The present project aims to investigate aluminium (Al) and fluoride (F) contents in teas (Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze). Three different commercial tea varieties: Assam variety and two China sub-varieties, a large leafed variety and small leafed variety, were collected in two tea gardens of Lantau Island tea plantation of Hong Kong. In general, high concentrations of Al and F were accumulated in the mature leaves (15.3 and of 2.07 g kg–1 respectively). Among the three varieties, the small leafed variety exhibited the highest Al and F contents followed by the large leafed variety whereas the Assam variety had the lowest Al and F concentrations in its tea bushes. Tea products from a plantation were also analysed and it was noted that black tea had higher Al and F concentrations than green tea. The amount of Al and F released into tea liquor was also tested and the results showed that higher concentrations of Al and F were released into tea liquor under repeated infusion method than continuous infusion method.  相似文献

The present project aims to investigate the possible contamination of teas with the trace metals: Al, Cu and Zn. Tea bushes sampled from two tea plantations in the northern part of Guangdong Province accumulated higher concentrations of Cu and Zn in young leaves, and of Al in old leaves. The analysis of the three metals in tea produced in different provinces indicated higher Al levels in those obtained from Guangdong and Yunnan Provinces, which may be due to the lower soil pH in these areas. Green tea had the lowest Al concentration among the four types of tea studied, as only the bud and two young leaves are used, whereas older leaves are used for other types of tea (black, Oolong and Puerh tea). The transfer of Al, Cu and Zn from soil to different parts of tea bushes was low in general, except for Zn at Lechang tea plantation which next to a Pb/Zn mine, where a higher transfer was observed from young leaves to tea products, indicating possible metal contamination during tea processing. However, low concentrations of Cu and Zn (less than 0.07 mg Cu L-1 and 0.17 mg Zn L-1), and moderate amounts of Al (2.1-2.5 mg L-1) were obtained in the tea liquor (1% hot water extracts).  相似文献

The levels of extractable aluminum (Al) in soils of tea plantations, Al concentrations in tea leaves and the impact of nitrogen fertilization on these two parameters were investigated. In addition, the properties of soils from tea plantations were compared to those from soils of adjacent non-tea fields to evaluate the effect of land use conversion (from non-tea soils to tea soils). Exchangeable Al (extracted in 1 mol l−1 KCl) ranged from 0.03 to 7.32 cmolc kg−1 in 94 tea fields and decreased rapidly with increasing soil pH. In comparison with non-tea soils, tea soils had a significantly lower pH and exchangeable Mg2+ concentration but higher organic matter contents and exchangeable K+ concentration. Contents of extractable Al were not different (P > 0.05) between these two soils. The concentrations of Al in mature tea leaves correlated significantly with exchangeable Al in soil samples taken at a depth of 20–40 cm and with exchangeable Al saturations in soil sampled at␣depths of 0–20 and 20–40 cm. In the pot experiment, nitrogen fertilization significantly increased extractable Al levels but decreased soil pH and the levels of exchangeable base cations. Nevertheless, the levels of Al in mature leaves and young shoots were significantly reduced by the application of large amounts of N fertilizer.  相似文献

为了分析不同茶树对Cu胁迫的生理响应及其组织中不同化学形态Cu的累积特性,本研究采用水培法,探讨铁观音、肉桂2种茶树在不同浓度Cu胁迫下,茶树根系活力、叶绿素含量、茶树组织Cu含量及不同化学形态Cu含量的变化,以期为重金属对茶树毒害机理和茶树对重金属的自我防御研究提供理论依据。结果表明,随着Cu胁迫浓度的增加,茶树根系活力及叶片叶绿素含量呈现下降趋势,而与对照相比,铁观音下降的幅度远高于肉桂。不同茶树品种在相同浓度Cu胁迫下,其根、茎、叶组织的Cu含量差异不显著,而不同组织中则表现为根叶茎。不同化学形态Cu含量分析结果表明,随着Cu胁迫浓度的升高,2种茶树根部可交换态Cu、碳酸盐结合态Cu、有机结合态Cu含量百分比呈现下降趋势,而铁锰氧化态Cu和残留态Cu呈现上升趋势;茎部可交换态Cu、有机结合态Cu含量百分比呈现下降趋势,碳酸盐结合态Cu、铁锰氧化态Cu和残留态Cu呈现上升趋势;叶部可交换态Cu、碳酸盐结合态Cu、有机结合态Cu含量、铁锰氧化态Cu含量的百分比均呈现上升趋势,而残留态Cu呈现下降趋势。进一步分析发现,Cu胁迫下,铁观音茶树根、叶部主要以采取提高有机结合态Cu的形式来降低Cu离子毒害,而肉桂则以提高铁锰氧化态Cu形式降低Cu离子毒害,叶部则以提高铁锰氧化态Cu和残留态Cu的形式降低Cu离子毒害。可见,不同的茶树在Cu胁迫下所表现解毒模式存在着一定的差异。  相似文献

