以农业农村部环境监测总站对我国主要叶菜类蔬菜产地的例行监测数据为基础,综合考虑种类和土壤理化性质的影响,深入探讨了应用物种敏感性分布法(SSD)基于不同累积概率建立我国叶菜类蔬菜产地“优先保护类、安全利用类和严格管控类”的土壤镉环境质量类别划分阈值,并对其合理性验证.结果表明:pH值、阳离子交换量(CEC)和土壤有机质(SOM)对叶菜类蔬菜富集镉的影响均达到了极显著水平(P<0.01),并由其构建的三因子生物有效性模型为lgBCF=-0.122pH+0.025lgSOM-0.048lgCEC+1.252(R2=0.746,P<0.01,n=134),可解释叶菜类蔬菜富集系数74.6%的变异;利用上述模型将不同土壤理化性质条件下叶菜类蔬菜镉的生物富集系数(BCF)归一化处理可最大程度降低土壤理化性质对其富集镉的影响,凸出叶菜类蔬菜的内在敏感性;利用归一化后的BCF通过log-logistic拟合函数构建SSD曲线得到,不同叶菜类蔬菜种类对镉的敏感性差异明显;依据SSD曲线基于保护80%、50%和5%的叶菜类蔬菜种类分别推导出pH≤6.5、6.5相似文献

A rapid, sensitive, accurate and reliable multiresidue method for the identification and quantification of 210 relevant pesticides in four representative fruit and vegetable commodities (tomato, potato, spring onion and orange) has been developed and validated by gas chromatography in tandem with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. The method has been fully validated and applied to 292 samples from different countries. Prior to instrumental analysis, an extraction procedure based on a sample extraction of multiclass analytes, using the ethyl acetate method was employed. Mass spectrometric conditions were individually optimized for each compound in the selected reaction monitoring (SRM) mode to achieve maximum sensitivity. The pesticides were separated in less than 25 min. This was followed by an exhaustive control of the retention times. The Retention Time Locking Method was applied, working at a constant pressure throughout the analysis. System maintenance was reduced by using a purged capillary flow device that provided backflush capabilities by reversing column flow immediately after elution of the last compound of interest. Istotopically labelled internal standards were employed to improve the quality of the analytical results.  相似文献

This research conducted on municipal solid waste management for the first time quantified food spoilage as being 8.8% weight of all officially collected household garbage in the Brazilian city under study. The unexpected size of this waste fraction gave rise to work on the causes of waste and on its distribution over the product life cycle specific to fruit and vegetables. Waste was defined as being the combination of losses and scraps. Administrative shortcomings were identified as basic reasons for waste. At the producer and consumer ends of the cycle, negligence was shown to be the single most important problem. Fruit and vegetables deteriorate during the operations of handling, transport, packaging, storage, selling and consumption. The study detailed the occurrence of waste at all of these stages. In the medium-size Brazilian city, the total waste of fruit and vegetables was shown to amount to 16.6% weight in the marketing stage of the life cycle. At the consumer level, it was measured as 3.4% weight of all household garbage. Specific reasons for this waste were identified at the levels of producer, wholesaler and retailer. Short-term remedies were pointed out that invariably corrected deficient management procedures. It was shown that very simple administrative measures can significantly reduce the spoilage of fruit and vegetables. Long-term strategies involve the creation of sample cases for administration of the fruit and vegetables life cycle at all stages.  相似文献

Concentrations of heavy metals and major ions were measured in precipitation, snowpack, garden soils and vegetables from urban and rural sites in New Brunswick in Atlantic Canada. Atmospheric loading of mercury, lead, cadmium, arsenic, strontium, and vanadium need further assessment. Vanadium concentrations in precipitation, snowpack, soils and vegetables showed an urban influence. Vanadium concentrations in the snowpack ranged between <2.0 ppb at 50 kilometers from the city center to 31.4 ppb in the city. Concentrations of all heavy metals in urban soils were less than CCME remediation guidelines but selected metals exceeded the assessment benchmark non-regulatory guidelines. Major ions were consistently higher in event precipitation than the snowpack. The order of ion elution from the snowpack was NO3 > SO4 > NH4 > H > Mg > Cl > Na > K. Hydrogen ion equivalents were highest in the snowpack and precipitation from urban samples. Mean hydrogen ion concentrations ranged from 11 to 22 eq L-1 in the snowpack compared with 18 to 41 eq L-1 in event precipitation.  相似文献

超高效液相色谱串联质谱法同时测定叶菜中13种抗生素   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
建立了超高效液相色谱串联三重四极杆质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)同时检测叶菜类蔬菜中磺胺类、喹诺酮类、大环内酯类13种抗生素的分析方法.优化蔬菜基质中抗生素的提取液种类、净化方式、洗脱液种类,以及探讨环境变化和实验条件对实验结果的影响后,确定最优方案为称取500 mg的蔬菜样品,加入20 mL甲醇-Mcllvaine-Na_2EDTA溶液,超声和离心提取3次后,旋转蒸发至20 mL过HLB固相萃取柱.以6 m L甲醇洗脱,收集洗脱液,氮吹近干,用乙腈∶水(体积比2∶8)混合溶液复溶,离心、过滤后采用UPLC-MS/MS进行检测.流动相A相为1‰的甲酸水溶液,B相为乙腈,梯度洗脱.结果显示,小白菜在300ng·g~(-1)加标时,13种抗生素的加标回收率为38. 05%~96. 97%,150 ng·g~(-1)时,加标回收率为34. 52%~111. 10%,50 ng·g~(-1)时,加标回收率为41. 75%~107. 13%,相对偏差RSD值均小于8. 68%.检出限为0. 4~1 ng·g~(-1)、定量限为1. 5~3 ng·g~(-1),在不同种类的叶菜上也表现出较好的提取和回收效率,具有较好的分析应用效果.实际的样品检测发现,4种叶菜不同程度地检测出了抗生素的残留.总的含量范围(以干重计)为1. 59~32. 01 ng·g~(-1).小白菜所含抗生素含量最高,其次为白菜、生菜和芫荽.磺胺二甲基嘧啶为叶菜中含量最高的抗生素种类.各抗生素检测出的含量虽很低,但仍不能忽略长期食用带来的潜在健康风险.  相似文献

