对青岛市某饮用水源地饮用水的钼、铍、硼、锑、钡、钒、钛、铊、砷、镉、铅、汞、镍、铜、锌共15种重金属元素进行了分析,并应用美国环保局推荐的健康风险评价模型对其所引起的健康风险作了初步评价。结果表明,通过饮水途径所致健康风险中,由致癌物砷所致的健康风险为8.15E-6 a-1,低于国际辐射防护委员会ICRP推荐的最大可接受风险水平5.0×10-5a-1;由非致癌物所致的健康风险中砷最大,铜和硼次之,二者的风险水平为10-9a-1和10-10a-1,均低于ICRP推荐的最大可接受风险水平。  相似文献

为了解乌鲁木齐市主要饮用水源地乌拉泊水库水体中重金属含量,特对此进行了调查研究,并应用美国环保局(USEPA)推荐的健康风险评价模型对其进行健康风险的初步评价。结果表明,乌拉泊水库由致癌物质Cr、As、Cd通过饮水途径引起的个人年健康风险值表现为CrAsCd,风险值为10-7~10-5a-1,Cr的风险值高于国际放射防护委员会(ICRP)的推荐值(5×10-5a-1),成为乌拉泊水库水体的主要致癌因子;乌拉泊水库由非致癌物Pb、Cu、Zn、Hg所引起的健康危害的个人年风险以Cu为大,Pb次之,Hg和Zn较小,风险水平为10-10~10-8a-1,远低于ICRP和USEPA推荐的最大可接受风险水平。  相似文献

通过对南宁市河流型水源地水体中Pb、Cd、Hg、As浓度调查与健康风险评价研究,结果表明:这4种元素在水体中的质量浓度较低,均达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅱ类标准;经饮水途径引起的健康风险从大到小依次为AsCdPbHg,说明As是南宁市饮用水源中的主要风险因子;4种元素通过饮水途径引起的平均个人年健康致癌风险值为1.48×10-6a-1~13.75×10-6a-1,非致癌风险值为7.05×10-10a-1,均低于美国环保局和国际辐射防护委员会的推荐值。  相似文献

为深入了解伊犁河流域城镇饮用水中重金属的健康危害风险状况,对9个县市的饮用水进行了调查研究,并采用美国国家环保局推荐的健康风险评价模型对饮用水中重金属健康风险进行了评价。结果表明:伊犁河流域部分县市的饮用水中有重金属(As、Pb、Zn等)被检出,但浓度均满足《地下水质量标准》(GB/T 14848-2017)中Ⅲ类水质的限值;个人化学致癌物总年风险明显高于非致癌物总年风险;各饮用水源地的个人健康危害年总风险数量级在7.9×10~(-5)~9.0×10~(-5)a~(-1),远低于USEPA推荐的个人健康风险值1.0×10~(-4)a~(-1),所致个人健康危害风险较低。  相似文献

对上海市嘉定区饮用水源地水中重金属污染物进行了调查研究,并应用美国环保署推荐的健康风险模型对其作了健康风险初步评价。结果表明,重金属致癌物质所引起的健康危害较高,镉、铬、砷的平均个人年风险等级分别为10-7a-1、10-5a-1、10-5a-1,铬、砷的年均风险值非常接近国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的最大可接受风险水平,致癌风险极大,应优先控制;非致癌物质所引起的健康风险较小,平均个人年风险大小次序为铅、铜、锌、汞,风险值在10-11~10-9 a-1之间,远低于ICRP推荐的最大可接受风险水平。  相似文献

通过对某农村饮用水中化学污染物的健康风险评价,初步探讨了目前农村居民饮用水水质状况对人体健康的影响。选取2010~2014年饮用水源地水质检测数据,运用健康风险评价模型对饮水途径所引起的健康风险进行评价。结果表明该区域主要水质指标的暴露风险均低于国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的通过饮水途径最大可接受风险水平,饮用水中化学致癌物所致健康风险度大小顺序为:Cr6+AsCd,非致癌性污染物所致风险度大小顺序为NH3-NPbHgCN-挥发酚。该村饮用水中化学致癌物有一定的风险度,应加以优先检测与控制。  相似文献

对长江口南通地区饮用水源地中镉、砷、六价铬等有毒有害物质的浓度进行了调查,并应用目前美国环保局推荐的健康风险评价模型对各饮用水源地有毒有害物质所引起的健康风险做了初步评价。结果表明,长江口南通地区饮用水源地通过饮水途径基因毒物质中化学致癌物所产生的健康风险的数量级为10-8~10-5,其中As 在如海河和新通扬运河所引起的致癌风险最大,高于国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP) 推荐的通过饮水途径最大可接受风险水平;通过饮水途径引起的非致癌健康风险远低于ICRP 推荐的最大可接受风险水平。基因毒物质中砷和六价铬这2种毒物应被列为该地区饮用水源地水和水厂制水过程中优先检测和控制的致癌污染物,应重点关注基因毒物质六价铬和砷对人体所产生的健康风险。  相似文献