以单作茶园和杉木—茶间作茶园为研究对象,测定间作杉木对茶园土壤及茶树叶片重金属元素含量及分布的影响。结果表明:(1)间作杉木可降低茶园土壤Pb、Ni、Mn、Zn元素含量,尤其对Mn有较强吸收能力,其次为Ni、Pb、Zn;(2)间作茶园茶树叶片Pb、Mn、Cu、Zn含量均显著低于单作茶园,说明间作杉木对减少茶叶中4种重金属含量,改善茶叶品质可起到明显作用。  相似文献

Aluminium toxicity is a major deterrent for plant growth in acid soils below pH 5.0. This study deals with effect of aluminium toxicity on growth of mungbean (Vigna radiata L. Wilczek) seedlings. Seed germination (in %) declined with increased content of Al2(SO4)3, while promotive effect was observed at very low dosage. Different concentrations of aluminum sulphate salt were applied to mungbean seeds. Measurement of aluminium content in mungbean leaves was done through atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Root length (root and hypocotyl length) and shoot length (shoot and epicotyl length) was measured at seven days old seedling stage. Different concentrations of Al2(SO4)3 were found to have significant effect both on shoot and root length. Leaf area, fresh and dry weight was significantly reduced. Increased stomatal frequency and trichome density with an increase in concentrations of Al2(S04)3 was observed through scanning electron microscope.  相似文献

The tea bush (Comellia sinensis) is grown commercially in a large number of countries. Tea is a beverage, which consists of processed and dried tea leaves and is one of the most popular global drinks. Tea contains some heavy metals, such as Pb and Cd, which exert adverse effects on human health. The aim of this study was to determine the Pb and Cd levels in tea leaves and in the solution following dissolution in boiling water. In order to assess Pb and Cd in Iranian consumed tea, 10 tea samples were analyzed for metal concentration in tea leaves and boiled water solutions. For tea leaf analysis, the samples (5 g) were oven dried, ash dried in a cold oven, cooled at room temperature and then 2 mL nitric acid were added to the samples and the acid were evaporated on hot plate. For tea solution analysis, tea (5 g) was added to 250 mL of boiling distilled water and after filtering, the liquid was collected as tea solution. The results show that the average concentration of Pb and Cd in Iranian tea leaves was 9.73 and 0.67 mg kg?1 and in foreign tea leaves 2.5 and 0.53 mg kg?1, respectively. Shariat and Golkis representing Iranian, and Red Shahrzad and Ahmad representing foreign tea, showed the highest and lowest concentration respectively of Pb. Bamdad and Shariat representing Iranian, and Black Sedaghat and Ahmad representing foreign tea, showed the highest and lowest levels of Cd, respectively. The results showed that the longer the time of dissolution of the tea, the higher concentration of Pb and Cd in tea solution. In order to control Pb and Cd levels in tea, the type of water used in agriculture and quality of soil needs to be regulated.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to assess the fluoride content of Ceylon Tea, which is a popular beverage throughout the world. The fluoride content of tea infusions prepared from different grades of tea leaves collected from different parts of the tea-growing regions (25 samples) of Sri Lanka was measured using a fluoride-selective electrode. Fluoride leaching was found to vary from 0.32 to 1.69 mg F/l, but there were no significant differences in terms of fluoride leaching between tea from different tea-growing regions or between tea of different grades. Dental fluorosis is widespread throughout the dry zone of Sri Lanka, and drinking water has traditionally been considered to be the main contributory factor to the development of fluorosis. However, diet, the consumption of tea in particular, may also contribute to the manifestation of dental diseases.  相似文献