为了解不同土壤中不同品种叶菜对Cd的吸收富集特征及敏感性分布规律,通过盆栽试验研究了10种叶菜(油菜、空心菜、茼蒿、苋菜、菠菜、油麦菜、芹菜、生菜、韭菜、小白菜)在江西红壤和天津潮土中,对不同处理Cd浓度[空白,0 mg/kg,CK;低浓度,0.3 mg/kg,C1;高浓度,0.6 mg/kg,C2]下对Cd的富集,并对Cd的富集系数进行了敏感性排序.结果表明:高浓度Cd会抑制叶菜生长,株高和鲜质量显著变化;低浓度Cd处理对叶菜的生长具有“刺激作用”,大部分叶菜株高显著上升. w(Cd)为0.3 mg/kg时,在天津潮土中,油菜对Cd的富集系数最高为0.336,茼蒿的富集系数最低为0.014,芹菜的富集系数最低为0.022,得出油菜对不同浓度的Cd最敏感,芹菜和茼蒿较不敏感.在江西红壤中,苋菜对Cd的富集系数最高为1.165,芹菜的富集系数最低为0.103,得出苋菜和油菜对不同浓度的Cd较敏感,芹菜较不敏感.因此,可在天津潮土中种植茼蒿和芹菜,在江西红壤中种植芹菜,将茼蒿和芹菜作为不易吸收较高浓度Cd的叶菜品种.   相似文献

It is an important approach to use the Cd-contaminated soils properly by growing low accumulator or excluder plants for Cd to produce safe foods. To find the suitable vegetable species for growing in Cd-contaminated soils, in the present study the variations in the Cd accumulation for twenty eight vegetable species and several cultivars of five common vegetables (cowpea, kidney pea, bitter gourd, cucumber and squash) were investigated in two soil Cd levels (1 and 2 mg/kg Cd). Experimental results showed that highly significant differences in Cd concentration were evident among 28 vegetables. For example, spinach Cd concentrations were 110-fold and 175-fold higher than that of sweet pea under the 1 and 2 mg/kg Cd exposures, respectively. For Cd accumulation, the order of vegetable species was: leafy vegetables solanaceous vegetables kale vegetables root vegetables allimus melon vegetables legumes. Distinctive differences were also identified when comparing different cultivars of the five common vegetables with an average range of 0.003–0.094 mg/kg Cd. Our results indicated that a large genotypic variation existed among vegetable species or cultivars when subjected to Cd exposure. Therefore, it is important and feasible to elect/breed vegetable species/cultivars with low accumulation of Cd, especially in mildly Cd-contaminated soils.  相似文献

通过盆栽试验研究了石灰、钙镁磷肥、海泡石3种改良剂对重金属As、Cd、Pb和Zn复合污染土壤上蔬菜生长及其吸收重金属的影响,并表征了土壤有效态重金属含量、pH及脲酶活性等指标变化。研究结果表明,施加石灰和钙镁磷肥可以促进蔬菜生长,其中,石灰处理下小白菜生物量较对照提高了99.0%;石灰和钙镁磷肥处理下,西红柿茎叶生物量分别比对照提高了80.7%和82.3%。施用改良剂提高了土壤pH和脲酶活性,土壤有效态重金属含量不同程度降低,特别是海泡石的后期修复效果明显。与对照相比,石灰和钙镁磷肥处理显著降低小白菜叶中As含量,明显抑制西红柿茎叶对As、Cd和Pb的吸收(p<0.05);施加石灰明显降低小白菜叶中Cd和Pb含量(p<0.05)。然而,海泡石对抑制蔬菜吸收重金属的效果不明显。石灰和钙镁磷肥能有效抑制重金属从蔬菜根部向地上部转运,可作为重金属污染土壤上种植农作物优先考虑施用的改良剂。  相似文献

利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)技术分析了东莞市蔬菜基地蔬菜中4种喹诺酮类抗生素的污染特征,并对其健康风险进行评价.结果表明,东莞市蔬菜中普遍检出喹诺酮类抗生素,以诺氟沙星和环丙沙星为主,其次是恩诺沙星,检出率均在80%以上,最高含量均大于100μg/kg(干重),平均含量近20μg/kg;不同基地和不同类型的蔬菜中喹诺酮类抗生素的含量与组成特征差异较大,总含量为叶菜类(49.87μg/kg)>根茎类(44.81μg/kg)>瓜果类(11.21μg/kg);通过食用东莞市蔬菜摄入喹诺酮类抗生素的量低于日允许摄入量,健康风险较小.  相似文献
