本文分析了厌氧反应器技术的发展过程,着重介绍了几种新型第三代厌氧反应器技术的原理和应用现状,以及我国目前对这些技术的研究开展情况,其中:升流式厌氧污泥床过滤器(UBF)研究取得了一定的成功经验;垂直折流厌氧污泥床反应器(VBASBR)缺乏应用生产实例;厌氧折流反应器(ABR)已有成功经验;内循环反应器(IC)还只限于部分废水的处理;膨胀颗粒污泥床反应器(ECSB)尚未有规模的生产投入使用。  相似文献

厌氧反应器是应用于污水处理的一种生物处理系统。因其运行费用低,能耗少且可产生有用副产物等优点在世界范围内得到了广泛的研究与应用。本文对厌氧反应器的由来,发展与应用进行了较系统的论述,重点介绍了新型厌氧反应器的研究与应用前景;认为目前应用的是以高速厌氧反应器为代表的工艺,但必须提高系统的稳定性,缩短系统的启动周期;同时应完善适宜于处理需高温厌氧处理的废水,低浓度有机废水以及高浓度有毒物质废水的反应器。新方法或新材料如膜技术的应用以及分级“多相”厌氧反应器可能在将来的废水处理中发挥作用。此外厌氧反应器与其他废水处理系统组成的厌氧-好氧系统,厌氧-湿地系统等综合处理系统更拓展了其应用范围。在我国这样能源短缺,资金不足的发展中, 有效又价廉的厌氧处理反应器特别适合我国国情。  相似文献

本文对常温(25℃±3℃)条件下低密度载体厌氧流化床(AFB)反应器处理高浓度有机废水进行了研究。实验结果表明:采用好氧预挂膜快速排泥法可加快反应器的启动,低密度载体可有效降低反应器运行能耗,有机物去除效果良好。  相似文献

采用多级内循环厌氧反应器MIC/上升式厌氧反应器UASB串联工艺处理柠檬酸生产排放的高浓度有机废水,其中厌氧处理段的COD去除率>94%,整体COD去除率可达98.3%左右.最终排放口出水COD平均值为190 mg/L,pH值为6~9,达到柠檬酸行业废水排放标准.  相似文献

本文以实际猪场沼气废水为研究对象,以ASBR为反应器,接种厌氧消化污泥培养厌氧氨氧化细菌,厌氧氨氧化阶段成功启动后,研究了厌氧氨氧化脱氮最佳运行工艺。试验研究表明,厌氧氨氧化反应适宜的温度在35(±1)℃之间,适宜的pH在7.5—8.0之间,HRT选用24h。当达到最佳运行参数时,NH4+-N的去除率达到87.6%,NO2- -N的去除率达到99.96%。  相似文献

采用污泥混合接种的方法 ,成功地启动了实验室规模的厌氧氨氧化反应器 ,启动后含氨模拟废水运行的进水氨浓度和进水亚硝基氮浓度均为 2 0mmol/L ,氨氮、亚硝基氮和总氮的容积负荷率为 10 6 9mmol/L .d、12 2 6mmol/L .d和 394 5 5mg/L .d ,氨氮、亚硝基氮和总氮的去除率保持在 90 %、99%和 95 %以上。对运行条件研究表明 ,厌氧氨氧化反应的最适pH为 7~ 7 5 ,最适温度约在30± 1℃。厌氧氨氧化随亚硝酸盐浓度的升高而下降 ,氨的厌氧转化随COD浓度的增加也呈抑制型曲线 ,当COD浓度为 80 0±5 0mg/L时 ,厌氧氨氧化速率达到最大。  相似文献

本实验采用新型厌氧—好氧一体化反应器处理高浓度有机废水,主要研究了系统的启动与运行性能,并对系统的NH3 N去除效果作了初步考察。实验结果表明:在16℃~24℃的自然温度下,采用递增负荷、厌氧和好氧分期启动的方式,系统可在38天内达到较好的启动效果;在系统负荷运行期内,当系统总进水COD浓度平均值为3601 8mg/L,总出水COD浓度平均值为384 0mg/L,系统容积负荷平均值为2 54kgCOD/(m3·d),系统总HRT平均值为35 1h时,系统总COD去除率平均值达90 6%。实验还发现:当进水NH3 N浓度为280 3~350 7mg/L,整个系统的NH3 N去除率在68 5%~91 7%,平均为81 0%。由此说明,本反应器具有很好的COD去除性能和NH3 N去除效果,适合于处理COD浓度高且含有中等NH3 N浓度的有机废水。  相似文献

通过UASB中试装置对淀粉废水处理工艺中不同碱度对UASB反应器中的碱度和酸化的影响的研究,论述了减少碱度投加的途径和酸化的预防与系统恢复.补充碱度可以防止酸化,使反应器处于良好运行状况.通过控制运行条件可以有效降低厌氧处理中碱度需求,在最大程度上降低厌氧处理运行费用.阐述了日常监测的方法,以及预防酸化的产生的途径.  相似文献