在室内培养试验条件下,研究了添加非豆科的油菜秸秆、小麦秸秆、稻草、玉米秸秆和豆科的大豆秸秆、花生秸秆、蚕豆秸秆、紫云英、豌豆秸秆对酸性茶园黄棕壤和红壤可溶性铝总量及其形态的影响.结果表明,黄棕壤除添加油菜秸秆、小麦秸秆和稻草处理外,其余添加植物物料处理土壤可溶性铝总量、总单核铝和3种无机单核铝的含量有不同程度的降低,因为加入这些植物物料均使土壤pH值增大.5种豆科植物物料对黄棕壤pH值的影响大于非豆科植物物料,前者对土壤中3种无机单核铝含量的影响也大于后者.9种植物物料也使红壤pH值有不同程度升高,土壤可溶性铝含量降低,其中4种非豆科植物物料、花生秸秆和蚕豆秸秆处理效果较好.因此,施用植物秸秆能够有效改良土壤酸度,缓解土壤中铝对植物的毒害.总体而言,9种植物物料中花生秸秆增加酸性土壤pH值和降低土壤有毒形态铝含量效果最好.  相似文献

The effective disposal of redundant tea waste is crucial to environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of trash resources. In this work, the removal of methyl orange (MO) from aqueous solution using spent tea leaves as the sorbent was investigated in a batch experiment. First, the effects of various parameters such as temperature, adsorption time, dose of spent tea leaves, and initial concentration of MO were investigated. Then, the response surface methodology (RSM), based on Box- Behnken design, was employed to obtain the optimum adsorption conditions. The optimal conditions could be obtained at an initial concentration of MO of 9.75 mg·L-1, temperature of 35.3℃, contact time of 63.8 min, and an adsorbent dosage 3.90 g· L-1. Under the optimized condi- tions, the maximal removal of MO was 58.2%. The results indicate that spent tea leaves could be used as an effective and economical adsorbent in the removal of MO from aqueous solution.  相似文献

主要对茶叶中氟的来源,氟含量,氟浸出率以及茶叶降氟措施研究作了详细的综述。大量的研究资料表明,土壤中的氟直接影响到茶叶中氟的含量,茶树吸收氟与土壤的pH值、有机质含量、粘粒含量、成土母质及土壤中的阳离子有关。大气污染影响茶叶氟含量主要是氟通过叶片气孔进入细胞,进而在茶树体内积累。水环境中氟的含量主要受土壤与大气环境的影响。茶叶中的氟含量随着叶片成熟度的增加而增加;茶叶等级越差,氟含量越高;原料粗老的茶类氟含量要比原料较嫩的茶类氟含量高;不同季节、茶树品种对氟吸收也存在差异性;茶树各部位氟累积强度依次为:叶>花蕾>籽>皮>细枝>骨干枝>细根>茎(主轴)>茎(主干)>主根>侧根;茶叶中氟浸出率与冲泡水温、冲泡时间、冲泡次数等有关。在茶叶加工过程中可以通过热水处理,添加化学试剂,改进生产工艺等措施来降低茶叶中的氟含量。此外,尚可以培育含氟量低的茶树品种。  相似文献

开展田间小区试验研究了不同施用量条件下碱渣对酸化茶园土壤的酸度和茶叶品质的影响.结果表明,施用碱渣可以显著提高土壤pH、土壤交换性盐基和盐基饱和度,降低土壤交换性酸和交换性铝含量,并使土壤中钙、镁养分保持合理比例.施用碱渣提高了茶叶中茶多酚、儿茶素、咖啡碱、氨基酸和叶绿素含量,降低了茶叶中铅含量,使茶叶品质得到改善.碱渣施用量为4 500 kg·hm-2时,可将土壤pH值调节至5.51,达到最适合茶树生长的酸度条件,该条件下生产的茶叶品质也最佳,茶叶茶多酚、儿茶素、咖啡碱、氨基酸和叶绿素含量分别比对照提高22.5%、27.8%、34.9%、69.0%和52.1%,而Pb含量下降51.2%.  相似文献

