针对目前我国火力发电行业气态污染物排放量计算方法使用混乱的情况,根据欧盟《空气污染物排放清单指南》和美国《空气污染物排放因子汇编》,介绍了火电行业主要气态污染物排放量的实际测量及理论计算方法。提出我国火电行业应根据实际情况,选择实际测量、排放因子或经验公式等方法计算污染物排放量;使用排放因子方法计算SO2排放量时,应开展S元素转化率的研究;火电厂应增加燃料中N元素的分析,以利于NOx排放量的准确估算。  相似文献

介绍了燃煤电厂超低排放气态污染物监测系统的采样系统和分析单元,分析了其各自的优缺点。对稀释抽取式、冷干抽取式和热湿抽取式3种采样方法,以及非分散红外吸收法(NDIR)、非分散紫外吸收法(NDUV)、紫外差分吸收法(DOAS)、紫外荧光法(UVF)和化学发光法(CL)5种分析方法进行对比。结果表明,冷干抽取式+紫外差分法以及稀释抽取式+紫外荧光法+化学发光法可以较好地符合燃煤电厂超低排放监测的要求。  相似文献

针对固定污染源挥发性卤代烃污染物的排放监测需求,采用称量法制备固定污染源废气监测用挥发性卤代烃标准气体(各组分具有浓度差异),并开展制备不确定度评定研究。通过分析原料试剂纯度、液态/气态组分称量、混合液配比、摩尔质量、气体残留等因素和环节引入的不确定度,确立标准气体制备不确定度评定流程。最终,确定固定污染源废气监测用挥发性卤代烃标准气体制备过程引入的相对扩展不确定度(k=2)小于1%。液态/气态组分称量和上一级中间气浓度引入的不确定度对特性量值不确定度的贡献较大,原料试剂纯度对不确定度的影响较小,摩尔质量和气体残留对不确定度的影响可忽略。  相似文献

对硫酸盐化速率与大气中污染物质浓度和气象因素的分析结果表明,硫酸盐化速率不仅取决于SO2的浓度,还与PM10显著相关,是因为PM10表面为SO2的催化氧化提供了载体。气压和空气相对湿度对硫酸盐化速率有积极的促进作用,空气中的气态H2O具有凝结污染物质的能力,而降水对污染物质的冲刷效应降低了硫酸盐化速率。影响硫酸盐化速率的是空气中气态H2O而非降水。气温通过影响逆温层和风速共同影响着污染物浓度的扩散和稀释,从而决定着硫酸盐化速率的增减。  相似文献

《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》( GB1 32 71 - 91 ) ,对小于标准过量空气系数的折算未作要求。某些锅炉在低过量空气系数的情况下其排放浓度超标 ,而校正到标准过量空气系数时就有可能不超标。由于炉内稀释和炉外稀释都没有改变其对大气污染的负荷 ,对这些锅炉的监测结果不作校正 ,显然是不公平的。 2 0 0 0年 1月 1日实施的《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》( GBPB 3- 1 999)则解决了这个问题。实测的锅炉烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放浓度均按该标准规定的过量空气系数进行折算。诸如“α<1 .7,故无需折算”等语句 ,显然不符合 GBPB 3- 1 999内…  相似文献

为掌握我国自主研发的医用重离子加速器辐射水平,通过模拟计算给出瞬时辐射、气态流出物感生放射性源强,结合加速器大厅及治疗室辐射屏蔽设计,计算贯穿辐射及空气浸没外照射途径对工作人员和公众辐射所致剂量。根据医用重离子加速器运行后实际工况进行辐射环境监测,对所致工作人员和公众辐射剂量进行计算,工作人员最大年辐射剂量约为3.94×10-2 mSv,公众人员最大年辐射剂量约为8.53×10-7 mSv,模拟计算与实测结果相互印证,模型可用于辐射屏蔽设计的数据支撑。对加速器运行以来工作人员个人年累积剂量资料进行复核,工作人员及公众辐射剂量均满足剂量限值要求。  相似文献