厌氧水解-高负荷生物滤池是一种利用附着在塑料模块填料上的微生物系统对城镇污水中的污染物质进行降解处理的绿色环保技术。厌氧水解池和高负荷生物滤池采用的塑料模块填料具有高空隙率、高附着面积、高布水性能和抗堵塞的优异性能,并无须回流。当厌氧水解池水力停留时间为4小时,生物滤池水力负荷为30米^3/米^2。日,该系统处理城镇污水的CODCr去除率达80-86%,BOD5去除率达85%-95%。SS去除率达85-95%,处理后出水上述各项指标均可满足国家二级生物处理排放标准的要求。与广泛运用的活性法处理系统相比,该技术可节约基建投资20%以上,节约能耗50%以上,同时还具有流程简单、管理方便、耐冲击负荷、剩余污泥少等特点。  相似文献

Chemical-looping combustion, CLC, is a technology with inherent separation of the greenhouse gas CO2. The technique uses an oxygen carrier made up of particulate metal oxide to transfer oxygen from combustion air to fuel. In this work, an oxygen carrier consisting of 60% NiO and 40% NiAl2O4 was used in a 10 kW CLC reactor system for 160 h of operation with fuel. The first 3 h of fuel operation excepted, the test series was accomplished with the same batch of oxygen carrier particles. The fuel used in the experiments was natural gas, and a fuel conversion to CO2 of approximately 99% was accomplished. Combustion conditions were very stable during the test period, except for the operation at sub-stoichiometric conditions. It was shown that the methane fraction in the fuel reactor exit gas was dependent upon the rate of solids circulation, with higher circulation leading to more unconverted methane. The carbon monoxide fraction was found to follow the thermodynamical equilibrium for all investigated fuel reactor temperatures, 660–950 °C. Thermal analysis of the fuel reactor at stable conditions enabled calculation of the particle circulation which was found to be approximately 4 kg/s, MW. The loss of fines, i.e. the amount of elutriated oxygen carrier particles with diameter <45 μm, decreased during the entire test period. After 160 h of operation the fractional loss of fines was 0.00022 h−1, corresponding to a particle life time of 4500 h.  相似文献

A mathematical model for a hybrid anaerobic reactor (HAR), which uses self-immobilized anaerobic bacterial granules under completely fluidized condition, has been developed. Stoichiometry of glucose fermentation into methane has been considered in this model. The model includes: (1) a biofilm model which describes substrate conversion kinetics within a single granule; (2) a bed fluidization model which describes the distribution of biogranules within the fluidized bed and (3) a reactor model which links the above two to predict the substrate and products concentration profile along the reactor height. Product and pH inhibition for each group of bacteria has been considered in the kinetic model. The spatial distribution of each group of anaerobic bacteria within granules has been found to play a vital role in bringing about the conversion. Experiments were conducted in the reactor using a synthetic effluent containing glucose as the carbon source to study the treatment efficiency. A bench-scale experimental study was carried out to investigate the overall performance of a combined anaerobic reactor for treating pre-settled municipal wastewater at ambient temperature (18–28°C) in terms of substrate removal efficiencies, biogas, methane production, volatile fatty acid (VFA) profiles and effluent suspended solids (SS) concentration, etc. The tested reactor was a modified anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR). The second and third compartments were partly packed with supporting media. The experimental results were similar to, or compared favourably with, other anaerobic reactor systems for municipal wastewater treatment at ambient temperature and proved the technical feasibility of this compartmentalised reactor. Considering its simple structure and operation, it could be considered a potential reactor system for treating municipal and domestic wastewaters in tropical and sub-tropical areas of developing countries.  相似文献

The main objective of this paper was to perform a preliminary comparative study between chemical and electrochemical coagulation processes, both followed by flocculation and sedimentation of an effluent from an upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) reactor treating simulated wastewater from an unbleached Kraft pulp mill. The electrochemical treatment removed up to 67% (with aluminum electrodes) and 82% (with stainless-steel electrodes) of the remaining chemical oxygen demand (COD) and 84% (stainless steel) and 98% (aluminum) of the color in the wastewater. These efficiencies were achieved with an energy consumption ranging from 14 to 20 Wh l(-1). The coagulation-flocculation treatment with ferric chloride and aluminum sulfate removed up to 87% and 90% of COD and 94% and 98% of color, respectively. The addition of a high molecular weight cationic polymer enhanced both COD and color removal efficiencies. The two post-treatment processes proved to be technically feasible; however the economical feasibility could not be assessed since the experiments were performed with small reactors that could distort scale factors.  相似文献