为了探明茶树叶片挥发物在白斑猎蛛(Evarcha albaria)选择觅食斑块过程中的作用,采用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术研究了其猎物假眼小绿叶蝉(Empoasca vitis)取食对茶树叶片挥发物释放的影响,同时利用蜘蛛行为观测平台研究了白斑猎蛛在不同味源侧(觅食斑块)的活动行为。结果表明,未损伤叶片(对照)仅释放出微量挥发物,而假眼小绿叶蝉成虫取食后的茶树叶片释放出14种挥发物;雌、雄蛛在进入处理味源(假眼小绿叶蝉取食后的茶树叶片)侧和对照侧的初次选择及进入频次上均无显著差异,但与对照相比,雌、雄蛛在虫害处理叶片中的停留时间显著增加。研究表明,假眼小绿叶蝉取食诱导了茶树叶片挥发物的释放,而挥发物种类和含量的变化造成了白斑猎蛛在不同味源侧停留时间的差异。  相似文献

本试验比较了三种不同N/K2O的有机无机复肥和进口复肥在赤红壤茶园上的施用效果.结果表明,施用有机无机复肥能促进茶树生长,增大茶芽密度.提高茶叶产量,增加茶叶的茶多酚和氨基酸含量;且能增加土壤有机质含量,平衡土壤养分.有机无机复肥中的N/K2O对其肥效的发挥有重要作用,N/k2O值以4.5为宜.  相似文献

High levels of fluoride in tea plants pose a potential health risk to humans who drink tea. It has been demonstrated that tea plant fluoride is closely related to the available fluoride in soil. But approaches that could be used to regulate the availability of fluoride in soil have been rarely seen. This study aims to investigate how the addition of charcoal and bamboo charcoal affected soil fluoride availability and bioaccumulation of fluoride in tea plants. In a microcosm experiment, tea plants were grown in the tea garden soil mixed with different amounts of charcoal and bamboo charcoal [that is, 0.5, 1.0, 2.5, and 5.0?% (w/w)]. Soil-fluoride fractions and fluoride accumulated in tea plants were determined using the sequential extraction and ion selective electrode method. Obtained results showed that both charcoal and bamboo charcoal additions significantly enhanced the concentrations of Fe/Mn oxide-bound fluoride, but significantly reduced the concentrations of water-soluble and exchangeable fluoride (p?相似文献

以自行配制、主要有效成份为KClO3的龙眼产期调控剂进行田间试验.结果表明:催花土壤施用剂量以每平方米树冠面积180g效果最佳;不同品种龙眼对药物的敏感程度不同,以石硖、储良龙眼最为敏感,平均抽花率可达80%以上.不同季节和不同梢期施药,龙眼抽花率存在显著差别;药剂干施回泥后淋水、干施淋水后回泥和拌水淋施这3种土壤给药方式的促花效果差异不显著;反季节与正造栽培收获的龙眼相比,果实质量存在一定差异,春季收获的果实个大肉厚,外观较佳,但糖份含量等品质指标则较差.KClO3调控龙眼产期的效果明显,配合相应的树体管理和土壤水分养分调控措施,可实现龙眼产期的人工合理控制.表7参20  相似文献

采用实验室早期栽培实验,主要探讨了垃圾渗滤液浸种对玉米代际的遗传效应。结果表明:垃圾渗滤液会影响玉米代际早期的生长发育,低浓度垃圾渗滤液(10%)促进代际玉米种子的萌发及幼苗的生长;而高浓度渗滤液(50%)则对其产生抑制效应。再者,相比于经垃圾渗滤液浸种处理过的F1代玉米种子而言,对F2代产生的毒性效应相对减弱,仅高浓度组与对照组相比出现差异,50%处理组的萌发率、根长、芽长及叶绿素含量分别为对照组的81%,83%,79%和89%。此外,渗滤液浸种对代际玉米根尖细胞有丝分裂均表现出"低促高抑"的作用,对根尖微核损伤也均呈现剂量-效应关系。这说明低浓度垃圾渗滤液对玉米F1代及F2代的生态毒性风险依然存在,不容忽视。研究选用玉米为模式植物具有一定的实际意义,其结果可为垃圾渗滤液的生态风险评价提供理论依据。  相似文献