One of the primary adverse environmental impacts associated with power generation facilities and in particular thermal power plants is local air quality. When these plants are operated at inland areas the dry type cooling towers used may significantly increase ambient concentrations of air pollutants due to the building downwash effect. When one or more buildings in the vicinity of a point source interrupt wind flow, an area of turbulence known as a building wake is created. Pollutants emitted from relatively low level sources can be caught in this turbulence affecting their dispersion. In spite of the fact that natural gas-fired combined-cycle power plants have lower air emission levels compared to other power plants using alternative fossil fuel, they can still create significant local air pollution problems. In this paper, local air quality impacts of a natural gas-fired combined-cycle power plant located in a coastal area are compared with those of another natural gas-fired combined-cycle power plant having identical air emissions but located in an inland area taking into account differences in topography and meteorology. Additionally, a series of scenarios for the inland site have been envisaged to illustrate the importance of plant lay-out configurations paying particular attention to the building downwash effect. Model results showed that different geometrical configurations of the stacks and cooling towers will cause remarkable differences in ambient air pollutant concentrations; thus it is concluded that when selecting a plant site, a detailed site-specific investigation should be conducted in order to achieve the least possible ambient air pollution concentrations with the given emissions.  相似文献

Airborne lubricant emissions are a serious health hazard for employees in the metal working industry. The basic components of lubricants are oils and additives for adapting the properties to achieve the process demands. The oils used in lubricants are either mineral, synthetic or of biological origin. The lubricants are used as water-emulsions and also as straight oils. Extreme process conditions cause considerable amounts of aerosol and vapour emissions of lubricants into the working environment. Fibre filters are used in industrial demisters for pollution control and also for sampling purposes. Re-evaporation of separated lubricants from loaded fibre filters causes increased vapour emissions. Quantification of lubricant vapour emission was the subject of this research. An apparatus and an appropriate procedure for measuring the dynamic behaviour of evaporative losses from fibre filters were developed. The test piece of a loaded fibre filter was fixed in a sampling probe according to VDI 2066. The vapour concentration of organic compounds in downstream air was measured in real-time by using a photo-ionisation detector (PID). The PID was checked by sampling the vapour on an oleophilic adsorbent resin, solvent extraction and quantitative IR analysis and also gravimetrically. The two basic processes of filtering volatile aerosols are, on the one hand, collecting droplets on the fibres and, on the other hand, the evaporation of collected liquid. These two processes had to be separated in order to measure the increase of the vapour concentration caused by the tested fibre filter. The experiments were carried out using pure dodecane and hexadecane in order to avoid difficulties due to the unknown chemical composition of lubricant vapour. The variation of the air flow and the initial liquid mass on the filter covered the relevant range for industrial fibre demisters and for sampling methods based on collecting aerosols on fibre filters. It was found that the downstream air was saturated with lubricant vapour for a wide range of filter loads and filtration velocities. From the results obtained it can be concluded that loaded industrial filter systems emit air with saturation vapour concentration throughout their operation. Hence, vapour emissions can be estimated easily if the saturation vapour pressure and the mean relative molecular mass are known. Moreover, results obtained from measurements of filters with low loads confirm that the phase transition from liquid to vapour is influenced by the identified process parameters. This is relevant for measurement methods using fibre filters for sampling volatile aerosols. A semi-empirical model to estimate the evaporative losses for low loadings is proposed. However, further research is necessary to determine the full range of parameters that are relevant for evaporative losses from filters loaded with low masses of aerosols.  相似文献

High concentrations of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in ambient air of urban areas stress the need for the control of VOC emissions due to the toxic and carcinogenic nature of many VOCs commonly encountered in urban air. Emission inventories are an essential tool in the management of local air quality, which provide a listing of sources of air pollutant emissions within a specific area over a specified period of time. This study intended to provide a level IV emission inventory as par the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) definition for evaporative VOC emissions in the metro cities of India namely Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata. The vehicular evaporative emissions are found to be the largest contributor to the total evaporative emissions of hydrocarbons followed by evaporative losses related to petrol loading and unloading activities. Besides vehicle-related activities, other major sources contributing to evaporative emissions of hydrocarbons are surface coating, dry cleaning, graphical art applications, printing (newspaper and computer), and the use of consumer products. Various specific preventive measures are also recommended for reducing the emissions.  相似文献