运用美国环保局(USEPA)推荐的健康风险评价模型对2011—2013年乌鲁木齐市主要地下和地表饮用水源地水体中污染物通过饮水途径致人体健康危害风险进行初步评价,结果显示:致癌物和非致癌物所致个人健康危害年风险均低于USEPA和国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)最大可接受风险水平,致癌物产生的健康危害年风险数量级10-9~10-5,高出非致癌物101~107数量级,各饮用水源地的个人健康危害年总风险以致癌物风险为主,致癌物中的重金属六价铬和砷风险占总风险的比例高达99.6%,应优先控制,地表水源地中挥发性有机致癌物对人体产生的潜在健康危害也不容忽视,非致癌物中要特别重视氟化物的危害。  相似文献

水源地环境污染的健康风险包括化学物的致癌风险、躯体损害风险和辐射伤害风险,通过各自的剂量-反应关系,可建立3类风险的计算模型。在对部分参数进行适应性调整的基础上,运用这些模型对扬州市四水厂进行了分析评价。结果表明,该水源地水体中痕量有毒有害污染物所致健康危害总风险值为4.87×10-8a-1,远低于EPA推荐的风险限值,削减具有潜在致癌效应的卤代烃类排放是控制风险的关键。  相似文献

通过在下辽河平原布设217个地下水采样点,调查监测其中典型的无机、有机化合物,并应用美国EPA健康风险评价模型进行风险评价。结果表明:该区域地下水中无机化合物较有机化合物浓度水平高;无机化合物中NO_3~-、NO_2~-、Mn及As浓度较高,有机化合物中γ-六六六浓度较高。所有监测的无机、有机化合物通过饮用水途径引起的致癌风险高于非致癌风险;所有化合物的非致癌风险数值均小于ICRP推荐的最大可接受风险水平10~(-6)a~(-1),As致癌风险最大值为6.15×10~(-5)a~(-1),超过EPA推荐的可接受值5.0×10~(-5)a~(-1)。  相似文献

为考察遂宁市辖区内集中式饮用水水源地污染物钡的分布特征和健康风险水平,通过电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法对研究区域内市级、县级和乡镇级所有在用的56个集中式饮用水水源地钡的浓度进行分析检测,借助空间分析与统计分析的结果,探讨了其空间分布和浓度差异,并利用环境健康风险评价模型,对不同类型水源地钡的健康风险进行了评价。结果表明,38个地表水水源地钡的浓度范围为0.065~0.180 mg/L,均值为0.110 mg/L;18个地下水水源地钡的浓度范围为0.027~0.370 mg/L,均值为0.130 mg/L。地表水与地下水水源地间钡的浓度差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),钡的空间分布也存在不同程度的差异性。各水源地中的钡经饮用和皮肤暴露两种途径对成人和儿童所引起的非致癌风险值为1.34×10~(-8)~1.62×10~(-8),远低于推荐的最大可接受风险水平(1.0×10~(-6)),各水源地因污染物钡导致的非致癌风险极低。  相似文献

This study was carried out to find out the comparative distribution of heavy metals (Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn, Co, Cr, Cd and Pb) in various tissues (muscles, gills, liver, stomach and intestine) of Cyprinus carpio from Rawal Lake, Pakistan, during summer and winter. Relatively higher concentrations of Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe and Zn were found in the stomach samples, while the highest Pb and Zn levels were noted in muscle and intestine samples, respectively. Correlation study exhibited diverse relationships among the metals in various tissues. Generally, the metal concentrations found during the summer were comparatively higher than the winter. Potential non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic health risks related to the metals in C. carpio were evaluated using the US Environmental Protection Agency approved cancer risk assessment guidelines. The calculated daily and weekly intakes of Pb, Cd, Cr and Co through the fish consumption were significantly higher than the permissible limits. In relation to the non-carcinogenic risks to human, Pb, Cd, Cr, Co and Zn levels were higher than the safe limits; however, carcinogenic risks related to Cr (3.9?×?10?3 during summer and 1.1?×?10?3 during winter) and Pb (2.6?×?10?4 during summer and 1.5?×?10-4 during winter) clearly exceeded the safe limit (1?×?10?6). Consequently, the consumption of C. carpio from Rawal Lake on regular basis was considered unsafe.  相似文献

River Benue, the second largest river in Nigeria, serves as the major source of municipal water supplies for towns and villages along its course. Water samples from the river were collected at ten stations in the Makurdi metropolitan area (7°44 N, 8°32 E) in Benue State, Central Nigeria, for 12 months and analyzed for their heavy metals concentration, along with other water-quality parameters such as turbidity, pH, total dissolved solids and total solids. The results revealed that the mean concentrations of heavy metals in the river was in the following ascending order, Cd < Cu < Zn < Mn < Pb < Cr < Fe. The levels of most of the parameters determined, with the exception of Cd, Cr and Pb were, generally, within acceptable limits for drinking water. From the present study, it is concluded that the River Benue is only moderately contaminated with regard to heavy metals, in the Makurdi metropolitan area.  相似文献

