别占土壤和沉积物中有机碳的25.6% ̄73.8%和4.64% ̄17.3%.2)3种有机溶剂(丙酮、甲苯1、甲苯2)连续抽提的PAHs含量是索氏抽提的2.11倍;5种ASE方法(丙酮、甲苯1、甲苯2、ASESum、ASESTD)提取的PAHs含量与NHC含量存在明显的相关性,而且比PAHs含量与BC或无定型有机碳(AOC)含量的相关性更明显.3)在不同温度梯度下水溶态PAHs浓度符合Van’tHoff方程.研究说明除了BC外,非水解有机碳对土壤和沉积物中PAHs的分布和提取具有重要影响.  相似文献

Extensive surveys of sediment burdens of radiocaesium, specifically 137Cs, and other radioactive contaminants in the Arctic during the 1990's, indicate that almost all anthropogenic radionuclides buried on continental shelves adjacent to Alaska are derived from global bomb fallout. the 137Cs (half-life: 30.2y) activities observed in surface (0-4 cm) marine sediments however, vary widely, albeit much less than the expected current inventory resulting from bomb fallout at this latitude (∼100mBq cm-2). This observed geographical variation provided the opportunity to evaluate physical and biological mechanisms that may affect caesium biogeochemistry on Arctic continental shelves. We investigated whether high biological productivity in portions of the Bering and Chukchi Seas is effective in removing dissolved radiocaesium from the water column, and whether biological production in overlying water affects total radiocaesium inventories in sediments. Based upon C/N ratios in the organic fraction of shallow sediments, we found no evidence that higher inventories or surface activities of radiocaesium are present in areas with higher deposition of particulate organic matter. Based upon stable carbon isotope ratios of organic matter in sediments, we found no evidence that terrestrial runoff contributes proportionally to higher surface activities, although terrestrial runoff may affect total inventories of the radionuclide. Radiocaesium content of surface sediments was significantly correlated with total organic carbon content of sediments and the proportion of sediments in the finest sediment fractions. The particulate organic matter distribution and its elemental composition in the northern and central Adriatic Sea during different seasonal periods are shown, highlighting the principal processes and factors influencing their distribution and characteristics.

In the low salinity waters the concentrations of particulate carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus were higher and more variable than in the dense waters, mainly due to dilution effects which induce an abundant phytoplankton growth.

Generally in summer the particulate organic matter distribution followed the trophic gradient while in winter resuspension events often became more important. Differences between summer and winter were more evident in the diluted waters and were mainly due to the seasonal heat exchanges and to the fresh water inputs.

Marked differences in C/P ratios were observed in the POM: high ratios in the northern diluted waters and low in the more saline waters and in the central Adriatic.  相似文献

The elemental carbon (C), nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) compositions of the whole-body and gut content of wild marine fish inhabiting the Bay of Biscay (Northeast Atlantic) were studied. Furthermore, the literature was examined for studies of aquacultured fish, reporting the elemental composition of the whole-body fish, that of their food, and nutrient assimilation and gross growth efficiencies (GGE). In both wild-caught and aquacultured fish, significant differences in C, N and P elemental composition were found between species, with P being the most variable component. Differences among species in terms of C, N and P content could be explained by varying proportions of storage compounds in whole-body fish, and varying degrees of ossification. Aquacultured fish feces were found to be P-rich, because of a lower P assimilation efficiency, compared to C or N assimilation efficiencies. Examination of aquacultured fish literature also revealed that C, N and P GGE and nutrient resupply ratios agreed with basic principles of homeostatic regulation of whole-body fish elemental composition. Extrapolation of the results to broader marine systems indicated that fish may be important for conveying nutrients toward the ocean interior.  相似文献

Submicron aerosol particles (with aerodynamic diameters less than 1 μm, PM1) were sampled and measured in Heshan, an urban outflow site of Guangzhou megacity in Pearl River Delta in South China, using an Aerodyne High-Resolution Time-of-Flight Aerosol Mass Spectrometer (HR-ToF-AMS) in November 2010 during 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games. The mean PM1 mass concentration measured was 47.9±17.0 μg·m-3 during the campaign, with organic aerosol (OA) and sulfate being the two dominant species, accounting for 36.3% and 20.9% of the total mass, respectively, followed by black carbon (17.1%, measured by an aethalometer), nitrate (12.9%), ammonium (9.6%) and chloride (3.1%). The average size distributions of the species (except black carbon) were dominated by an accumulation mode peaking at ~550 nm. Calculations based on high-resolution organic mass spectrum showed that, C, H, O and N on average contributed 58.1%, 7.3%, 30.7%, and 3.9% to the total organic mass, respectively. The average ratio of organic mass over organic carbon mass (OM/OC) was 1.73±0.08. Four components of OA were identified by the Positive Matrix Factorization (PMF) analysis, including a hydrocarbon-like (HOA), a biomass burning (BBOA) and two oxygenated (SV-OOA and LV-OOA) organic aerosol components, which on average accounted for 18.0%, 14.3%, 28.8% and 38.9% of the total organic mass, respectively.  相似文献