Glaxo has practiced incineration of liquid and gaseous wastes for over twenty years and currently operate eleven liquid and gas incinerators in the United Kingdom and Singapore. The liquid incinerators burn, as their main streams, those solvents that cannot be recovered and recycled within the processes. The early installations were for readily combustible solvents only. However, there has been a progressive move into the destruction of more difficult and hazardous wastes, with the consequential requirements for more sophisticated technology, in the belief that the responsible destruction of waste should be tackled near to its source. The eventual aim is to be self-sufficient in this area of waste management. The incineration of hazardous liquid and gaseous waste has presented a series of design, operational and monitoring problems into account which have all been successfully overcome. The solutions take into account the environmental consequences of the operations from both liquid and gaseous emissions. In order to ensure minimal environmental impact and safe operation the best practicable technology is employed. Recently, the Mexican government launched a national program encouraging the blending of renewable fuels in engine fuel. To aid the assessment of the environmental consequences of this move, the effect of gasoline fuel additives, ethanol and methyl tert-butyl ether, on the tailpipe and the evaporative emissions of Mexico sold cars was investigated. Regulated exhaust and evaporative emissions, such as carbon monoxide, non-methane hydrocarbons, and nitrogen oxides, and 15 unregulated emissions were measured under various conditions on a set of 2005?C2008 model light-duty vehicles selected based on sales statistics for the Mexico City metropolitan area provided by car manufacturers. The selected car brands are also frequent in Canada, the USA, and other parts of the world. This paper provides details and results of the experiment that are essential for evaluation of changes in the emission inventory, originating in the low-blend ethanol addition in light vehicle fuel.  相似文献

The strategy for decreasing volatile organic compound emissions in Mexico has been focused much more on tailpipe emissions than on evaporative emissions, so there is very little information on the contribution of evaporative emissions to the total volatile organic compound inventory. We examined the magnitudes of exhaust and evaporative volatile organic compound emissions, and the species emitted, in a representative fleet of light-duty gasoline vehicles in the Metropolitan Area of Mexico City. The US “FTP-75” test protocol was used to estimate volatile organic compound emissions associated with diurnal evaporative losses, and when the engine is started and a journey begins. The amount and nature of the volatile organic compounds emitted under these conditions have not previously been accounted in the official inventory of the area. Evaporative emissions from light-duty vehicles in the Metropolitan Area of Mexico City were estimated to be 39 % of the total annual amount of hydrocarbons emitted. Vehicles built before 1992 (16 % of the fleet) were found to be responsible for 43 % of the total hydrocarbon emissions from exhausts and 31 % of the evaporative emissions of organic compounds. The relatively high amounts of volatile organic compounds emitted from older vehicles found in this study show that strong emission controls need to be implemented in order to decrease the contribution of evaporative emissions of this fraction of the fleet.  相似文献

Royal Commission Environmental Control Department (RC-ECD) at Yanbu industrial city in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has established a well-defined monitoring program to control the pollution from industrial effluents. The quality of effluent from each facility is monitored round the clock. Different strategic measures have been taken by the RC-ECD to implement the zero discharge policy of RC. Industries are required to pre-treat the effluent to conform pretreatment standards before discharging to central biological treatment plant. Industries are not allowed to discharge any treated or untreated effluent in open channels. After treatment, reclaimed water must have to comply with direct discharge standards before discharge to the sea. Data of industrial wastewater collected from five major industries and central industrial wastewater treatment plant (IWTP) is summarized in this report. During 5-year period, 3,705 samples were collected and analyzed for 43,436 parameters. There were 1,377 violations from pretreatment standards from all the industries. Overall violation percentage was 3.17%. Maximum violations were recorded from one of the petrochemical plants. The results show no significant pollution due to heavy metals. Almost all heavy metals were within RC pretreatment standards. High COD and TOC indicates that major pollution was due to hydrocarbons. Typical compounds identified by GC-MS were branched alkanes, branched alkenes, aliphatic ketones, substituted thiophenes, substituted phenols, aromatics and aromatic alcohols. Quality of treated water was also in compliance with RC direct discharge standards. In order to achieve the zero discharge goal, further studies and measures are in progress.  相似文献

Three-dimensional turbulent flow and dispersion of gaseous pollutants carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) in a road tunnel was modeled using the standard kε turbulence model and solved numerically using the finite volume method. Vehicle emissions were estimated from the measured traffic flow rates and modeled as banded line sources along the tunnel floor. The effects of fan ventilation and piston effect of moving vehicles on the airflow and pollutant dilution were examined. The numerical results reveal that a peak velocity exists near the tunnel floor due to the piston effect of vehicles. The cross-sectional concentrations of air pollutants are non-uniformly distributed and concentrations rise with downstream distance. The piston effect of vehicles can alone provide 25%–34% dilution of air pollutants in the tunnel, compounded 43%–70% dilution effect according to the ventilation condition.  相似文献