α-淀粉酶通过降解淀粉产生发酵糖,并改变淀粉的物化特性,进而影响小麦制品的品质,其影响与α-淀粉酶来源、含量及小麦制品种类有关.成熟小麦籽粒中残留的α-淀粉酶活性存在极大差异,为了解迟熟α-淀粉酶对馒头品质的影响,以重组自交系群体中α-淀粉酶活性极端的小麦品系为材料,比较高低酶活材料制作的馒头品质之间的差异;并依据小麦材料α-淀粉酶活性的分布范围,设定不同的外源α-淀粉酶浓度,研究外源α-淀粉酶对小麦馒头质构、感官品质及微观结构的影响.结果显示,过高的内源α-淀粉酶含量(降落值小于300 s)会导致馒头的高径比及质构参数下降,这种变化趋势与添加过多外源α-淀粉酶的效果类似;α-淀粉酶含量过高,造成淀粉糊化过度,产气过多,馒头内部结构被破坏,持气能力降低,馒头塌陷;降落值不低于300 s的材料制作的馒头品质较好.本研究表明成熟种子中残留的α-淀粉酶对馒头品质有显著影响,优质馒头品种选育时应关注小麦α-淀粉酶活性的差异.(图4表11参35)  相似文献

胶-茶群落在西双版纳地区有大面积分布,研究该群落中茶树的光合特性及其影响因子,可以为胶茶间作和茶树种植的实践提供理论依据.在自然条件下使用Li-6400便携式光合系统测定了西双版纳低(570 m)、高(870 m)两个不同海拔高度的胶-茶群落中茶树连体叶片的光合日进程,并对比研究了群落和纯林中茶树叶片的光响应.结果表明,两个群落中茶树叶片的最大净光合速率、暗呼吸速率、光补偿点和光饱和点均显著低于茶树纯林.两个群落中茶树的净光合速率日进程曲线均为"单峰"型,高海拔茶树的光量子通量密度、净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度均显著高于低海拔茶树的.相关性分析表明,光量子通量密度是引起群落中茶树光合差异的主要因素.群落林下光照的增强提高了茶树的净光合积累.在高海拔地区采用以茶树为主的胶茶种植结构将促进经济效益的提高.图3表3参24  相似文献

研究了中国北方地区常用的塑料地膜对小麦Triticum aestivum L.种子发芽率,芽长根长及幼苗抗氧化酶系的影响以探明塑料地膜的毒性。结果显示500~2 500 mg.kg-1两种质量分数的塑料地膜处理对小麦种子的发芽率几乎不产生影响,在高质量分数(≥5 000 mg.kg-1)处理下小麦的发芽率有所下降。500~5 000 mg.kg-1的塑料地膜能促进小麦叶和根的伸长,但在高质量分数情况下则显著抑制了根和芽的延伸,其中15 000 mg.kg-1添加量下,叶和根的抑制率分别达到了16.70%和15.07%。小麦根系抗氧化酶活性对两种塑料地膜的敏感程度大于叶片。在高质量分数条件下,根系中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性随暴露时间的延长明显受到了抑制。在经地膜1和地膜2处理后,小麦叶片中过氧化物酶(POD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在不同暴露时间和不同质量分数下没有显著差异,但地膜1处理后的小麦根系中的POD随暴露时间的延长呈先降低后增加的趋势,而CAT活性变化不大。地膜2处理后的小麦根系中的POD和CAT活性随暴露时间的延长而降低。结果表明,高质量分数塑料地膜的处理会对小麦早期幼苗的抗氧化酶系统产生毒害作用。  相似文献
