本文通过试验,研究了使用循环泵、改变进水方式对膜生物反应器去除污染物效果的影响。试验结果表明,使用循环泵可在膜表面产生气水二相流,形成强烈的紊流,达到对膜的冲洗效果,从而减轻膜污染。  相似文献

随着国民经济的飞速发展,促进和带动了城市化发展,在我国北方寒冷地区城市中,积雪对城市发展和交通安全运营的制约因素越来越受到各界人士的关注。有关部门引进并使用融雪剂去除冰雪,融雪剂在提高清除积雪效率的同时,也给城市的基础设施和生态环境带来潜在危害。为了正确合理的使用融雪剂,了解融雪剂的特性和它的融雪机理是十分必要的,在此基础上提出减轻危害的对策,为今后正确使用融雪剂提供参考依据。  相似文献

为减少空气污染和更广泛使用清洁燃料,欧盟法律界就使用低硫和无硫汽油和柴油的法律文书进行了长时间的辩论,1月30日欧盟议会通过了该法规,规定欧盟到2005年使用低硫汽油和柴油,至2009年1月欧盟的全部道路运输统一使用无硫汽油和柴油燃料。硫含量限制在10ppm的举措将推动企业开发新的燃料发动机,改进汽车尾气催化转化器的效率。使用无硫燃料的规定将帮助欧盟达到既定的目标,新车CO2的排放平均每公斤燃料减少120克。新法规规定至2006年非道路运输机械,如农场和林场使用的拖拉机,建筑设备如大型挖土机、推土机…  相似文献

关于环境公益诉讼赔偿资金的归属,我国实践中有环保部门主管、纳入国库、纳入法院指定账户、纳入专项账户等不同归属模式,但在其管理与使用方面,我国尚且存在诸如地方生态环境损害赔偿资金管理办法名称不统一、资金使用系统不透明、社会公众査询难、地方行政机关干预过多、资金监管机制不健全等问题。本文拟建议设立"全国生态环境损害赔偿基金",对环境公益诉讼产生的损害赔偿金以及各地方未统一管理的环境保护资金等相关资金进行统筹与规范,以期推进我国生态环境损害赔偿资金制度的完善。为此,需要明确生态环境损害赔偿基金的资金来源,规范生态环境损害赔偿基金的使用、监督机制,明确环保部门的监督职责,构建资金使用的信息公开制度,强化环保组织的监督权,在此基础上进一步对生态环境损害赔偿基金制定严格的管理办法,以规范并指导基金的有效运作。  相似文献

水资源管理的经济政策效果模拟是从政策理论到政策实践的关键步骤,让决策者感知政策效果的方向和影响程度,才能更好地促进政策实践转化。本研究引入系统动力学方法,构建水资源经济政策耦合机制下水资源系统动力学(SD)模型,将我国划分为三种类型区域(干旱地区、丰水地区和过渡地区),进行三类四种水资源管理经济政策(水资源有偿使用,水价政策和水权政策;水污染收费,排污收费政策;水生态保护,水生态保护补偿政策)的耦合仿真实证研究。以我国水资源管理政策设计为目标,进行不同水管理政策耦合的生态经济效果仿真和效果定量评价,结果发现:干旱地区有偿使用的经济政策是目前经济水平下效果最好的;过渡地区有偿使用结合污水排放收费政策效果是最好的;而丰水地区必须同时实施水资源有偿使用和水污染收费两类经济政策。  相似文献

We draw attention to a number of key factors in the evaluation of major projects, such as smelters, which are highly capital- and energy-intensive as well as export-orientated. The practice of justifying such projects by upvaluing foreign exchange is considered, as is the cost of distortion. Export efficiency is introduced as the key criterion: the efficiency of some recent smelter proposals in Oceania was between 36 and 50 cents in the dollar. A correct power price is essential: hydropower (in contrast with hydroenergy) should be priced as a depletable resource.  相似文献

本文采用改进的BCR三步连续提取法对河北某食道癌高发地土壤中钙、镁进行了形态分析及提取序列的研究。实验表明:该地区土壤中镁主要以残渣态形式存在(占总量的83.66%-88.36%),钙则受提取序列的影响很大,在第一提取序列中,以酸溶态为主(74.11%-83.38%);第二提取序列中,以有机物结合态为主(78.12%-97.17%);第三、四提取序列中,以氧化物结合态为主(87.49%-103%)。提取剂的加入顺序明显影响到钙的各个形态的真实含量。  相似文献