为了评估红壤中不同铅化合物对微生物生物量的毒性差异,进行了实验室培养试验铅化合物为氯化铅和醋酸铅,施加的6个不同浓度(w/10-6)为0(背景值),100,200,300,450和600在铅水平相同时,醋酸铅比氯化铅对土壤中微生物生物量碳(Cmic)和微生物生物量氮(Nmic)的降低更为明显土壤中微生物量C/N比和有机碳/微生物量碳比[m(Corg)/m(Cmic)]随着醋酸铅水平的增加而显著提高,而氯化铅在相同水平下,提高的幅度大大减少,这些结果表明,不同铅化合物的溶解度和不同相伴阴离子是决定铅化合物毒性的重要因素.  相似文献

南黄海不同粒度表层沉积物中可转化氮的形成与释放受环境因子的驱动作用各不相同,上覆水体的温度、盐度、pH值、DO的含量以及NH4^ 和NO3^-的含量都对其有一定的影响.其中DO是不同形态的氮形成与释放最显著的影响因素,这是因为上覆水体中DO的含量愈高,扩散进入表层沉积物中的O2就愈多,沉积物处于相对氧化的环境中,有机质的矿化作用较易进行,致使无机形态氮的含量相对较高,而有机形态氮的含量相对较低,所以其与可转化有机形态氮呈负相关,而与可转化无机形态氮呈正相关.温度与中、细粒度沉积物中的SOEF-N的含量呈显著正相关,可能是因为温度的升高加快了海洋底栖生物的生长发育,使生物排泄物和死亡残体增多,尽管温度的升高加快了沉积物中有机质的矿化分解,但由于中、细粒度沉积物堆积紧密,对温度的响应不明显,致使SOEF-N的含量随温度的升高而升高.上覆水体中的NH;和NO3^-分别与中、细粒度沉积物中的SAEF-N和SOEF-N的含量呈正相关,说明上覆水体中的NH4^ 和NO3^-主要来自于沉积物中SAEF-N和SOEF-N的形成与释放.另外,粗粒度沉积物中不同形态的氮对环境的响应较中、细粒度沉积物中的强.  相似文献

稳定的土壤团聚结构对种子发芽、根系发育、作物生长以及有机碳保护有着重要的影响,深入了解人为扰动下土壤团聚体稳定性影响因素有着重要意义.选择两种不同母质发育土壤上长期施用畜禽粪便和化肥5个田块耕层土壤团聚体为供试土壤,采用相关分析、因子分析和回归分析方法探讨了土壤有机碳库、土壤养分和理化性质与团聚体稳定性间的关系.研究结果表明,与施用化肥比较,施用畜禽粪便显著提高了土壤团聚体稳定性;不同母质类型土壤上,海相沉积物母质土壤上团聚体稳定性显著高于河相冲积物母质土壤.相关分析结果表明溶解性有机碳(包括DOC和HWOC)和总磷含量与土壤团聚体稳定性显著或极显著相关;因子分析结果显示,土壤化学因子是第一影响因素,土壤碳库因子是第二影响因素,其中海相沉积物母质土壤上团聚体稳定性主要受土壤化学因子影响;河相冲积物母质土壤团聚体稳定性主要受土壤碳库因子影响,施用化肥土壤受两个因素影响均较小.回归分析结果显示热水提取态有机碳和钙是本研究条件中影响土壤团聚体稳定性的主要因素.  相似文献

In this study, soil samples were collected to a depth of 100?cm from different land-uses, including maize field (MZ), wheat field (WT), paddy field (PD), apple orchard (OC), grassland (GL) and wetland (WL) in the Ili River Valley in northwest China, to investigate the effects of land-use on vertical distributions of soil carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) fractions, and examine whether such effects were different between topsoil (0–40?cm) and subsoil (40–100?cm). The results showed that soil organic C, water-extractable organic C, microbial biomass C, total N and microbial biomass N of croplands (MZ, WT, PD and OC) were significantly lower than those of natural lands (GL and WL) in both topsoil and subsoil, indicating that contents of soil C and N fractions can be reduced by agricultural land-uses, and the reductions are not limited to topsoil. However, the contents of soil ammonium N and nitrate N showed complex trends under different land-uses, possibly due to that the plant species and agricultural practices (e.g. application rate of fertiliser and irrigation) are considerably different among land-uses. Therefore, we suggest that more nutrient inputs should be applied to croplands to improve soil fertility in the Ili River Valley.  相似文献