Batch experiments were conducted on ground water samples collected from a site contaminated with Cr(VI) to evaluate the redox potential of zero-valent iron (Fe0) nanoparticles for remediation of Cr(VI)-contaminated ground water. For this, various samples of contaminated ground water were allowed to react with various loadings of Fe0 nanoparticles for a reaction period of 60 min. Data showed 100% reduction of Cr(VI) in all the contaminated ground water samples after treatment with 0.20 gL−1 of Fe0 nanoparticles. An increase in the reduction of Cr(VI) from 45% to 100% was noticed with the increase in the loading of Fe0 nanoparticles from 0.05 to 0.20 gL−1. Reaction kinetics of Cr(VI) reduction showed pseudo first-order kinetics with rate constant in the range of 1.1 × 10−3 to 3.9 × 10−3 min−1. This work demonstrates the potential utility of Fe0 nanoparticles in treatment and remediation of Cr(VI)-contaminated water source.  相似文献

以重庆市某工业园区表层土壤为研究对象,探讨了土壤重金属在不同季节的污染特征,利用污染指数法、健康风险模型和主成分/绝对主成分得分受体模型进行风险评价和源分析。结果表明:不同季节土壤样品间各重金属含量差异显著。35.5%的样品中汞含量超出土壤污染风险筛选值,其他元素未超标。与土壤背景值相比,各元素表现出不同程度的富集,汞超标约110~1300倍。内梅罗指数显示土壤整体和汞元素处于轻度污染及以下,其他元素为安全。潜在生态危害指数显示,土壤整体和汞属于极强污染,镉属于轻微~强污染,其他元素为轻微污染。土壤重金属总致癌风险为2.6×10-7~1.0×10-5,总非致癌风险熵均小于1,砷存在致癌风险,主要通过经口摄入暴露。秋季中,汞、六价铬、铅、镍、砷和铜来自工业源,镉主要来源于自然成因。春季中,镉和铅来自交通、冶金和燃煤等排放,镍、砷和铜源于冶炼和金属表面处理等排放,汞主要来自化工生产和燃料燃烧。交通运输、工业生产和燃料燃烧等污染的排放是土壤重金属的主要来源,今后应加强园区内汞、砷和镉的源头减排和治理。  相似文献

Ingestion of radionuclides and heavy metals through drinking water and food intake represents one of the important pathways for long-term health considerations. Milk and milk products are main constituents of the daily diet. Radionuclides and heavy metals can be apprehended in the ecosystem of the East Singhbhum region which is known for its viable grades of uranium, copper and other minerals. For the risk assessment studies, samples of milk were collected from twelve villages around Bagjata mining area and analysed for U(nat), 226Ra, 230Th, 210Po, Fe, Mn, Zn, Pb, Cu and Ni. Analysis of the results of the study reveals that the geometric mean of U(nat), 226Ra, 230Th and 210Po was 0.021, 0.24, 0.23 and 1.08 Bq l???1, respectively. The ingestion dose was calculated to be 12.34 ??SvY???1 which is reflecting the natural background dose via the route of ingestion, and much below the 1 mSv limit set in the new ICRP recommendations. The excess lifetime cancer risk was estimated to be 1.72 × 10???4 which is within the acceptable excess individual lifetime cancer risk value of 1 × 10???4. The geometric mean of Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu and Ni was 4.91, 0.29, 4.77, 0.56 and 0.48 mgl???1, respectively; whereas the daily intake was computed to be 0.44, 0.03, 0.43, 0.05 and 0.04 mg/day, respectively. Pb was not detected in any of the samples. The hazard quotient revealed that the intake of the heavy metals through the ingestion of milk does not pose any apparent threat to the local people as none of the HQ of the heavy metals exceeds the limit of 1.  相似文献

In this study, ambient TSP, PM10, and PM2.5 in a residential area located in the northern part of Seoul were monitored every other month for 1 year from April 2005 to February 2006. The monthly average levels of TSP, PM10, and PM2.5 had ranges of 71∼158, 40∼106, and 28∼43 μg/m3, respectively. TSP and PM10 showed highest concentration in April; this seems to be due to Asian dust from China and/or Mongolia. However, the fine particle of PM2.5 showed a relatively constant level during the monitoring period. Heavy metals in PM 10 and PM2.5, such as Cr, As, Cd, Mn, Zn and Pb, were also analysed during the same period. The monthly average concentrations of heavy metal in PM2.5 were Cr:1.9∼22.7 ng/m3; As:0.9∼2.5 ng/m3; Cd: 0.6∼7 ng/m3; Mn:6.1∼22.6 ng/m3; Zn: 38.9∼204.8 ng/m3, and Pb: 21.6∼201.1 ng/m3. For the health risk assessment of heavy metals in ambient particles, excess cancer risks were calculated using IRIS unit risk. As a result, the excess cancer risks of chromium, cadmium, and arsenic were shown to be more than one per million based on the annual concentration of heavy metals, and chromium showed the highest excess cancer risk in ambient particles in Seoul.  相似文献