产甲烷菌是一种古细菌(Archebacteria),有机物在厌氧条件下的产甲烷现象早在远古便有。而有文字记载的人类发现、认识以及研究开发并利用厌氧消化产生沼气的历史还是近两千年内的事情。本文通过大量史料、史实,从化学、生物、地质和比较历史学的角度,论证了西汉四川“火井”浅层生物生成气与沼气在形成机理上的相同性,从而提出了中国是世事上最早发现并利用沼气的国家(年代可追朔到公元前一世纪)的新观点,这一研究结果比以往中国沼气史的计算方法提早了约2000年。本文还用详尽的文字论述了中外沼气的发现、沼气实验,厌氧消化工艺研究及人工制取沼气技术的发展史。  相似文献

Solid waste management is a worldwide problem and it is becoming more and more complicated day by day due to rise in population, industrialization as well as changes in our life style. Presently most of the waste generated is either disposed of in an open dump in developing countries or in landfills in the developed ones. Landfilling as well as open dumping requires lot of land mass and could also result in several environmental problems. Land application of urban/municipal solid waste (MSW) can be carried out as it is rich in organic matter and contains significant amount of recyclable plant nutrients. The presence of heavy metals and different toxics substances restricts its land use without processing. Vermicomposting of MSW, prior to land application may be a sustainable waste management option, as the vermicast obtained at the end of vermicomposting process is rich in plant nutrients and is devoid of pathogenic organism. Utilization of vermicast produced from urban/municipal solid waste in agriculture will facilitate in growth of countries economy by lowering the consumption of inorganic fertilizer and avoiding land degradation problem. Vermicomposting of urban/MSW can be an excellent practice, as it will be helpful in recycling valuable plant nutrients. This review deals with various aspects of vermicomposting of MSW.  相似文献

Artisanal mining is to be viewed not only as an issue requiring mining expertise, but also as a socio-economic issue in the context of poverty, requiring multi-sectoral attention. This article traces global employment estimates in small-scale mining, outlining the extent and economic impact of small-scale mining in selected countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America. New approaches and developments are analyzed with special focus on the interrelated roles of government, the private sector, non-governmental organizations, lending institutions and the local communities. In the context of agricultural nitrogen excesses in northwestern France, pyrite-bearing weathered schist aquifers represent important hydrological compartments due to their capacity to eliminate nitrate (NO3-). Under oxygen-free conditions, nitrate is reduced simultaneously with the oxidation of pyrite leading to the release of sulfate (SO4/2-). The aim of the present study is to identify the hydrological conditions under which the weathered schist ground water influences the stream water chemistry, leading to a decrease in NO3- concentration. We measured the ground water head on a small catchment over weathered schist, near the bank and under the streambed, and analyzed the chemical composition of the ground water as well as the stream water on both seasonal and storm-event timescales. Using SO4/2- as a tracer of the weathered schist ground water, we showed that ground water inflow caused a decrease of NO3- concentration in the stream during the autumn as well as during storm events in spring and summer. In summer, the NO3- concentration was controlled by the sources of the stream, and in winter by the shallow ground water inflow. The effect of the weathered schist ground water on the NO3- depletion remained relatively limited in time. This effect persisted into late autumn as long as the NO3(-) -rich shallow ground water did not feed the stream. The duration and intensity of the effect would be extended by decreasing the shallow ground water inflow, which depends on climate as well as the presence of landscape features such as hedges and buffer zones.  相似文献

Lohit is a major tributary of the river Brahmaputra in India and is famous for its rich and diverse fish fauna. The river has a difficult terrain, but has high hydropower potential. A large number of storage-based hydropower plants are envisaged on this river in the near-future. This study aims at presenting the existing diverse fish fauna in Lohit river basin. A total of 74 fish species are identified in this river basin and can be classified into seven orders, 20 families, and 52 genera. Further, it has been highlighted that there are seven species which have been categorized as endangered, 12 species are categorized to be vulnerable, three species have been categorized as data-deficient, and the remaining species are in the least concern category. It is expected that the construction of proposed storage-based power plants in this basin will affect the flow and storage characteristics, as well as the temperature of the water, which, in turn, will affect the rich fish fauna. This study emphasizes the need for preparing a comprehensive plan for the adoption of appropriate in situ conservation measures, as well as an awareness program, so as to save the rich and diverse fish fauna of Lohit river basin.  相似文献
