对利用小波变换法对天津引滦原水中日检测叶绿素(藻类表征指标)构成的时间序列进行了变换,将原始序列分解为5个低频和较低频的周期性小波系数和3个高频的“噪音”小波系数,发现5个周期性信息变化与季节更替、优势藻种变换及一定条件下藻类生长动态平衡等因素有关;而高频的“噪音”细节信息除检测误差造成外,降雨、风向及取样的深度也会对此产生重要的影响。通过该段时间水源区域内的气温、太阳曝辐照度及降雨数据分析,验证了小波转换系数的意义及分析结果。 相似文献

研究了南阳市城市大气对该市5种常见城市绿化植物叶片叶绿素(a、b)含量比例(Ca/Cb)以及叶片叶绿素总含量(Ct)的影响。通过研究发现,污染严重的南阳卷烟厂区域植物叶片叶绿素Ca/Cb值相对较高,叶绿素总含量(Ct)相对较低;无污染的对照区域(南阳师范学院院内绿化区)植物叶片叶绿素Ca/Cb值相对较低,叶片叶绿素总含量(Ct)相对较高。通过数据分析,进一步得出了5种常见城市绿化植物抗大气污染能力的大小:女贞>大叶黄杨>月季>金叶女贞>三叶草。 相似文献

Spatial analysis for spring bloom and nutrient limitation in Xiangxi bay of three Gorges Reservoir 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
The spatial and temporal dynamics of physical variables, inorganic nutrients and phytoplankton chlorophyll a were investigated in Xiangxi Bay from 23 Feb. to 28 Apr. every six days, including one daily sampling site and one bidaily
sampling site. The concentrations of nutrient variables showed ranges of 0.02–3.20 mg/L for dissolved silicate (Si); 0.06–2.40
mg/L for DIN (NH4N + NO2N + NO3N); 0.03–0.56 mg/L for PO4P and 0.22–193.37 μg/L for chlorophyll a, respectively. The concentration of chlorophyll a and inorganic nutrients were interpolated using GIS techniques. The results indicated that the spring bloom was occurred
twice in space during the whole monitoring period (The first one: 26 Feb.–23 Mar.; the second one: 23 Mar.–28 Apr.). The concentration
of DIN was always high in the mouth of Xiangxi Bay, and PO4P was high in the upstream of Xiangxi Bay during the whole bloom period. Si seems no obvious difference in space in the beginning
of the spring bloom, but showed high heterogeneity in space and time with the development of spring bloom. By comparing the
interpolated maps of chlorophyll a and inorganic variables, obvious consumptions of Si and DIN were found when the bloom status was serious. However, no obvious
depletion of PO4P was found. Spatial regression analysis could explained most variation of Chl-a except at the begin of the first and second bloom. The result indicated that Si was the factor limiting Chl-a in space before achieved the max area of hypertrophic in the first and second bloom period. When Si was obviously exhausted,
DIN became the factor limiting the Chl-a in space.
Daily and bidaily monitoring of Site A and B, representing for high DIN: PO4P ratio and low DIN:PO4P ratio, indicated that the concentration of Si was decreased with times at both site A and B, and the dramatically drop of
DIN was found in the end monitoring at site B. Multiple stepwise regression analysis indicated that Si was the most important

Exploring the influence of lake water chemistry on chlorophyll a: A multivariate statistical model analysis 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A multivariate statistical approach integrating the absolute principal components score (APCS) and multivariate linear regression (APCS-MLR), along with structural equation modeling (SEM), was used to model the influence of water chemistry variables on chlorophyll a (Chl a) in Lake Qilu, a severely polluted lake in southwestern China. Water quality was surveyed monthly from 2000 to 2005. APCS-MLR was used to identify key water chemistry variables, mine data for SEM, and predict Chl a. Seven principal components (PCs) were determined as eigenvalues >1, which explained 68.67% of the original variance. Four PCs were selected to predict Chl a using APCS-MLR. The results showed a good fit between the observed data and modeled values, with R2 = 0.80. For SEM, Chl a and eight variables were used: NH4-N (ammonia-nitrogen), total phosphorus (TP), Secchi disc depth (SD), cyanide (CN), arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), fluoride (F), and temperature (T). A conceptual model was established to describe the relationships among the water chemistry variables and Chl a. Four latent variables were also introduced: physical factors, nutrients, toxic substances, and phytoplankton. In general, the SEM demonstrated good agreement between the sample covariance matrix of observed variables and the model-implied covariance matrix. Among the water chemistry factors, T and TP had the greatest positive influence on Chl a, whereas SD had the largest negative influence. These results will help researchers and decision-makers to better understand the influence of water chemistry on phytoplankton and to manage eutrophication adaptively in Lake Qilu. 相似文献

广州流溪河水库叶绿素a遥感反演研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
叶绿素a是衡量水体初级生产力和富营养化程度的一项重要指标。本研究在讨论分析反演水体叶绿素a浓度的半分析生物光学模型理论基础上,利用Landsat TM数据及中巴资源卫星02星CCD相机高分辨率数据,结合实测数据建立广州流溪河水库叶绿素a浓度的波段比值型反演模型。该模型对两个不同监测日期的叶绿素a浓度反演效果较好,拟合系数(R2)分别达到0.860和0.715,均方根误差分别为0.102μg/L和0.198μg/L。反演结果表明,流溪河水库叶绿素a浓度整体较低,均在2.0μg/L以下,空间分布在湖库区较均匀,入库支流玉溪河水域叶绿素a浓度略高于湖库区。 相似文献

本次调查中共记录到35种植物,其中矿区28种植物,非矿区27种植物。矿区和非矿区共有种有20种。测定同时出现在矿区及非矿区的8种植物的荧光动力学曲线,发现白莲蒿(A.sacrorum)、臭椿(Ailanthus altissima)、杠柳(Periplo-ca sepium)、黄栌(Cotinus coggygria)及荆条(Vitex negundo Var.Canna-bifolia)在矿区和非矿区生长状况差异不显著。胡枝子(Lespedeza bicolo)、酸枣(Ziziphus jujuba var.spinosa)及榆树(Ulmus pumila)在矿区生长良好,这说明矿区恶劣的土质条件虽然影响着一些植物的生长,但是良好的光照条件却为这些植物的生长提供更多的机会。 相似文献

以吉林省长春一汽厂附近3块不同重金属污染状况的水稻实验样地为例,通过地面实测获取了水稻的光谱反射率、叶片叶绿素含量、叶片及土壤重金属含量等数据.同时,在分析重金属对水稻叶片叶绿素含量影响的基础上,通过多元逐步回归分析选出对水稻叶片叶绿素含量微小变化指示灵敏的光谱参数作为模型输入层,并将水稻叶片叶绿素含量值作为输出层来表征农田重金属污染胁迫水平,最终建立了用于预测水稻农田重金属污染水平的模糊神经网络模型.结果表明,该模糊神经网络模型预测的水稻重金属污染胁迫水平与实测结果吻合度较高,预测的叶绿素含量值与实测值的拟合度较好(R2=0.985).表明在受重金属污染胁迫的情况下,水稻叶片叶绿素含量微小而复杂的变化可以通过构建模糊神经网络模型很好地模拟出来,从而确定出农田的重金属污染水平. 相似文献
